TwoEms arrived with an argument before catching this cache to cool our tempers down. We saw some cows mulling in the paddock across the road and a willie wagtail darting along the rusted barbed wire fence. Prickly analogies for our clashing dispositions, solved by heartfelt conversation and soothing big brown eyes. We felt the waters move at koolamara, beneath our feet. Thank you for the cachepassport stamped using our own ink pad since there wasnt one in the container.
Completely forgot that I've been here before during covid and never thought to look for a cache. Great hide.
19 August 2024 11:33amOut and about today on a caching adventure before catching up with a friend in Greensborough for some chill card games and dinner. With the weather being absolutely beautiful I couldn't not go out and add to my finds. With my caching unfounded dragging me more and more north I thought I would finish some fairly untouched areas. Thanks for the cache and for being part of today's adventure.
Suscoe was in the area today heading homeward.A cool start to the day and a bit of moisture on the grass.A bit of sun shining through every now and again,We enjoyed exploring the suburbs as we wandered south and south west from Ferntree Gulley. Thanks to KnoxBiodiversity for this hide.
With dot558 doing an afternoon sweep of some smiles before teaThanks for the cache all good
A nice stroll around this park today. Heading into the trees was interesting, dodging blackberry twines with their thorns that grabbed hold and didn't want to let go. Cache found out in the open so was a quick easy find but has been replaced in an appropriate location with natural camo placed over it.Thanks Knox Biodiversity Team for placing this Traditional Cache to enhance the game board and add to our enjoyment.
After attending the First Aid event, I teamed up with micaparamedic to find a few caches on the way to the Chinese New Year event. This was an exceptionally easy find; it was on the ground beside where we imagined that it should have been. Thanks for the cache and the series. Almost completed...
**IMPORTANT NOTE IF YOU ARE PARTICIPATING IN THE KNOX NATURE DISCOVERY PASSPORT**Hi thereWe have been informed the ink and stamp for our Nature Discovery Passport has gone missing. Quiet find TODAY at Koolamara Waters but it was not covered so easy spotting. Nice to find this green wedge and be out in nature whilst in marvellous Melbs again. Out and aboout inbetween rain events! TFTC and the FUN!
Thank you so much, this was a great adventure for the family. Our first geo-cache! Woohoo!
I had come over this way primarily to find the last cache I needed to qualify for the **Z-Z-Z - Challenge** cache... and while I was in the area, I went hunting out more caches so I could close in on the 100 Finds required for ** 100 Finds in the Knox LGA Challenge **. This cache was a nice, easily found cache in a quite reserve. Thanks **KnoxBiodiversity** for putting it here.
Nice little track in this area that I travel through quite often.Thought I should touch this one off the list
Hi allThank you so much for visiting the Koolamara Waters Reserve cache! Thanks Knox city council. This was our very first cache. Looking forward to finding more
Koolamara Waters was the perfect choice when we needed a new place to walk the dog we are minding. The location was unexplored territory for us too. The cache eluded us for awhile, but eventually we found it after widening our search area and checking every potential spot.
Thanks for the cache Knox Biodiversity Team.

A cool day and a cache was needed, a long with a walk…. which is always good. This cache was found on our way back to the car…having discovered another. It was a toss up whether to save this one for another day or….nope, today was the day! Thanks KBT for the hide.
Another easy find for our night. Our daughter has been on a role for her first night out helping. TFTC
Took a detour to this lovely park on my way home from work. Quick park and gab. The streak continues. TFTC

A nice quick one to keep the streak going and one closer to finishing this series.
Cache was left quite exposed so I’ve covered it up with some basic camo.
Happy to report that the cache is in good condition and the log nice and dry.

Lovely park to walk the dog and a playground for the kids. Found this one pretty easily.
As we approached GZ, we spotted the offending object and after lifting a few objects, we had the log in our hands (not that log, the other log).
Thanks Knox Biodiversity Team for getting us outside and showing us this lovely location.
Chiefton!!!
