Found! Busy road so watch the munchkins!!

Out and about on a rainy winter afternoon ticking off the odd geocache around Toowoomba. Four months since the write note on this one... Gosh how time flies by! Decided todays the day to get the smiley. Pulled up right in front of GZ and a quick find on the ground. Stuck it back up where I'm thinking it might have belonged? SL just before the rain came pouring down! TFTC, a quick and cool puzzle. Found with Coleslaw867

Out and about geocaching with the newbie. Its a caching weekend! Ticking off all the Wyreema caches today. Didnt realise you had to note the numbers on the last 3 logs, so back we went to get them all again! Had the coordinates in hand, drove past the location, saw how tall the grass was and decided well be back to grab this one another time

Needed to get a few things done in Toowoomba, which left with me with some free time to cache ...
Also, my geodog Scruffy wanted to do some caching as well

Bonus was in the direction we were heading, so no backtracking needed. Thanks.

The mower man has NOT been past in quite some but Found with lisylou adventuring on the outskirts of Toowoomba whilst our girls are at ballet.

An opportunity to cache with Giraffe18… yes please… good company and car seats that are air conditioned and massage you… what more could you ask for… oh yeah, Giraffe18 was on fire

Spot on coords made for a quick find while G18 threw the Super SUV into a Starsky & Hutch style turn to head back towards Toowoomba…

This was the quickest ? We’ve done ever!

After putting the numbers together that we had collected in this series, we took a drive to GZ and pulled off the road.
It was lovely to visit the parks of Wyreema and to be able to stop for a while.
This road at GZ seems to be heading us too Cambooya, so onwards we go.

After couple of DNFs today in Cambooya. We were on the way back to Toowoomba.

Okay, we can try this one, I said.

Bingo, Bonus Cache found, log signed.

A fav point for this set of we'll working tasks to get to the final coords.

We were happy that we found some on our way back to Toowoomba.

A day of caching south of Toowoomba and many gravel roads were travelled to find a variety of cache hides. Had a few DNFs around Cambooya but most others were easy finds. Thanks to the COs for placing caches around your local area for us to enjoy trying to find!

Having found the prerequisite caches, we calculated GZ. We parked at GZ and made a quick find. Names added to log, cache returned to its spot and we were on our way again. TFTC

After gathering the clues from the other Wyreema Park caches it was off to find this cache. Cache was found and log signed. TFTC

Finally got a chance to go get this one.
I enjoyed the puzzle side of things to work out where it was.

After enjoying a stroll around Wyreema in the rain at the end of last year, we decided to make for home leaving the bonus for another day - when the weather was dry and the grass had been cut. Thankfully the mower man has been recently and WallabyTim stopped by today to add WW to the log. Thanks for the effort towards these caches

Been quite some time since we invaded Toowoomba and surrounding areas so a-caching we will go!
Decided to camp overnight in Cambooya as we were having such a good time & there were still caches to find here and about.

Armed with all the clues it was time to close the deal & grab the final.
Super quick find.
Could do with a new baggie as it is all torn.
Made our mark & replaced as found.

Day 3 of the wild western trip, the caching adventures continued to Pittsworth then towards Toowoomba.
With all of the required information from the previous caches in this series, it was time to find the bonus. A quick find at gz where the log was signed with our weekend caching name of Team Grav.

After a morning in Toowoomba, we decided to come home to Warwick via Wyreema and Cambooya. We had a mixed bag of finds and dissappointly some DNFs today. Hopefully the cache owners of the DNFs will help us find their caches the next time we come through town.

This was an easy find/bonus cache.

Visiting Toowoomba and finding a few caches around the area. With the info collected from the 3 other caches in the series, I came and made the grab. Nicely done, thanks for pointing out a pleasant town I wouldn't have stopped to see otherwise. Adding an FP

TFTC! Thank you for bringing me to the beautiful pars of Wyreema. I’ve often driven through this little town, wondering why no cache.

We had a DNF on #1 & #2 so were not able to collect the information to find this cache.

Ooops...forgot to log this one. Fourth and final trip out to Wyreema to pick up the last of this series. Not where I was expecting it to be but fits with the series. Thanks for aiding the calendar obsession. TFTC Davinells.

Found on a very cool Winter day for a drive around with The Green Geckos at Toowoomba.
A few good safe hides and lots of muggles around today.

I got the email today to tell me that there were 4 new caches in Wyreema, so planned to get them all on the way home from work today. Unfortunately for me, I missed the FTF on all 4 caches. Maybe next time. Sorry for the boilerplate logs. Trying to keep my word count up.

The 2 kids and I jumped in the car and headed in from Cambooya.
