Mint find. Took ages to find because we kept stopping to enjoy the scenery. Why is there a piece of gum in it?
It feels like months since weve ventured out to grab some caches, so we finally made the effort to head out to grab some, and boy oh boy, we couldnt have picked a better day! Despite it still being winter its feeling a little spicy here in SEQ and with a taste of spring in the air we made the most of it.We only managed to squeeze in a couple of hours due to Jensens whinging and carrying on, I guess he wasnt as fond of caching like us after all, oh well!Nice quick find. Signed log and replaced the cache as found afterwards. Thanks for bringing us here.#4420 - TFTC
Just got dropped off to do a geowalk in Sippydowns. Only 20 needed to reach my next goal.
Was a bit tricky sneaking down to this one with the path closed and guarded. Maybe come after hours Thanks for cache
We came up for the afternoon to the Sunshine Coast, getting some more smilies.Yes, the road was closed from North and work was going on. We parked the car nearby and walked over to the Southern end of this road through beautiful forest on a nice walking path. From this side the road was blocked too, but just a lollypop car was parking and a person inside watching. So we talked to the person, said where we wanted to go and we will come back immediately. So the cache was found and log signed.Tftc Sunshine58
Out and about with TBUBIKESU and muggle brother Siggi to get more smiles .Thanks for the cache. sunshine 58
Had a search for this one. Believe that as it hasn’t been found in a little while that it is gone. Not located on any of the metallic signs in location. If placed on the chevron sign that is in the images, it is gone.
Day off work and I decided to head north to do a day of caching. This was near one of my targeted caches. Very quick find here.

sunshine58 I found your cache Bellflower Corner on 20/4/2022, 10:35 am. This is my find 3385 and find # 3 today. Yep, a quick and easy drive by. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
A planned weekend trip up to the sunshine coast to grab a few caches. I still need a few more to get me closer to that sunshine coast challenge. The trip worked in well for the Sunday morning CITO event in Coolum.
I meet up with Esmiley and we spent Saturday, day and night, caching areas that neither of us had been to before. We were not certain if the recent rains and floods would have effected any of the caches but we gave it a shot.
We first of hit the Sippy Downs area and we had some fun. Many of the caches here took much longer than they should have; we spent way too much time trying to find simple caches. We then moved around the area and then towards the north, working our way to Coolum. However, time ran out and we had to stop for the day. It seemed as though the day was getting hotter as it went on and got even worse during the night.
Thanks to all the CO’s for the caches, some I kept notes on, some were just great caches and some I really do not understand why. We signed all logs with both names and replaced as we found them.
This was not an easy find but yet a fun one

Up at Nambour today for first badminton team event of 2022 and I didn't play too badly.
After taking many wrong turnings and long winded detours, I eventually managed to find the university at Sippy Downs to pick me up a few caches.
Whilst driving towards GZ, I suspected I knew where the cache was, and yep, there it was.
Thanks!!

Finding a close by cache we extended the walk to grab this one. I like a numbers cache sometimes you just need something simple for the day.
We were in the area, so this cache was collected. Nice easy find, with the sound of some Black Cockatoos in the background. TFTC!
After visiting the silver chair tribute, came back to civilisation and the group though this cache was just a short walk away. Came across the same black cockatoos squawking in a large gum tree. I stayed back from the JAGET group to snap a pickie. Seems the cockatoos were camera shy, placing branches and leaves between the camera. As I maneuvered around for a clear shot, they took flight. Thanks for an interesting distraction sunshine58.
Nice quick find after a long search at Living on the Edge and failing to find anything other than a sleeping possum.
Glad the trip into this rabbit's warren was not a total waste of time..

This is one of those park and grab or drive by caches geople talk about on occasion.
One for the numbers.
Certainly not for the statistics. A one terrain gets sniffed at by the rope and kayak echelon. If one didn't abseil down a cliff, swim a river or free climb a palm tree then it's just not geohipster enough to bother.
Whereas i just wanto catch them all !
This totally fills in my second to last free day on my calender too. Holy moly milestones batman.
Thanks sunshine58 for providing everyone with a geocache that isn't pretty unique or special in any way but will probably also never be muggled.

Up the Sunshine Coast ( no make that Rain Central) for a couple of days got an early start so decided to slip in to Sippy to clear a few remaining caches.
Kept wondering along the paths picking up caches along the way, umbrella in hand. Relatively muggle free day.
