No way indeed! Found this a while back and it's on my list of caches to log. Can't remember the exact date, but remember parking up here and waiting afor a muggle to wander past before making the nice easy find. TFTC!!!
Its been awhile between drinks for this cache - no dramas here , enjoying the drive around mopping up caches TNLNSL TFTC
With Gap (of Fap and Gap) Working and caching our way through to Auckland and back home again...Gaps next assignment brought us out to West Auckland. As this was deemed to be a quick in and out job, we decided to get our caching done first We just had to find a way in so we could make a safe park and grab. Thanks G-2. TFTC.
drove straight past this cache and had to turn around an go backgap in the traffic allowed us a very good parking spot very near.soon found and logged.TFTC
Whenuapai is the target for me today as I have a few mystery to collect. Parked near gz and planning to walk around from here. Quick find. TFTC
After a few hours in Hobsonville it was time to explore the rural surroundings of Whenuapai. Which was a nice change of scene. No worries here. TFTC
Tftc, Drove by and decided to collect the caches on the way. Quick find and amazing hide G-2!!
Having a little clean up of the unfound cache in this area. Admired the house nearby, as we waited for traffic to pass. Cache quickly located. TFTC
There was a cache that annoyed me because I drove it frequently but couldn't stop due to traffic and road works. So today I drove past it and turned around where this one was placed so stopped and signed it off.
Then I was off to the annoying one.
Cheers for the cache.

#11,458. Lucky last for the day. Lucky it was a quick find and sign. Lucky as I had just climbed back into the car when a downpour for the ages fell on the car. Unlucky was the chap on the push bike across the road. He got soaked! Thanks for hiding this park and grab here G-2.
A nice quick find. Thanks for placing your cache.
I'm in Auckland and I am exploring the region while I am based here. Today was a dry day, overcast but dry. I borrowed by bro's bike and cruised around the place. I had a great time.
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

Needing a couple of caches for 22022022, AliGle and I popped into Whenuapai to grab 2 caches on the way to pub quiz tonight. Cache number 2 for us, which was a quick easy park and grab when approached from the right way! TFTC!

Up in Auckland for the mega with Philip.Perry and McJandals. Left home at 0300 over the hill to Tauranga to pick up the others in Auckland by 6am. Only plans today are to attend Mega sign log there then follow the map to get as many caches as possible. Signed logs TeamBOP.
FINALLY we get to attend the MEGA. Attending as part of Team BoP. We have a load of solved puzzles and whilst we are concentrating on those, won’t pass up on trads either. This is day two of our trip. Another nice wee find.
I am logging using the Cachly app template so please excuse generic logging along the way. It’s just my way of keeping track, but I do genuinely thank each and every one of you cache owners for taking the time and energy to place these caches. Many Thanks for bringing me here. Cheers.

Team BOP is back on the road this time heading to Auckland with our sights set on some Labs, puzzle solves and the NZ Mega 2020… I mean 2022
Our current incarnation includes Davidson Clan, McJandals and myself and we’ve signed the cache logs as ‘Team BOP’ to save time and log space. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed the journey as most caches have been found quickly & without fuss thanks to accurate coords and a straight forward placements.
I appreciate there’s a stigma attached to cut’n’paste logs like these so I’ll try to provide cache specific notes retrospectively when I get home. We do genuinely respect the work put into these caches, particularly some of the puzzles, but with a numbers mission like this - the hides start to blur together unfortunately. So Cheers COs, TFTC and most importantly - thanks for bringing us here

No way? Yes way! On the way back from Herald Island sneaked down here and quickly found the cache. Sat in the car to sign it, then had to wait for the MAMILs to cycle by before I could return it.
Headed out to clear out a couple of areas that needed a few more green dots to be turned into smiles with NZ Travellers. It was sooooo hot today!!
Overshot our parking for this one but that didn't stop us walking back and making the find...yay!
Thanks for the cache.

On a caching mission to Hobsonville in the very warm weather with Keylev. Overshot the parking for this one, but were able to track back on foot to make the find. TFTC!
# 1913 Was out and about on another caching mission and had just turned down the other Rata road to show VentureTIM the C130 Hercules doing a high powered engine run right by the fenceline. Very noisy. Thought I may aswell cross over and grab this one while I am here.
Quick easy find and no one any the wiser. Cheers G-2 for this nicely cammoed and dry container.

Out and about for a spot of cache detection on this lovely summer's day. I followed the rules and took the long way around to GZ. Talk about a convenient park and grab! I parked up next to GZ and executed a super quick find. Cheers for the cache placement!
I was driving round Whenuapai collecting a couple of caches and thought it would be rude not to stop and grab this quick PnG. TFTC
My GPSr wanted me to go so I would get a ticket, but I zipped around and got right to GZ. TFTC.
It's been a while since I've been out geocaching - what with the second lockdown for Auckland along with all the travel I've been doing for work, so it was nice to get out on this gorgeous day and find a few new caches close to home before sitting down to some study.
Decided it would be easier to find this one on the way back from Whenuapai. Parked in the pull-off and made a nice quick find.

Did a bit of a loop around so I could park safely near this cache. Nice quick find and then time to head off home. TFTC
Driven past a few times in the last two days and some one there each time. Free the time. TFTC
I apparently ignored the 'sign' upon entry, but didn't realise it until I had the cache in hand. You get that in the big city, so they say. All good here G.
Easy find here and off to a nemesis cache next
Third day of the week, third caching day of the week after all that non-caching action (inaction). Seems like many of the places we visited for a walk with no cache finds made (Milford, Pupuke, Long Bay) all have new caches thanks to a certain prolific placer, hmmmm - future re-visits then. Anyway, needed to head to Hobsonville for (Pinot Gris) essentials this evening and decided on G-2 finds to keep the wonders going
Finally the shackles are off, Level 2.5 started yesterday and it's OK to go caching again, yay. Have been waiting a couple of weeks and making my own placements, puzzles and a few walks but no caches touched so no finds (apart from the 5 Lab Adventure caches at One Tree Hill!)
With another assault on local puzzles and a couple of Multis I had a few puzzle pieces to pick from for some finds. But wait, I also want to make a start on the Wonders of the World Souvenir challenge thingy. So some strategic selections of caches to pick from to get as soon as possible. You would think!

Quick park and grab while collecting a few caches towards the Wonders of the World souvenir.

She rushed straight to it....another second to find.
