Now: Additional container water proofed container with log and another TB dropped.

Then: Container half sticking out in open. T**ipped water out no log left TB NMDRJP for travelling. If I have a spare log book and a second container for inside original I will assist this week if okay by CO. Cheers.

We had to tip the water out before signing the log so I'm not sure how long it will be usable so perhaps a new waterproof container, good spot for a cache though.

Day Trip: Home-Yea-Benalla-Myrtleford-Bright-MtBeauty-Whitfield-Mansfield-Home.
After parking nearby Mrs B and I decided to walk around the lake to get some exercise and enjoy what was left of the lovely, sunny day before embarking on the long trip towards home. Obviously we hoped to grab a few caches along the way and this being so close to the car was an obvious starting point. Unfortunately water had managed to get into the container so the log book was dam but Mrs B was able to scribble our name onto a page.

We found this nifty cache at 12:30pm and again bereft of swag could only sign the log. Interesting to hear you've a dragon boat here, we've seen the Ballarat one in action. Thanks very much for the cache.

TFTC. Day 11 of our enforced layover in Albury as the Motorhome gets repairs. Looks like we will be here for another week.
We are making the most of our opportunities. Today there was an event in Mount BeUty, hosted by good friend Smittengranny. After the event we spent some time exploring via various geocaches around own. After a bite to eat we headed back to camp in Albury.

Found with PapaGrouch on a trip to Mt Beauty. Quickly spotted this one, signed log and replaced. No Dragon boats today. TFTC

This was the main cache I was after today for my challenge.

Wow Mt Beauty caters for every type of cyclist. From the really daring, extremely fit people who participate in the Peaks Challenge, the MTB daredevils, the BMX riders to the social casual older folk and the rip roaring youngsters who love tearing around the paths mostly on one wheel.

I guess with my nom de plume, you can guess which group I belong to, and today I targeted just one cache along a route to ensure that I completed my personal calendar challenge. As usual I couldn't go past one that was begging to be found on this beautiful sunny morning. So instead of one cache I managed to find and sign four logs which were all found to be in good condition. Thanks Ronice88 a good quick find.

Day #6 of the MEGA road trip. It was time to pack up our campsite at Smoko and head further north. We set off to complete a tour of some of the Towong LGA on our way into NSW.

Found the cache out in the open with the lid off. Signed the log and tucked it back into its home.

After a damp day yesterday, this morning was dry but very windy.
We did a bit of walking around town, often crossing over our tracks with multi's.

No dragon boats out on the water today, with or without drummers!
A good sized cache for this location.

#18069. A day to spend in Mount Beauty and man was it windy. Thought our little dogs might blow away several times. However the weather hasn't put off the tourists as the caravan park is pretty full now for the weekend. Only managed 8 finds for the day and a DNF but that was enough.

After the nice walk to Many Bridges this morning we ventured out in the chariot after lunch to gather up the others. We were a little worried as to where the hide might be but after seeing the attribute 24/7 I realised it was not within the building. I wandered further and soon spied the edge of the cache. For such a large container it is mightily empty. I popped the log back in its plastic bag so all should remain in good order. I think Beechworth is also starting to be involved with Dragon Boat racing but I haven't seen them in action.

As a member of TeamOZCAT logged in this cache, I am now logging as an individual predominantly to avoid any mistaken/unnecessary revisitation.
Under groundspeak guidelines, this logging is acceptable as I was indeed at Cache GZ in person in recent times. However, all cache owners have the right to delete logs as they see fit. Usually done to "Armchair loggers" or inappropriate texting.

TeamOZCAT logged finds when both Karen and Reg logged as individuals. This logging is exactly the same, only in reverse. Again, groundspeak acceptable.

I thought I spotted it, but came back 45 mins later due to a muggle. I was thinking he was a cacher as he had his phone out and was standing still close to GZ but I saw no other log from today after I came back and it was already dark! TFTC!
