A good amount of cammo, but would be instantly recognisable to the seasoned geocacher as with the other one, log is a bit moist. Tftc

12-Jun-21
Easy find, look for the flash of colour as other users posted. Cleaned the contents as it had dirt and rust and put the cache back where it was. TFTC!

Parked the car and then walked along the path to GZ. The cache was found straightaway. The log was signed and then the cache was replaced as found. Thank you Max_5 for placing this cache.

#8514- Not a part of the area I can say I've been to before. An easy spot but a bit harder for me to get up to. Log is a bit Damo but still fine to write on atm. Thanks

05-Apr-21
A very quick and easy find in the end as unfortunately it was sitting right out in the open. After signing, I tucked it back in the obvious spot and arranged some camo in front of it. Tftc!

01-Apr-21
Just as i was arriving at the GZ i received a call from work asking me to come in 3 hours earlier than id planned to.
I ended up scrambling down the rocks and thankfully made a quick find before racing home for a shower before heading for the job.
Thanks.

What a nice walk along here. The shade was welcome on a hot Sunday afternoon. Once at GZ the container was sitting out with the lid off and log and contents strewn about. We gathered it all up and tucked it away in the obvious spot placing some recognisable camo in front of it. SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek

After completing the AL in Nurrugingy Reserve, I drove over to another part of the parklands for some more caches.
Not a very straightforward find but got it in the end.

TFTC!

Parking in this area was fairly near the cache but looking at the area it didn't look very user friendly with more of those horrid Farmers Unfriendly weeds. Nevertheless we battled through and ended up very close to GZ. But......wrong level. It does say in the cache information that there is no access from the level we were on but a bit of careful climbing and even vertically challenged me made it to the correct level.
From there it took a bit of searching to reveal the cache. For me it was about 10m away from the posted co-ordinates but that might be due to the wall creating an interference. Another cache hide that would arose a suspicious geocacher but look like another rock in the wall to passing muggles.

Some good and succesfull caching in the Parklands and Quakers Hill area. Had solved a lot of puzzles in preparation and also prepared myself for a lot of bike riding. Just had not counted on the weather not playing. Although mostly cloudy and only a few drops here and there, it was the heavens opening up about half way through the day, only 400 meters from the car but enough to get soaking wet!!

Another day for a cache find with [@trodectus](http://coord.info/PR8JTE0), parked car a little way from GZ and took a nice walk to GZ. After a bit of searching as units had given us a large GZ area, T came up with the find. Log signed and returned. TFTC

12-Oct-20
Found with [@coybear2000](http://coord.info/PR9547H). We headed out for a short walk and to go for one of these caches. We parked and headed towards GZ and then back-tracked a little to get on the right path. Once at GZ we started our search. Our units wouldn't settle and there were plenty of potential hides. We did a bit of climbing, then extended our search area and soon had CIH. Log stamped and all replaced and we left a trackable. Then we continued along the path and back to the car. TFTC.

07-Oct-20
Look the tight path straight to GZ even saw a bit of colour as I approached so a nice quick find

With cache in hand we signed the log and replaced as found. Both the cache and log are in good condition. Thanks for bringing me to the area and thanks for placing the cache Max_5

This was the twelfth of 19 finds for the day. After finding ‘My Backyard – A lake view maybe’, we headed back along the path, as I indicated to Mizmaz that there was another cache nearby. For an unknown reason, it never appeared in Mizmaz’s search. Using the hint wasn’t too helpful, so we kept looking for spots that appeared to be hiding something. After a few attempts, Mizmaz found the cache. SL. TFTC.

Catching up with a caching friend for the day, targeted the Nurragingy AL and a cluster of new options since my last visit. Glad the 100% success rate of quick finds in SF’s and the CO’s backyard made the effort in 35+ degree heat (and minimal shade) worthwhile. Had plotted my agenda using a list rather than “all in a radius” PQ and had missed adding this one. Luckily it showed up in SF’s app and we could complete all current Backyard smileys in one go.

Our last childfree day before heading back to work. A few sporadic caches, as well as two Adventure Labs @ Rookwood.

A relatively quick find once the GPS settled.

Also spotted at GZ, some wild rabbits/hares keeping watch.

Tftc! Another find for N today and the first time for us meeting other geocachers!

25-Sep-20
Decided to do a bit of caching today with ilook4geo and found this one easily. Actually it was here that we met some fellow cachers. We chatted for a while and all was put back as it had been found once the signing had been done. It was good to meet someone else who was out on the hunt. Thanks go to Max_5 for placing these caches in our next door neighbours back yard.

#7279 (3 of 4 today)

Out before Fathers' Day festivities for some calendar finds today. Decided to head out to the Western Sydney Parklands for four - and found them all without too much trouble. Then back home in plenty of time.
###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###
Walked the somewhat neglected path, it seems to me and by the time I'd checked the iPhone, I was already 20 metres past it.

Back a little and took in the area. And that looks like a probably hiding spot... Right first time!
Made the grab, signed, replaced and tossed up walking or driving to to final target for the day. Decided due to time constraints it had to be the latter.

14:10hrs - found. Blimmin' phone GPS gave up the ghost as soon as i got within 5 metres of GZ. Paced back & forth, searched a few places & waited impatiently for GPS to settle. Started assessing the area, & poking my hiking pole into likely hidey-holes. Heard cache give a telltale rattle. Signed log; left 3 hand-made key ring charms & and a jelly bracelet I got from another cache years ago. TFTC - fav point from me, just coz I can
