My 300th geocache! Yay! Thanks for placing a large enough cache to absolutely fill with goodies, so thats what I did. On my roadtrip from Central Coat to Sunshine Coast. And thanks for letting us know we can free camp at the rest stop, very helpful! I enjoyed my stay
Stayed at the free camp in the car park here on our way through to Brisbane. A quick run through the rain this morning to grab this cache. Tftc
Found by Mary and David at 10:45. So dry. Weren't expecting that. Enjoyed the walk. Sorry to be leaving Toowoomba but we're on a timetable. Wouldn't want to take a dip in that pool right now, as the surface is covered in scum. Dropped off " Azores geotour geocoin 2 edition" TB. Our thanks to HippyDonna.
Headed out this morning determined to add some new smileys to my map. Expanding the cache hunting out of Toowoomba, brought me to this beautiful little parkland. What a wonderful little walk!! The desire pathway gave this one away, added a bit more camo cover to this one before onto the next. TFTC!!
We are now heading north to avoid the coldest of the winter weather in Victoria. Today we headed off from Brisbane up around Ispwich into Toowoomba.
Stopped off here at the tourist info centre. So much to see and do around here, but this was a must for me. A quick find once at GZ after enjoying the wlk to this one.
Thanks HippyDonna for placing this cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy finding it.

Easy! Collected a trackable to help along its way. Could hear the water running and everything!

Hi there HippyDonna, we found your cache Federation Park Walk today.
Day two touring out from Toowoomba. Previous days have seen some great geocaching, and today is looking to be the same if not better.
Found the cache a little exposed, so we hid it a little better.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour around the area today, ending up finding quite a variety of container types, sizes and ratings.
Coordinate Accuracy: We found this cache near where our GPS said we should be looking.
Cache Condition: Good.
Regards
Ian & Penny

Needed to get a few things done in Toowoomba, which left with me with some free time to cache ...
Also, my geodog Scruffy wanted to do some caching as well
All Good .. TFTC ..

Found with lisylou adventuring on the outskirts of Toowoomba whilst our girls are at ballet.
The wife and I were having the weekend away in Toowoomba and I found a few caches while in the area.
We were heading out of town to find a few target caches and this one was on the way. I parked at a spot which was reasonably close and I headed down the hill and found a nice flat concrete path which I could have used from the other parking spot. I followed the path to gin an easier access and soon spotted the cache. I signed the log and then headed back up the hill. I was surprised how dry the ground was with cracks starting to open up in the clay and the grass crunching under my feet.

A trip to Perth checking out some of the awesome places along the way in ACT, NSW, Qld and NT. Grabbing some old caches and missing LGAs. TFTC.
A nice early morning walk for a quick find.

Out and about killing time while waiting for Mrs Wallaby to finish work before I go and get her, so Zelda the WoofyWanderer and I decided to pull up here and go for a coddiwomple... after checking the map I noticed a new cache here, I had found the previous cache that used to reside here, so it was good to add a new smiley to the area. Thanks for the cache HippyDonna
Heading towards home today after a week on the granite belt with my sister.

On my way to this one I wasn't sure if it would be damaged by recent flooding but please so see it safe and dry.

A day of caching south of Toowoomba and many gravel roads were travelled to find a variety of cache hides. Had a few DNFs around Cambooya but most others were easy finds. Thanks to the COs for placing caches around your local area for us to enjoy trying to find!
Out and about caching and while driving around, stopped near GZ to do this cache. Searched and found. Signed log HippyDonna
We parked the geomobile in the parking area and set of for a lovely stroll to GZ. There, the cache was quickly located. Names added to log, cache returned to its spot and we were on our way again. TFTC
Its Sunday, nothing better to do, lets pack some sangas and a thermos of coffee and head into Toowoomba for a bit of caching - well that was the plan.....
The Federation Park Walk has been on my todo list for months, but togzday, we parked up and Mr D was feeling good enough to do the whole round trip.
Almost at GZ, I plunged into an abyss of long strangling and foot tripping grass which completelyh obliterated any uneveness of the ground below.
Now, there are usually two ways to approach a cache, and today, I chose the wrong one. Mr D rescued me and said I should have gone the other way - der! So, while he did the signing honours, I approached from the other side and gave him a trackable to leave in the cache.
Thanks HippyDonna for the hide and the fun. Nice walk

Been quite some time since we invaded Toowoomba and surrounding areas so a-caching we will go!
Decided to camp overnight in Cambooya as we were having such a good time & there were still caches to find here and about.
A very pleasant walk for a quick find away from prying eyes.
All good here.
Made our mark & replaced as found.

I've brought my geopup to this park a few times to go for a swim, she loved it. No trouble finding this cache in good condition. Tftc HippyDonna
Thanks for the cache! This was a lovely walk that I had no idea existed! Too chilly for a dip today! All in good working order - TFTC
Have been very slow in caching lately with moving into our new house. A quick trip down the road to the caches closest to our new address. Swapped the TB for another. Scoob took a swap
Found at 9:00 AM GAFF1.
A nice little walk from where we were camped and a quick find with excellent co-ords.
Thanks HippyDonna

Nice easy walk with Bear Dog.
I believe the tree the cache located at is a Pepper Tree or Wild Pepper tree. Flowers smell lovely.
Grabbed a bit to eat here.

Easy find away from the muggles, swapped a badge for just what I needed today
TFTC! I really enjoyed this find, as it was a short stroll around this park, which I have never stopped and walked the circuit before. Thank you for bringing me here.
On my way back to Warwick so stopped to get a smiley or two. Thanks for this one
Glad for the two options here today. Muggle central not just at weekends. Arrived 9am on a Thursday morning to a couple of caravans and half a dozen cars!!! So decided to go for a walk instead...found an equine friend along the way. TFTC HippyDonna.
After a little break from filling in this calendar and that I am into it again. I choose these two as they tick a few boxes. A nice little walk u til I arrive at GZ and the hide was in the first place I searched. TFTC Hippy Donna
Haven't been to this park in a few years now. When the kids were younger we along with 3 other families used to come here on the weekends and have a swim in the waterhole. This is the emptiest I've ever seen it. Can help but wonder how much deeper it actually goes.
It was good to walk around the track again, and there seems to be a couple of empty spaces for picnics and a game of cricket or soccer. Its a great little park. Thanks for bringing me back.
Left a pet rock in the cache for swaps.

An awesome way to spend the afternoon with the geo daughter.
We stopped here last weekend, noting to myself that I was surprised there wasn't a cache here.
When we saw this was a new cache we thought we would make the drive to nab a FTF.
My daughter decided that she wanted to leave a number of swag items for the next finders.
Thanks for the cache HippyDonna
