After being on the sick list for the last few weeks I decided some fresh air was in order. So I headed out to the north east suburbs to clean a few unfound caches off my map. Twenty caches were sought with 18 found...of which 15 were BFE caches. Thanks Bob for those 15 hides and to all other cache owners as well (and please excuse my generic logs). Fortunately there weren't too many muggles about today so finding the caches was pretty straight forward - although the traffic in the Ingle Farm Shopping Centre car park was a law unto itself. No poles were needed and the ladder came out once. TFTC.
Unfortunately bunadoorian and I only found a square wooden top here today and nothing else.
Late night cache on the way home thank you for the cache!! Couldnt sign as the log was damp.
Walking around the area, trying to burn off some calories that I ingested yesterday. No problems, finding this one, though the logbook is getting a little full.Happy Boxing Day!
Out this way to collect a parcel for a family member. Took the opportunity to find a couple of geos. Interesting history. Tftc
On a sunny Sunday what better to do than go for a bike ride.A smattering of caches were found along the way too [^]Here at Orama only houses full of hungry people are being farmed today. But I did manage to harvest this cache as I rode past on me way to greener acres TFTC
Found it but it need to be updaters it only paper no tube as I have seen in someone els pic

Unlike other finders we found our way to GZ easy enough and the cache was soon spotted by AussieGal88. TFTC Bob From Elsewhere
It took longer to find the way in than to find the actual cache, but the clever hide was worth the effort.
That is some darn good Camo. I didn't expect it to be there. When at GZ, where you think it could be, is deceiving. TFTC. Another Farm cache done!
Working on my Jasmer Challenge grid and needed a couple of recent months to fill in. I stopped be here on my way home from work.
Quick find in a likely spot.
Thanks for the cache Bob From Elsewhere.

Found our way in along Antarlo Road as suggested [8], even though our navigator wanted us to go a different way - can't always trust the electronics [B)].Nice hide . TNLNSL.Thanks again Bob.
That was a sneaky one. FO added for being something a bit different to the usual EGG.
I found your D1.5/T1.5 Small Traditional called Once: A Farm - Orama on 27 January 2023. It was find #17524 for me. Thank you Bob From Elsewhere for placing this cache for our enjoyment in the wonderful state of South Australia.

The Tuesday Trekking for members of the Befuddled Puzzle Solving group came around quickly and as usual the group set off in search of solved puzzles and anything else coming into view. I picked up S.A. Sewer Rat from the rat's nest, then on to Blackadders den and he jumped in. [^] The it was off towards Mawson Lakes and on to BFE Land Not all of us required every cache so here are the caches I was able to put my name in the log.
We parked at the correct parking spot and walked to where we imagined the cache would be. [^] A spot we had found hundreds of caches before. But we looked and felt and didn't find the cache. Then as I had a second look I saw the camo. Sneaky hide.
***Thanks Bob From Elsewhere for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***

Yay time for a Tuesday Trekking, For a trio of Geo animals.
The Starfish picked up the Rat from the Rat's nest.
We then made our to pick up the Snake from the Snake Pit.
Our goal for today was to pick up any solved puzzles and anything that popped up on the map.
We made our way to Bobland, via a few other stops.
The Starfish parked the geo mobile nearby.
A quick find by the Starfish.
Stamped the logbook and returned the cache to it's hiding place.
Then it was on to the next cache. TFTC

Down again with froghoppin on another quick tour of town. Us country folks don't get down so often and there's always a good selection of new caches to visit!
A very neat cache hide - Fav for not being a mint tin and a little different in these spots!
Is a Farmorama like a Panorama for cows and sheep? Nice bit of history lesson all around with these ones.
Thanks Bob From Elsewhere for the education and locating and maintaining these caches on our ever evolving SA cache map!
And a happy new year 2023 to all. May the caches be with you!

Exploring all over wherever we can - searching, spotting hidden items and signing cache logs using some or all of the resources of GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife), Whereyougo, Garmin Montana 750i, Montana 680t, Etrex 35, Samsung S21u, Samsung S9, with Geocaching App, c:Geo, or Geooh Go, and Android Auto and other maps... or often with just a guess or plain old dumb luck
A lot of the luck stuff really !!!
*Most of the online logs are composed and published with GSAK of course*.**
---
Beware ! Caching is a very hazardous activity!
Look out for sand, mud, floodwaters, snakes, surprise cliffs, roos, wombats, things falling from trees, bulldust, and floods, and try not to get tetanus from rusty mint tins and don't fall off your ladder...
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- and do watch out for bugs !!! . [xx(]
Ensure Travel Bugs are the Only bugs you share and pass on (Covid cancels caching!)
Keep a safe distance - cache the countryside
Great of all those placing quality caches out and about around the country areas,
in sensible safe places especially! - it keeps our game fun, and interesting
We do appreciate if you actually did read all this extra addition to the log word count! There's a challenge somewhere out there, apparently! You win a virtual smiley for the effort and getting to the end of the log Maybe if I worked out where I could do it and go back to normal logs again ! If you find the challenge let me know and we can put an end to these long logs !!!
C'est Fini. Happy New Year !

After being in isolation, today is my return to the world day! So went to a breakfast event, then shopping, finally on the way home a few caches with gridge98. TFTC.
Today after the breakfast event in north adelaide, courtneyrose_ and I detoured home via a few new caches that had been recently published.
A short stop here to find this one that I remember finding not that long ago, a nicely designed hiding spot.

Found during a couple of hours on a caching tour around the northern suburbs. Thanks for the cache Bob from Elsewhere!
I recognised the hide location and went straight for the Orama, but the cupboard was bare. I checked on the ceiling but there was nothing there. I had to look elsewhere to find the crafty and cunning hide. Always good to keep us on our toes. Well done BFE, love your work.
Cache found, signed and returned, find #7657 at 8.39pm

A day out had been organised with Michells&hound and allister w heading out north for some letterboxes and newer caches that none of us had found. It was a good day for caching although did get a bit warm in the afternoon. We had a fun day and covered quite a bit of ground and only had one DNF which was good. [^]
Managed to find ourselves at a safe place to park and the cache was soon found.
Thanks for the cache BFE.

A great day with Michells&hound and JJ52. Someone once said Team Work makes the Dream Work. Today was the Dream Work. I had a fun time driving around the Northern suburbs and stopping to find caches. Listening to the cricket( Aussies beat South Africa in 2 days at the Gabba) while we traveled between caches. Beautiful weather.
Fun day out with JJ52 and Allisterw hitting the bad lands for some dejavú finds, and many letterboxes and then onto the Northern suburbs to make a dent in our combined unfound caches there.
It was a perfect day for caching no scary critters and only 1 dnf. 40 finds for me which was a good haul.
Great team effort today!
Hard to imagine this was once farmland TFTC BFE

Very much a theme happening here today with 3 Bob caches. I liked this one the most with a cool element added. Thanks Bob From Elsewhere for some local history as well.
Can sheep have a letterbox? I guess they can have a postal address but they can't read. I guess it depends on the delivery.
Thanks to Bob From Elsewhere and **clear skies** from TeamAstro. [^] Cache the planet! [^]
I love all this history of the north eastern suburbs. Keep them coming Bob From Elsewhere. A quick find here at this one today. Thanks.
Stopped by on my way home this evening to find some of BFE's latest offerings...
A quick find in the only place it could be...
That's the podium filled...

Saw these new caches published but with pressing family issues to deal with it had to wait until today when I was running errands in the area. It was an easy decision to detour by and make the find. Parked close by and wandered over to GZ and located the cache in the first place I looked. Gotta love that. Signed the log and then replaced all as found. Was surprised to sign in silver after this amount of time.
