### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###

----------

Hi there bianchaaa39,

It looks like this cache might need some attention, as one or more seekers have indicated there is an issue. The cache has been temporarily disabled, so as to remove it from search listings and discourage people from visiting this location until the issues/s with this cache can be addressed.

**You do need to respond in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**

#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-

- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache and repair and/or replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ). Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.

- **Place A Write Note Log::-** Reviewers are not mind readers (unfortunately), so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, you have been in hospital, the area is in flood, or some other reason that has prevented attending to the cache, they can't tell what is going on.
So please just post a note to the page (within 14 days) and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
**Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 4 to 6 weeks, so as to keep everyone up to speed.**

- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56), so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.

You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when a Reviewer next looks at the cache page, it is likely that they will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) on the basis that it has been abandoned.

Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

**JUST A TIP:-** Have you checked out the Geocaching Dash Board designed to assist a Cache Owner in managing the caches they own? Have a read about it [**HERE.**](https://www.geocaching.com/blog/2020/07/welcome-to-the-cache-owner-dashboard/?newsletter=PM) You will find your very own dash board [**HERE**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/owner?utm_source=geocaching&utm_medium=blog&utm_campaign=COD).

Thanks for your cooperation,

Bunjil

Heading homeward after a few interesting days on Phillip Island and around South Gippsland, we couldn't resist a couple of cache stops on the way. We took a gentle approach, added our name to the log of this very sneaky cache, dropped in a FP, had a coffee and headed off.

Thanks bianchaaa39 for placing such clever caches for everyone's enjoyment.

Suscoe was heading homeward this morning. We had a few hours up our sleeves to fill in with some cache searching and finding.
The weather was cool with a good bit of sun and some showers coming straight in from the south but thankfully they were scattered.
We enjoyed this morning full of caches and the countryside from San Remo to Corinella.

Thanks to bianchaaa39 for this hide.
All good here today.
Very low tide and two pelicans watching our every move.

A most beautiful day to tackle this line of caches, on what has to be one of the best kept secret coastlines in Victoria. It was amazingly calm, scenic and the sunset by the end of the day was just magic. Glad we stuck around for as long as we could.

What a beautiful day today! A perfect day for geocaching. And what a lovely spot you brought us to, a nice little place to sit and watch the water. The cache was very sneakily hidden, but we got it pretty quickly. Thank you for the cache!

On a road trip to Phillip Island for a couple of weeks, picking up random caches as we travel around seeing the sites. Today we visited Corinella and Coronet Bay. After a BBQ lunch we headed down to the boat ramp. It was very quiet down here today and Mrs Pooky spotted the well camouflaged cache. TFTC and bringing us to this spot.

We drove to this one as we were leaving. Had to wake on the kids who fell asleep as made our was to cache as we watched everyone starting to set up for night fishing. Made it to the cache only for none us to be carry a pen. So hubby took the kids back to the car and the oldest ran the pen back. Tftc

#4469 Found by Mr BGF and Oscar the geohound as the other half of the team are making their way back down the coastal trail to Coronet Bay to retrieve the geocar. Our timing was good as the barge was at French Island and there wasn't a muggle within coo-ee. Neat little hide replaced as found. TFTC bianchaaa39.

Cache has been replaced and returned to hide after still no luck.

Apologies Phetlern for being out here searching for it - we were very hopeful it would’ve ended up misplaced and rightfully returned but seemingly not so.

This cache appears to be in need of owner intervention.
If the CO can't find it, why would a seeker have any better luck?

The CO should know where it is supose to be located and if there is nothing there, they should either replace it or Disable the cache.

Replacement looks like the way to go.

Corinella to Coronet Bay, a coastal smiley cache string on our map. Today we had the opportunity to thread a few more beads!!
Guess we did barge in - not reading the CO's log until we had made a thorough search - We're a tipp'n it's a miss'n too.

Thanks for the hunt anyway bianchaaa39.

On a tour on maintenance checks. Was unable to find our own cache, this one has definitely either been placed back in a different spot or been misplaced completely Sad
Will replace, not disabling as I have hopes it’s still there somewhere!

Out on the bikes to do these newer caches on this coastal trail.
Tide was out and no muggles around. This one was well hidden but got there in the end. Log signed and back safe again.
Thanks

Out about about with pprass while enjoying a day down at Cape Patterson. We needed to take a little drive to clear out these few. Never been to this caravan park before. Made this approach a lot harder than it should have been but I enjoyed to challenge of the hill descent. Talked to the fishermen on the way and of course once we got there there was a car park RIGHT there with a man and his son. The father did not worry as we investigated around their car but the young boy thought we were up to no good. It was just as well prass made a quick find. We took the easier option back to the car. Thanks for the cache bianchaaa39

Found at 12:27 PM in the company of xambo4u - GAFF1.
Made that approach a lot harder and longer than we should have Sad We made up for it on the way back by finding a much better route.
Thanks bianchaaa39.
Feedback: The camo is coming off the container.

Found pretty quickly with tassie expat despite there being a nearby 4wd waiting for the barge. We waiting long enough for the barge to come in and pick up said 4wd, then settled in to watch as the barge got stuck by the ebb tide and shallow water. A very nice way to pass an hour on a Saturday night. Thanks for placing this cache, and for the inadvertent entertainment.

As much as I love cricket, watching the barge come in (& struggle to get out) was better entertainment. A quick find after positioning my body between a muggle waiting in her car to get on and the cache. Saw the cache on our reccy walk past so plan was enacted. frmen1 walked past her looking at stones, catching her attention in case I was spotted. TFTC

Got to this GZ, and with the hint was pretty sure that I knew where it was hidden. That was good because there was a white car parked in the exact same spot as the white car clearly evident in the Google Satellite View. I wanted to ask if it was the same one.

Fortunately the gent in the car was preoccupied, and soon forgot about the long haired guy taking scenic photographs of the water and rocks. The photographs did show me where the cache wasn't until there was only one place left. Another "photograph" was taken with me standing between the car and the hide and I was soon signing the log.

That was when another car parked right behind the white 4WD blocking him in. While she continued her phone call, I took some more photographs, slipped the cache back into place with lots of cover and was out of there.

Lovely area, but boy its busy on this perfect afternoon.

Thanks for the cache bianchaaa 39
