7.15. Archive or unarchive a geocache
Archiving a geocache is meant to be a permanent action. Only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ can unarchive caches. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if the cache meets the current geocaching guidelines.

The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention.

I am temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.

Love the nature focus along the Parnkalla trail. Out on trusty treadles exploring the trail and sights. Finally in Port Lincoln with time ahead to stop in this lovely well kept historic town. Day 16 in SA after numerous trips were sabotaged due to you know what and its a fab day. The Ikera- Flinders Ranges, Whyalla, Port Lincoln and a few in between caches are high on the list along with several other random caches so hoping to tick all boxes before heading back to home base. I’ve learnt theRE are plenty of quality SA caches - plenty to pique the curiosity and anticipation of another surprise or fun cache. TFTC AND THE FUN and the effort to contribute to this fave game.

Wandering along the trail enjoying the afternoon ocean views and picking up a few caches The boat slipway was interesting. Peered thru the wire at the fishing trawlers. Lots of sandstone formations weathered by the waves.

The cache was sitting out in the open behind the sign. But all the walkers were focused on the ocean view. Re-hid under a SPOR Smile

Hi all. Cache was checked not long after first maintenance log was posted, found a bit away from original site and placed back into spot. Checked again just now and cache has been removed again. Replaced with another cache, slightly larger, and new log book. Thanks all for your patience.

This cache has been unfound for six months, twelve weeks ago the owners indicated that would check it that week !!! If it is not going to be replaced then it should be ARCHIVED so no-one else wastes time looking for it.
An 'owner maintenance' means just that - it has been checked and replaced(maintained)

Well it’s 2021 and I have finally said good bye to a not so great 2020 and it was great to finally be able to have a reasonable holiday as I have not had a decent break since 2019.
Made to South Australia and finally crossing the boarder and then being greeted by a couple of very friendly SA police offices for which i had the official paper work to allow me to enter.
After making my way west along the Eyre Hwy I went as far as Penong and the Eyre Hwy which I have not travelled along since the late 70’s when I was on a holiday with my folks and this was the last holiday before I started full time work as a sparkie and finding a few caches as I go.
Geocaching when towing a van is not always easy and I have to be a bit selective on which ones I decide to try and find for safe parking purposes especially along busy highways.
So after leaving Coffin Bay my next destination is Port Lincoln which is down the bottom of Eyre Peninsular off the Flinders Hwy.
I’m hoping for better weather soon I don’t mind it being cool just not rain showers when you are out and about.
I left Coffin Bay early so I could get set up and then go out looking for little green dots on my map.
As I’m staying in the caravan park I walked down to the jetty and breakwater and then took the walking trail along the coast to do the couple of caches along here.
You get some great views along this trail and the caches are a bonus.
This is as far as I’m going and after a quick search I added my name to the log and headed back the way I had walked.
Thanks diamondfoxes TFTC.

*FoTF* Fourth to Find joint with [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) at 10:22 hr.

During our new years break, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I headed to the Eyre Peninsula to travel around the various coastal towns. We started the trip with Jeep trouble, but then continued in our alternative vehicle without 4WD to stick to the main tourist roads where possible. We travelled south-west to Tumby Bay and Port Lincoln via Whyalla, Cowell, Cleve, Arno Bay; west across to Coffin Bay; and then north-west to Streaky Bay and Ceduna via Elliston, and Venus Bay. We then headed back east staying in Kimba via Poochera, Wudinna, Lock, and Darke Peak.

Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I spent the day around Port Lincoln. We spent the morning seeing the town and marina, and then headed south travelling past Port Lincoln National Park to check out Whalers Way. It was still a little cold and nippy with the wind about, but otherwise a sunny day.

Following breakfast in Port Lincoln, we drove to this location next to the bay, and took the short walk to this cache, where we made a quick find. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks diamondfoxes for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

Beautiful little patch of bush, and then a rock shaped like a pasty! Lol!

11-Dec-20
Well, I didn’t think that a FTF would still be up for grabs, but turns out it was. Added bonus was we saw the barge that the Osprey are on, even saw them riding the thermals above the shoreline, good experience all round, TFTC.
