Out on a tour for the day while camped at Savannah in the Round. What a gorgeous area thanks for bringing us here 
On our way out to Lake Tinaroo we had already spotted the location but could not stop. So after our night at the Platipus Campground we passed here again, stopped and grabbed the cache. Tftc!
What would a trip up to the Tablelands be without a geocaching afternoon with Arachnauts? This one was top of my list. Nicely tucked away and big enough for a few TBs from Canberra. TFTC
Found 17:40Staying at the caravan park near the lake & heading out to the pub for dinner. We stopped by and made quick find using the helpful clue. Unfortunately we got muggled by some dog walkers who gave a smile. So I wonder if they are aware!TFTC
Left a hand made bracelet, if taken please let us know how far it travels, my 11yr old son makes them. Was an easy one this find. Thanks loving it tho.
On our last day in the Tablelands we could not resist an afternoon of caching. After a quick search of GZ we located the treasure. TFTC.

Heading back to our van, after a day at the dam , we were busy talking and drove past. After a quick turnaround we were back at G.O. The cache is in great condition..

Replaced jar in the same position, still plenty of room in the original notebook for your finds! Happy hunting.
Oh, nighttime caching, it’s what I do haha. It took a while in the dark to find this one but three sets of eyes and patience got us the prize. Thanks for the cache.

Love this little geocache! Very hard to get to with muggles around, but added to the fun!
Great Northern escape 2022 Day 45. Cooktown to Atherton travel day. I headed off after packing up in the rain and getting quite wet, but of course as I got a bit out of town it stopped raining. The Black mountain rocks looked very broody in the mist, and I dove straight past Lakeland. A quick stop in Mount Molloy and on past Mareeba. At last as I reached Tolga there was some caching to do. I moved onto Atherton and set up camp in a town van park and went out for a few more in the late afternoon. A longer day than I have had for a bit now.
After a few difficult caches earlier in the day, I was happy to make a straight forward find here. The sign is a bit over grown.

# 2382 - While staying in the area we're doing a tour of the crater lakes and Tinnaroo Dam. Passing through Kairi this was my chance to log a cache for the day. Thanks for the handy hint. I needed to be quick, because of muggles around me who were picking chokos off the vine nearby.

Had a look at the back through the bush and spotted it. Saw the painted rock too. Tftc
Escaping the winter in Adelaide and caching along the way we stopped to get this one on our drive around the lake. Left a painted rock in the garden. T.F.T.C.

We left Cairns yesterday and although we were hoping to stay at Lake Tinaroo, we ended up at Tolga because all the caravan parks we contacted were booked out. It’s a shame, because although Tolga is nice, it’s not the same as camping here on the water. We enjoyed doing the “geo tour” of the lake, finding caches and checking out the views as we went. A nice variety of hides in some lovely spots kept us interested and busy for the day.

Staying at the Rocky Creek camp ground. Headed out to do some caching and this was one we targeted and found. Thanks for hiding and giving us the opportunity to explore.
Grey Nomads travelling around Australia - more recently, just Queensland, and of late, Cairns, where we are based for all of March. Out for a wander today up on the Tablelands, picking up a caches or five that have appeared since the last time we were here..

We were out and about enjoying some fine weather on the Atherton Tablelands when we stopped to attempt this cache.
Spent a bit of time looking for the best/easiest access point before locating the cache container.
