Started the day attending an event in Torquay with perfect weather to start the day. Drove along the Great Ocean Road stopping at Anglesea, Aireys Inlet, Lorne then onto Mount Disappointment which ended the day with torrential rain and hail storms.Cache:I was dodging large hail while locating the hide. Log signed and replaced as found. Thanks for the Adventure Lab bonus cache themd #8,199
A nice AL series at the end of a cosy winter weekend with a friend in Lorne. Thanks for taking us to the Lab locations, and also for the bonus cache.
The last cache of the day after completing the associated Lab. There are some really interesting places in Lorne, and caching has led us to most of them.We headed off down the Great Ocean Road for a few days for a belated wedding anniversary celebration. The weather was kind and the scenery along the road spectacular. We based ourselves in Lorne and then tripped around checking out the local places. While we had visited the area some time ago it was great to spend more time exploring the area, and of course the caching.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache themd.**SKI Pair****
After a tough lab cache I came across this one afterwards and after a few calculations I came to this cache! Very good I liked a lot. Tftc

Heading down along the Great Ocean Road towards Adelaide, caching as we go, loving the scenery which is the best in the world! Id completed the Ad lab some time ago but was unable to get to the Bonus. Nicely found and signed today! Thanks themd for bringing me here and contributing to this great game for others to enjoy. Happy trails, Deanside
Found with my muggle mother after following the AL and learning about Lorne. We left the turmoils asleep so we could get on with it.
Travelling with some friends from all over the country to Lorne for the week. This was my first lab cache I've completed and had a great time completing it on foot and dodging rain. It was a pleasant surprise to find this one, a great hide and in great condition. TFTC!
What a steep hill to get to the top but the view was worth it then down to the beaches. Enjoyed the Ad Lab and the bonus just capped it off. TFTC themd
Find # 12731
Found with Tyred n Cranky.
A family weekend away in Anglesea. Down here to enjoy and cache the area.
Last time I was in Anglesea was Oct 2018 and I had left a few unfound. So back again to claim some more finds in the area and tackle the AdLabs
Ad lab done now off to GZ for the bonus.
A quick find after a short walk from the park.

Find No. 4188. Found at 3.55pm
In Anglesea for a couple of days with Geodog Penny on board and staying at 'Maroo Park Cottages'
Today we went for a drive down to Lorne, finding a few caches along the way.
First up we drove around Aireys Inlet doing the Adventure Lab and finding a couple of caches before heading down to Lorne.
While in Lorne and in between showers we done the two Adventure Labs, found one traditonal cache, and also found the Bonus cache, being this one.
Geodog Penny had lots of walks around doing the Adventure Labs with us, plus she went paddling along the beach near the Surf Life Saving Club. Lucky for us she didn't go in swimming - nothing worse than a wet soaking dog in the back of the van on a cold rainyfied day.
After doing an Adventure Lab stage at the Swing Bridge we then worked out the co-ords for this bonus cache. We then walked along the Swing Bridge following our GPS that took us to the hide.

Clocked up a lot of steps doing the Ad Lab for this one! A thoroughly enjoyable experience.
We enjoyed completing the Lorne Hilltops To The Beach Adventure Lab, and along the way, we collected the required clues for this bonus cache. With the calculations completed, the final coordinates were calculated and it didn't take long to get to GZ and locate the cache. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks themd for the Adventure Lab and the Bonus Cache.
I completed the lab long ago, and ran out of time for the final as had to run. Kept driving past thinking I don't have enough time to drive around there and walk. Always the case usually after a big day chasing falls.
Today however was super cruisey and had time to make the quick and easy find and come back for a splash. A fantastic lab for a great area, an easy FP from me for location.

This lab is not available 24/7. Theatre not open so could not go in and get one of the answers
MMMM I've been to the movies here a zillion times.
Crocodile Dundee was a full house back in 1986.
Moonraker was fun in 1979.
More recently I enjoyed Eric Bana in "The Dry'.
But as for the adventure lab there is not one WP anywhere near the Theatre.
Not sure what is going here with the previous DNF
Send me a message I don't bite maybe we can sort out where you've veered off course

Headed out from Geelong to do some birdwatching today, and ended up at Lorne!
Since I was here, drove around to the locations.
Finished up and realised I hadnt got the info for the bonus. Luckily I had photos from up the hill, so only had to redo 4.
That's done I quickly added the info, and only had a shortish walk to GZ. Found while caching quickly, Signed log and returned as found. TFTC

I enjoyed the AL though walked it and was quite tired. Wasn’t sure which type of end but after looking at one without success, found it in the other. Tftc
We had headed off for what started as a day trip but turned into an overnight camping trip at Stephenson's Falls. Very handy to have the geomobile A'Tuin as we can make decisions like that.
We had completed this Adventure Lab some time ago and hadn't had the time to find the bonus cache when we did the Adventure Lab. We love Lorne, and the Adventure Lab took us to places we hadn't been to before.
Today when we went to find this Bonus Cache, we had to wait for around two dozen muggles wandering along like Brown's cows. Then we needed to wait for a break in the traffic. Finally, we could retrieve the Bonus cache and sign and replace it with appropriate stealth.
The Bonus cache is in excellent condition.
Thank you themd for the Adventure Lab and this Bonus cache as well.

Thanks for the tour of Lorne. Completed this morning before breakfast. Made light work of the bonus.
Found It............After the decision was made after lunch that a trip to Lorne was in order we decided to have a go at the Adventure Lab cache while we were in the area. After getting the first couple of WPts in familiar locations the next two we hadn't stopped at in all of the times we had visited the area and finally we arrived at the final one and with the calculations made we set off in search of the prize and after a stroll taking in the setting sun and the reflections on the river we were soon at GZ and a quick search soon revealed the cache. Thanks themd for the AL cache and the final.
I decided to do a road trip along the Great Ocean Road this week. It’s been a long time since I travelled along this area and it was certainly before I was into caching! Today I’m traveling from Anglesea to Sugarloaf, past Lorne.
I finished this lab after the sun had set and I took a couple of low light pictures of the nearby bridge. I returned to my car and was sitting there updating my caches when all of a sudden a sea of blue appeared. A very cool light installation which didn’t turn on until 6:30pm, so definitely hang around if you are there a little early.
Thanks themd for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to find.

Had a fantastic time doing this adventure cache and bonus cache. Enjoyed the walk once we got past the steep hills on the way to the first clue. Thank you for taking the time to set this up. Made for a great way to spend the day.
Thanks for a great day of geo caching. Was all fun once the steep climb to Teddy lookout was over. Thanks hparkinson for pushing me on
So thought I'd get out of Melbourne over Easter and find a few caches, I'd just hit my 1000th cache so thought I can't stop there.
For this trip I visited Aireys Inlet and had a beautiful cottage for 5 days, took some long walks along the waters edge and even ventured into Lorne for an Adventure Cache.
The wife tagged long with me to this wonderful spot. Lots of caches nearby and a great adventure cache as well.
What a great spot to go find some caches.
Thanks for the cache and the hide
The log book has been signed and returned

With the first four preliminaries done and dusted yesterday afternoon, it was just a matter of finding the last and calculating a GZ. That task was soon out of they way and a pleasant stroll to the final location had me with the stash in hand quite quickly at 08:25.
A very nice journey.
TNLNSL. Thanks themd.

A drive from Bellbrae to Lorne today with Bogonghazy had us finding some great caches and enjoying some amazing views, and exploring new places. Thanks for the tour and the history here Themd, adding to the faves
Out for the day with LittleBoss2 on our short escape to Anglesea. Today we started from Bellbrae and worked our way down to Lorne finding caches and Labs. This was a really enjoyable Lab cache and final. Some great areas to discover, and a nice walk to GZ while watching the unlucky fisherman have a crack. Thanks Themd, adding to the faves
Having finished the wonderful Adventure Lab, collecting clues along the way, I decided to look for this one this morning. After a short walk, I spotted the likely hide and soon had the cache in hand. Thanks themd, for this cache and the Adveture Lab.
Found by The Empire + H
We checked off all of the waypoints on the Adventure Lab yesterday and last night - some locations we'd been to a few times and some were the first. Happy to make the quick find this morning after working out where to go next. Thanks for the adventure lab and the bonus cache themd! A favourite point added of course.

Thanks so much!! A quick find for the end of the lovely adventure lab! Continuing our travels to Wye river! Onwards we go! TFTC
We are heading down to Portland to visit dad for a few days and had a bit more time to spare than usual so we thought that we would head to Lorne and grab the adventure lab down there.
We had a great time collecting the required information and really enjoyed each site that we visited, we almost forgot to collect the bonus information at wpt 1 and Diane remembered just as we got back to the car. From here on in it was all smooth sailing, although we don't think that it would be quite as relaxed during the summer holidays.
Once we visited each location we sat down and worked out the co-ords for this cache and then took another enjoyable walk to gz where the cache was found right where we hoped that it would be and our name has been added to the log.
Many thanks themd for the tour and this bonus.

What a delightful way to spend a morning.
Suscoe headed out from home early today and made our way down the highway and then through Winchelsea, Bambra and Deans Marsh before arriving at Lorne,
As we were heading over the Otways the heavens opened and a good bit of drizzle and rain made things wet and drippy from the trees.
We arrived at Teddy's Lookout with more drizzle but it was clearing.
We worked our way through this cleverly constructed Adventure Lab abd finally worked our the location of this puzzle bonus.
A pleasant walk to GZ and the cache was found.
Log signed and back to the car.
Thanks to themd for a creative look at Lorne and a nice bonus.
We then headed home in some sunshine and clouds but the wet stuff had departed for good by late morning.

What an adventure and way to finish our holiday in Lorne. It took me a couple of days to do the adventure lab cache and then just before heading back home today we came and found the actual cache. Thanks so much for the fun!
LOOKOUT TEDDY!
It sounds like an obscure reference to the Indigenous Drop Bear.
Not so many tourists here for them to feast on today but that is sure to change next Friday. Good pickings.
Following in the footsteps of The_Tritonz, we visited locations very familiar to us.
Not the first time we've holidayed down here and certainly not the last.
Tomorrow we celebrate +Wife's Birthday and also the Anniversary of Geocaching Australia.
Today we celebrate finding your caches Themd.
Thank you.

Sometimes having our weekend on a Friday/Saturday has its advantages, {FTF} 's is certainly one of them. We took our time heading down to Lorne, even doing some cache maintenance checks along the way, and it seemed like the labcache bonus was still up for grabs. The weather was perfect with blue skies and not a breath of wind as we visited some of the magical locations that Lorne has to offer. Collecting both sets of clues we were then able to do the maths and work out GZ. An enjoyable walk and we had the fresh logbook in our hands,
Thanks themd for placing a labcache down along the GOR, a great choice, one which many cachers like us will enjoy.
A favourite point added.
