I think it is about time that the CO takes a look to see if this cache is still findable or has it moved on.
There is nothing left of the bookshop but the safe is still there so I have been back a few times to look for this cache. I asked Owlsarus where they found it and they said it was inside the safe but the safe is closed and locked now so I don’t think it can be found anymore. CO has not responded to any of my messages.
I looked but I was going to do another catche with friend so I had stop looking and go somewhere else
Out for a day of caching. Tried for quite a while to locate this one - GPS kept bouncing, but given the clues in the previous logs I'm fairly certain I was looking in the right place. Found a weird series of old toys in the rafters.....but, sadly, no cache today.
Finished a mid-week Orienteering event in Bowman park and had my first serous look for this one. The book shop has shut but the safe remains in the alley where the shop was. It was a quiet day and so we were free to have a good look, and we were flat out finding it, with the help of Team Arches visiting from the US. Still space in the very small log.
Good fun!

2nd time looking here. I looked all around the safe and couldn’t see anything. There were lots of people here today, including the shop supervisors so I had to do lots of book perusal while looking for the cache. I ended up buying some books but I still haven’t found this cache. Store will close on April 10 so I won’t get another chance, unfortunately.
Sadly couldn’t find this one today. Might be our last chance since this is closing down at the start of April. Keen to see if anyone else finds it before it closes
I’ve been here once before… but I had a preconceived idea in my head, and refused to look at anything else…
Today, having consulted the description it didn’t take long to spot the cache… a good use of the environment…

On 'uber duty' for the girlfriend doing a work function and a couple hours to kill. A couple caches, some dinner - a lovely evening. Made a stop here with no clue what I was in for. This is an amazing library ... I thought it was a shop, which I guess it sort of is ...but oh wow. I browsed whilst I was getting my bearings. May well come back. Found the right area but it took a bit before I finally spotted the logbook. I was expecting something different ... this is such a lovely spot. Awesome find.
Thanks Tashx for entertaining me at this location.

Heading off to the CITO on the Northside of Brisbane with RoddyC, Hatsoff, Snickersallan and GrannySmith1947 and stopped to get this interesting cache. We didn't take long before we could unlock a log book to sign. All done and cache replaced as found. TFTC
Eaten by a bookworm, no doubt! (The original, that is!)
Any way, we were on our way to the CITO, hatzofff and myself joined forces with Snickersallan, Imbunda and grannysmith1947
Log signed and cache replaced as found in 9.7.2022. TFTC, Tashx.

On our way to the CITO, grannysmith1947 and myself joined forces with RoddyC, hatzofff & Imbunda to look for a couple of caches. This one attracted our attention so off we went to the GZ location. On arrival we went by a safe bet after reading the description and pretty quickly had the log book in hand. Terrific concept and hide, definitely a favourite point from me. No one was home today so we didn't get to speak to anyone as we wanted to say what a fabulous set up this book shop is!

Found with bennyboppers and mnance101 today, almost gave up and with one last check with a light we spotted something familiar. Tftc
Out caching with the Tough Mothers (Bennyboppers and Lisylou). Took us a while but eventually found the very sneaky hide. Spoke to the volunteers there about the cache. TFTC!
This one had been on my radar for a while, today I was in between appointments and decided to use the time wisely and find this cache.
A bit of a look here and there, I spotted the cache before too long.
Thanks Tashx for thr cache.

I only discovered this little book store this week as I started work on a new (to me) school bus run.
No luck finding the cache today but I have every school day until the end of the semester to find it!

This evening, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I drove to nearby Bardon Bushland Park for a short walk around, before we lost total light. A nice walk in one of Brisbane's many suburban bushland areas, and we weren't the only ones to walk around, passing other joggers and dog walkers.
After our walk, we thought we would visit this bookshop, after my unsuccessful find a month ago. With a few recent finders since, and a hint, I was more confident today, plus it was a cool/random place to show [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T). We arrived after hours to have the small venue to ourselves. Today, it still took 5-10 minutes in searching around, as perhaps some movement had occurred since my visit, as it wasn't where I was told, and I believe I would have found this cache if it was there when I visited. The cache and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Tashx for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance. A cool place to highlight with a cache!

Needing a couple of caches today I looked around to see what was nearby, wow my area for success is getting further and further away. Therefore, it was a drive to Ashgrove way for just two caches today and leaving a couple for tomorrow when I will have to be back again. Lucky as I really only have time today for a couple of finds.
I arrived at this one and was surprised at what I saw, funny little set up. I walked in and spied the object in question. Not knowing what I was looking for I went off searching inside and after 10 minutes I had no success. I then continued my search outside and soon found the sneaky hide. A favourite point for this one as it was something different and made good use of an unusual area, thank you.
With log signed and cache replaced as found I was off home as I had no time to grab any more for the day, thanks.

Arriving after hours, I was surprised to what was here. What a quirky and cool little shop! I thought I had the place to myself, but no sooner to my searching, that another couple walked into the store, so we all put our face masks back on, and while they perused the store, I looked around the hinted object. I must have been there for a good 10-15 minutes, and no sign of the cache spotted. A cool place, and I'm keen to make a return here, so will watch this cache and see. Thanks anyway Tashx for the cache placement.
I came, I searched! Firstly for a book then after rereading the description changed my focus but still no luck
Found it yesterday just before lockdown announced. We took the puppy for her longest walk yet. Stupidly didn’t take a pen and none in the shop to borrow. Thanks for the cache - I had the boys initially looking for a book on the book shelf - as I had read about this one ages ago and didn’t reread before entering g the store - when I actually read the description we found it pretty quickly
Had to look inconspicuous whilst a customer browsed. Finally found it after the customer left. This was quite a novel idea. TFTC
I came to find this one when it was newly published but it had already disappeared by then so I jumped at the chance to return today and find the replacement. Such a dangerous place for a book lover! We’ve been here a good number of times over the years, never going home empty handed. After a thorough investigation we managed to spot the cache but I’m not sure it’s in the correct position. We have replaced where found and hope that it stays safe there. TFTC Tashx
What a delightful idea a little shop like this is! There was another customer in the store when we arrived, so we took some time just perusing the books and gently looking for the cache. Once she eventually left, we were able to search more carefully, and DisSister found it, although not in a spot that seemed to match the type of cache it was. Nevertheless, we replaced it where we had found it and are hoping for the best.

After a walk in the Bardon Bushland picking up some caches, I dropped in here as it was nearby. Hint made it easy to find as I’ve seen this type before. A fp for me and my 600th cache. Tftc
Out with DirtMop for a cache or two.
Very sneaky!
Thankfully I’d seen this kind of cache before.

This one was great [^] I was so surprised to see the shop, with books galore and lights on [^] For a bookworm like me it was heaven. GZ was pretty easy to locate but the cache was sneaky. Nicely done, so have a favourite point for bringing me here. I had a lovely browse before leaving. TFTC, Tashx.
Parking was at apremium but sson found a spot. Made my way to what I assumed was going to be GZ, and searched for the safe. It was right next to where the staff were hanging out, so I felt a bit awkward searching there without at least saying "hi" first.
I spoke to the 2 gents manning the shop, who had no idea about the cache so I let them know about it, as I assume owner permission has been given previously to place this cache. An easy find once I was able to search
Thanks Tashx for giving us a reason to visit.

A rainy public holiday makes for almost ideal caching conditions in terms of keeping muggles at bay and so I ran around this afternoon clearing up past DNFs, ALs and others.
The hint is helpful but it still took a while to locate the cunning cache. Haven’t seen one of this kind for quite some time.
It was interesting to see a book called ‘The Devil’s Weather’ very near the cache.
I would just add that maybe the coords could now point to the exact spot, so perhaps 5-10m W?
TFTC and something different.

I happened to be at the book bank today looking for a few books and wondered how others were going with this cache, so I looked up the recent history. Was very disappointed to find the book had gone missing a day after it was placed. Seems my log in the book is also gone, which is unfortunate.
I saw the note about the new cache so I had a quick search, found it and added my name to the log. Neat little cache- took me a little while to find. Tashx, great to see you have adapted this cache to keep it in play. Thanks again.

Ok so someone has stolen the original already. I have updated the description and the idea behind this one has changed. Good luck! X.
We have been to this treasure trove a number of times over the years so when we were driving past tonight, we just had to go in. The bonus of finding a cache was just extra incentive to stop. Unfortunately, despite touching what felt like every single book there, we could not find the appropriate one.
Three sets of eyes + one hour = no luck
Bought a book
Hope no one bought the cache

I love books, even have a street library (with hidden cache). So I saw this one published and thought I'd better check it out. Spent a happy half to three-quarter hour there happily checking out the interesting set up. Sadly unable to find the quarry this time. Will try again sometime in the future. Cheers Tashx
Hmm. I like the overall concept and the general GZ a lot (I’d been meaning to visit for a long time) but I just wonder if this should be a puzzle rather than a Traditional. No luck today.
I noticed this new GC on the map today, and being only a few streets away, I was keen to have a look. At GZ there is the most amazing book bank/ tent that runs 24/7- fully lit at night. My wife has mentioned this place before but I had no idea how many books were here- this isn’t your everyday roadside bookshelf/ box with a few books.
There were about 5 other people searching through the book collection while I was there so I wasn’t sure who was searching for the cache, or who was just interested in finding a book to read. The good news is, muggles won’t detect anything, as searching through books is what you do here!
Took a bit of searching, as I wasn’t quite sure what to look for, but persistence paid off in the end. Found this at night time, there is plenty of lighting so that helped.
I did have to check with the CO as I didn’t want to start pulling the place apart searching for a concealed cache, but I can assure you it is safe back on the shelves with all the other books, just as I found it, with the log signed.
Wonderful cache Tashx! What a wonderful place to have a cache.
