*26 Oct 2024, Found @2:56PM, Find # 3962.*A nice day to take the bike out on this trail. I had to venture a little bit further in for this one but then something shiny caught my eye. **Thanks to crank1 for placing this cache.**
Easy find cheers. We are out doing this trail and hope to complete it today. Thanks. First one and the pens already gone. We have a texter it will do. W8CA
Perfect weather for a day cache adventuring with doddlingalong. Today, meandering around the parks of Narre Warren. TFTC.
Out on a gorgeous day with carmlee1, another quick find and no muggles this time
Today, I headed out on a geocaching adventure with crustyvarmint. and decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather by riding our ebikes. The trails were in excellent condition, making for a smooth and enjoyable journey.we found most of the caches relatively quickly, However, a few caches proved to be more challenging, hiding just out of view. When we finally uncovered them, we couldn't help but laugh at how obvious they seemed once found. It was like they had been playing a game of hide and seek with us!The ride along the River Gum Creek was truly pleasant, and Im grateful to Crank1 for creating this series. Without it, I might never have discovered these scenic trails and the joy of exploring them on an ebike. It was a memorable day, filled with discovery, fresh air, and good company.
Today I went out caching with Juzzmagic. We were targeting the River Gum Creek series and, with the excellent weather, we rode our ebikes, and had a successful day. Most were found quite quickly, but some took longer. Once discovered, however, it was hard to understand why they had eluded us.Thanks for your work in this area, Crank1. Without this series I wouldnt have experienced the pleasant ride along these trails.
Out caching with Riply1602 for their first dabble in caching. Nice little trail to follow. Tftc!
We completed #1-10 today and hope to be back here to continue the series soon.
Found it , right where I thought it would be. Totally enjoying the series. Tftc
Thanks crank1. Beautiful King's birthday to be out in Hampton Park. TFTC. Giddy up
Looking for a puppy friendly walk, Huntress and myself selected this area. We arrived just after 9 am, which seemed to be a good time after all the school drop off's had happened. 9 finds with only 1 DNF and good coordinates on one (one GPSr wouldn't settle). Finished by 10.30 am, and now it's time for a coffee.Puppy had to go thru the fence to see what was on the other side after she saw me reaching over. Glad she didn't get to the mucky water. Thanks for the cache, crank 1.Hunter
Having found #1 to #8 almost two years ago on a bus driving job, today I was back in the area to drop my son to a friend's wedding close by. This time the bike made transit between GZs quicker. This was the first find, and was nice and quick. All in good dry condition. TFTC crank1
Found with Bogonghazy. Day out caching in the area. Thanks crank1 for placing the cache
Found with LittleBoss2 on our week in Rye. Yesterday's caches were so good, we thought we'd head back up the highway for another long walk. All these caches were in good order with great coords. What an amazing series of caches in a beautiful area. Our sincere thanks to Crank 1 for all the time and effort in placing and maintaining them
Decided to walk the river gum series today and boost my January finds. Thanks so much for a great power trail
A walk along the creek trail this afternoonSome were harder than othersThanks crank1
Completing another PowerTrail on the push bike today, This time going to tackle the River Gum Trail and the last section of the Hallam Valley Trail I have yet to fully complete. All caches are in good working order unless otherwise specified. Thanks heaps for the caches as always!.
I need to find more caches in the Casey LGA and also find more caches on the 25th of the month for a couple of different challenges I am working on so this power trail fit the bill perfectly. I found all 9 this afternoon on a lovely afternoon after work. Thanks for helping me get closer to my challenges!
Another power trail by crank1
Didn’t manage to fully complete this trail but I’ll be back again soon to tick the rest off!
Looked harder than I needed to

Woof woof woof (translated - i found these with my mummy before I had my own account. I hope you don’t mind that I log them)
Decided to do a power track - not my usual caching journey. I put my mountain bike in the car and headed off to the start. Over 2 hours along the track and with Cachly on my iWatch as I went from cache to cache, I covered 23 caches in this series.
Quick find once getting right path to it.

I usually don't do *power trails* for the sake of building the number of s... but a late decision to see if I can find 1,000 caches in a year... and a late decision to try for the third April souvenir... and a definite need to walk off the excesses of too much Easter and Birthday eating... resulted in me arriving here late morning to complete the **River Gum Creek** series of caches.
I parked near #13 in the series and, after finding it, set off towards #1 in the series... on foot. I found this one on my return journey as I had walked past it without realising it on my outbound journey. And so I completed the first leg of the day. With my late start to the day, it was now lunch time so off I went shopping after getting back to my car.
Thanks **crank1** for the cache and the series.

Found while out exploring this lovely area and found this River Gum Creek trail so Thanks Crank1 for putting this trail together.
My partner found it straight away I don't think I can bring her next time shes too good at this
An enjoyable ride on a coolish day. In fact it rained before we finished the series.
Thanks crank1
Thanks crank1
Grabbed the deadly treadlies, and with Chewinprickles and a couple of granddaughters, we rode the River Gum Creek.
Some really nice wooden sculptures around the trail.
A nice flat trail, and a lovely ride with very few muggles spotted.
Thanks for this series, Robmc.

After collecting my Granddaughter from daycare, I took her home.
This gave my son a short break after he finished work.
We then cleaned out his garden shed, ready for hard rubbish collection next week.
Grabbed a bag of lemons from their tree.
Now it is time for a 3.7 km walk and grab some of your caches.
This was the sixth of seven finds.
All caches were easily found and in good order.
Thank you for the series, crank1.
This is a great place to get some exercise.

OK, they are insisting on knowing how many I intend to do. At this point it would be dumb to stop now right?! I mean, to have 10 left on this side and not finish them would mean coming back 2 more times to finish the series. Who will break first? Me or the children?
There it was, definitely lucky no water laying around, and colour coordinated! Enjoying this series but calling it a day for now…. Tftc
It's a better day for geocaching today .. yesterday was simply too hot for a longish walk .. Thanks for placing the caches Crank1, I look forward to completing the series.
Found it! Very pleased I didn’t drop the cache container here as I wouldn’t want to go and find! Also found a case moth nearby and popped it into the shade. TFTC SL
Out for another trail on another lovely day after what felt like years of rain. Really enjoyed this trail. TFTC crank1
Return here again since last week due to little floods in this area. Enjoyed the walking with bombers27. Found it. Thanks crank1 for placing this cache
I think we found half of it? The bottom half missing unfortunately, I looked around but no luck finding it…
Out for a spin on my Ebike along the trail today great weather for caching found quickly signed and replaced...TFTC crank
I'm continuing my way around these (for the third time). At this cache, I had to wait for a muggle to walk past, but just behind him, a kitten was "Tiggering" about. I asked him if it was his cat, and he said it was, and it liked to follow him about.
The cache was found easily and I'm not sure why I never looked at that end of the posts before. Too much of a slave to my GPS probably.

Turning back wasn't an option because it would have involved trying to wade through the waterlogged grass again.. so I trudged on wishing I had some large stepping stones. This cache wasn't to hard to locate and this section was relatively devoid of muggles.
*The "Great Victorian Cache Crawl 2022" Adventure #14*
I joined the cache crawl at the Cranbourne event, celebrating International Geocaching Day, but have skipped Devil's Elbow. I'm now on my bike catching a part of the River Gum Creek.
The path is nearly 20cm underwater between #8 and #9, and more CITO. Will have to stop off at the park again on the way back.
Thanks heaps, Crank1!

I hadn't planned to do this series, but after an Adlab nearby, I decided this was going to be today's walk instead of the Cranbourne Botannic Gardens. Quick find.
Thanks to crank1 for the cache.

Thank goodness! After not finding the last few, this was spotted easily. With soaked fee. I proceed to the next one....or not! TFTC
