Found this one on my cycling trip across the country. Always nice to get of the saddle for a bit.TFTC

Staying at manapouri for couple days, thought we would chase some caches.

There was a cyclist taking a break here, sitting reading a book and not taking much notice of our endeavors. Uh oh, wouldn't that be Murphy's Law ... but luckily it wasn't. Cache done and dusted right behind her back. Cache is all good. TFTC

Looked under a few stones as I worked my way along. Quickly discovered the right spot & took advantage of the seat to log. Thanks for placing.

Weather report is no looking great for later today - so left early for a ride toward Manapouri and back. Ended up turning round at balloon loop road - so about 45 km return trip from the caravan.Trail was pretty quiet so made caching easy yay! TFTC

Visiting here from Adelaide (South Australia) for the 2nd time (because its just stunning here). Walked from the Control Gates along the Kepler down to the swing bridge, and then back along the bike trail, collecting caches along the way. A 23km walk with a stunning forest trail next to a beautiful clear river.Cache found and log signed.

Thanks for hiding this cache Kiscardi I appreciate it. We biked 26.5km today. It was forecast for rain ️ so we thought we would leave the furtherest ones for another day. It's such a fantastic track

Did a big walk of the trail from the control gates to rainbow reach and walked right past this one. Did the others. Have saved it for today. Glad the weather has played ball. Is a beautiful spot indeed. TFTC

Did a bike ride from Balloon Loop to Te Anau to get the last of these before we move to Alexandra. TFTC

AliGle and I were doing a bit of a tour around the south of the South Island in a Jucy Camper over a few weeks. Today we spent the day in Te Anau, going out for a few walks and finding a few caches. Found this while checking out sections of the Lake to Lake trail. TFTC!

Found - Mrs McMike2012 & I now live full-time in our caravan & travel the country visiting places we want to visit … we were parked up at the new NZMCA Manapouri camp site & were spending our time exploring the area, on foot & by bike … this is another cache found in the Lake2Lake Cache Series … this was an easy find, log completed & successfully returned … pleased to add another 'smiley face' to the tally … TFTC ... TN:LN:SL ... #2,006 for us.

In Te Anau for a few days, and having just done the Fiordland Jet, we picked up our bikes to cycle back to Te Anau along the Lake 2 Lake trail. After a bike up the hill, we quickly found the cache, thanks

Heading to Te Anau for a couple of days picking up the new Lake2Lake caches along the way. A fair amount of walking to caches and return. Nice weather though and pup enjoying a good run This one was a bit of a bugger, lots of places to look at waist height, eventually got there! tftc Anne
