Missed this one as on the way in we passed an actual old telegraph pole down in the dense gully and assumed that was GZ (to find on the way back). Didnt spot the same feature on the return though and had long gone beyond the coords before we realised that wasnt the cache location. Just have to come back again!
Right where it should be. Removed an unacceptable swap and covered with more leaf litter. Screws are not good swaps!

We found the trail that is a little more undulating that runs almost parallel to the main track. We explored this for a while and then returned back to the main trail and went to the most likely and took a hint from a log to uncover the cache. TFTC
Heading to the Mary Valley Rail Trail to do some birding and thought I might clean up part of this series whilst I was here. For the most part this series was a series of quick and easy finds, as well as some great bird sightings. Another quick find here. I spotted it here whilst I was climbing up the bank to look for a calling bird. Thanks for the fun series spiderwebbs4.
Happy most finds have been in the shade. Surprised as to how many muggles are on the trail. TFTC
In all our travels we would not have even thought to travel to this location. (HaHa). In your dreams, these cachers do. [:(!] Thanks for an awesome effort. Devilish Brilliant and Clever I like it Another one off the list TTBLNSL TFTC/TFTH/TFBUH - Spider Webbs 4 [^]
Teamed up with Sunseeker Wanderers today for a wander along the Mary Valley Rail Trail. Left the car at Brooloo and walked to Imbil collecting everything second cache on the way. Had a very enjoyable lunch at the pub then walked back to Brooloo picking up the remaining caches.
It was a great day and most of the caches were easy to find.
Thanks to all the COs who created this great trail.

After Duppers Magic Maker event, I planned to go up the bluff with those who were going. I use the “planned” word very loosely as I didn’t plan very well. After a few slips and slides due to wearing the wrong shoes, I decided to bail. Now since I had car pooled here with Duppers, I was stuck in the area for the day. I headed back to the car to cache locally while I wait, and I knew it was going to be a long wait.
When I got back to the car parking area, Davidwazza was just pulling out as he wasn’t going up this time around. He asked if I wanted to come along with him so I jumped at the chance. It’s always better to cache with friends. (Thanks David.)

I had scoped out this area yesterday and considered to throw in my bicycle to ride this Mary Valley Rail Trail properly, but instead, we decided to "run" this trail by continuing to reposition the vehicle, and walk from different entry points. I look forward to seeing if this trail can be extended, and will then definitely return with my bike!
We arrived and after searching around, we made a reasonably quick find of the cache. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks spiderwebbs4 for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Today, a planned *Maker Magic* event on the top of Kenilworth Bluff had me make a trip north. When I completed this hike one year ago, I hadn't prepared for the walk to take the full day, and missed out checking other vicinity highlights. Following the event, [shazzar66](https://coord.info/PRJ8B31) and I took a drive north-west through Brooloo and Imbil, and we scoped out the Mary Valley Rail Trail, and the forestry area to the south-west. Those 4WD tracks didn't pose any concerns and were in good condition.
For lunch, [shazzar66](https://coord.info/PRJ8B31) and I returned to Kenilworth where we had lunch at the infamous bakery, and we ran into [Peppa](https://coord.info/PRAXNZZ) who had returned from the hike. We completed the finding of geocaches around town, and I then took off towards Mapleton, stopping off at Mapleton Falls National Park for a short walk. As time continued to get away from me, I was able to make a few final stops in Nambour, and then took the drive home fighting congestion on the M1 highway.
I also commenced/completed two Adventure Labs:
• [Not Too Shabby.](https://labs.geocaching.com/goto/ead46a00-3de3-48be-97ed-2033deff279b); and
• [A wander around Kenilworth](https://labs.geocaching.com/goto/703debde-f896-446d-ad5a-748aee0abcf7).

A long weekend staying in Bollier and caching around Noosa and districts, with geo friends, patrol14, grannysmith1947, hatzofff, Imbunda and RoddyC. To save space on log sheets, most logs were signed as Geo Six.
Loving these great hints, it certainly helps with the search and not trample over too much.
Thank you, spiderwebbs4, for another good hide.

An easy find after a bit of an amble along from Bellbird Park. There seemed to be a couple of spots which might meet the hint, but the first one I examined was the right one. Added my name to the log as usual and retreated. TFTC, spiderwebbs4. Sounds like a maintenance run would be worthwhile given a few have DNF logs.
spiderwebbs4 I found your cache Telegraph in the Jungle - MVRT #6 ️ on 17/2/2023, 12:10 pm. This is my find 4752 and find # 5 today. A quick and easy ride by. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
This was a nice quick find. I was being devoured by a very persistent, march fly. I forgot how much their bites can hurt. It was lovely to hear the bell birds in the bush. TFTC
Out for a drive from where we are staying at Glenwood. Some stunning country around here.

Nice quick find here. Mrs Herbz was a bit trepadacious with one of the arachnoidal inhabitants of the container so Mr Herbz had to remove the log for signing. All good here. TFTC.
The railtrail a good way to start the day , either to ride or walk. Today we are walking and picking up the cache series along the way. Today we signed in as B2. Container had been left upside down and had water in it, log was to wet to sign, left sheet of paper and signed that. Thanks spiderwebbs4 for the caches.
The sound of the bellbirds was wonderful. The trail is in an area where the Geohubby grew up so lots of fond memories of this place. Quick find great hint. Tftc
On our way to take friends out for lunch in Imbil but as we were early, geowife dropped us off to collect a few caches on the way. Found an area that fitted the hint exactly but obviously not the right one, soon realized where we needed to be. TFTC spiderwebbs4
Headed to Brooloo today to ride along this new rail trail to Imbil grabbing the caches along the way. All caches were found without trouble thanks to good coords and hints. It was nice to ride along listening to the bellbirds and speaking to a few locals too.

12:58:00 PM. Didn't take long to find this one and sign the log. Waited for muggle to pass us. Thanks for the cache spiderwebbs4
Easy find. Thank you spiderwebbs4 for adding to the appeal of this wonderful track by taking the time to create this series of geocaches. We thoroughly enjoyed each and every one of them.
I really did enjoy the walk along the rail trail it was so peaceful and I heard the sounds from the Bellbirds as I walked along. I do love a power trail! We met Vegan Cachers at the start of the trail so decided to start from the other end and met up with Dennis somewhere in the middle hence we have some FTF and some were 2TF. A very enjoyable morning out here and thank you to Spiderwebbs4 for all the caches along the way and the hints provided..

Found @ 10.09ish!
Having covered the last few kilometres on foot, at a fairly brisk pace, & becoming a little weary a quick search of the map revealed we could drive quite close to this one with just a short bushbash to GZ so plan B was put on motion.
No dramas traversing the terrain along a reasonably well maintained bush track ^ we wer soon within 30 metres of GZ.
I crashed my way through a small patch of lantana & the debris underfoot to explode onto the rail-trail only metres ahead of JanetWil who was approaching from my right.
"Have you found it?" I enquired & received a dulcet reply of "No."
A quick foray & I soon had the cache in hand, JanetWil had passed it by so may need to recalibrate.
Made our mark & replaced as found.
