Sounds like this micro has been swallowed by the bush after all, so time to let it go. After 3yrs & 2mths with 51 Finds & 8 DNFs, it's farewell to this hide. Thanks to all those who took the time to visit the trail.?????????
Cache needs maintenance as end off container and contents missing Have popped a log on scrap paper and tried to close end TFTC
In all our travels we would not have even thought to travel to this location. (HaHa). In your dreams, these cachers do. [:(!] Thanks for an awesome effort. Devilish Brilliant and Clever I like it Another one off the list TTBLNSL TFTC/TFTH/TFBUH - Spider Webbs 4 [^]
Log book in good condition. Did find cache on ground so placed back at coordinates.
Today we have come to Imbil to buy a book about Imbil locals. 40 locals have been interviewed and their history provides a snapshot of Imbil today. Obviously caching is on as well! Thanks spiderwebbs4 for creating, placing and maintaining this cache.
Teamed up with Sunseeker Wanderers today for a wander along the Mary Valley Rail Trail. Left the car at Brooloo and walked to Imbil collecting everything second cache on the way. Had a very enjoyable lunch at the pub then walked back to Brooloo picking up the remaining caches.
It was a great day and most of the caches were easy to find.
Had to do a bit of maintenance on this one as the lid was missing and the log was on the ground. Didn’t have the ideal replacement but it should be ok until the CO does the next maintenance run.
Thanks to all the COs who created this great trail.

Top had come off, log on ground, replaced with camo mint tin. Rehung with Macliver ingenuity
After Duppers Magic Maker event, I planned to go up the bluff with those who were going. I use the “planned” word very loosely as I didn’t plan very well. After a few slips and slides due to wearing the wrong shoes, I decided to bail. Now since I had car pooled here with Duppers, I was stuck in the area for the day. I headed back to the car to cache locally while I wait, and I knew it was going to be a long wait.
When I got back to the car parking area, Davidwazza was just pulling out as he wasn’t going up this time around. He asked if I wanted to come along with him so I jumped at the chance. It’s always better to cache with friends. (Thanks David.)
Easy find

I had scoped out this area yesterday and considered to throw in my bicycle to ride this Mary Valley Rail Trail properly, but instead, we decided to "run" this trail by continuing to reposition the vehicle, and walk from different entry points. I look forward to seeing if this trail can be extended, and will then definitely return with my bike!
We arrived and after searching around, we made a reasonably quick find of the cache. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks spiderwebbs4 for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.

Today, a planned *Maker Magic* event on the top of Kenilworth Bluff had me make a trip north. When I completed this hike one year ago, I hadn't prepared for the walk to take the full day, and missed out checking other vicinity highlights. Following the event, [shazzar66](https://coord.info/PRJ8B31) and I took a drive north-west through Brooloo and Imbil, and we scoped out the Mary Valley Rail Trail, and the forestry area to the south-west. Those 4WD tracks didn't pose any concerns and were in good condition.
For lunch, [shazzar66](https://coord.info/PRJ8B31) and I returned to Kenilworth where we had lunch at the infamous bakery, and we ran into [Peppa](https://coord.info/PRAXNZZ) who had returned from the hike. We completed the finding of geocaches around town, and I then took off towards Mapleton, stopping off at Mapleton Falls National Park for a short walk. As time continued to get away from me, I was able to make a few final stops in Nambour, and then took the drive home fighting congestion on the M1 highway.
I also commenced/completed two Adventure Labs:
• [Not Too Shabby.](https://labs.geocaching.com/goto/ead46a00-3de3-48be-97ed-2033deff279b); and
• [A wander around Kenilworth](https://labs.geocaching.com/goto/703debde-f896-446d-ad5a-748aee0abcf7).

Out with RoddyC hatzofff Snickersallan Imbunda and grannysmith1947 for a fun weekend of geocaching on the sunshine coast area. Logs signed as Geo Six.
Dropped the trailer off with the kayaks to make it easier to travel around.
Not a fan of micros hanging as they usually log like twigs and leaves but we managed to locate this one fairly quickly. Log signed cache returned.

A long weekend staying in Bollier and caching around Noosa and districts, with geo friends, patrol14, grannysmith1947, hatzofff, Imbunda and RoddyC. To save space on log sheets, most logs were signed as Geo Six.
Well, I'm not a fan of micros in the bush, but with six eyes on the prize, someone found one here!

spiderwebbs4 I found your cache Who doesn't love a Micro in the Bush? MVRT #4 ️ on 17/2/2023, 12:00 pm. This is my find 4751 and find # 4 today. Found it, log sheet on the ground. Signed it and returned into cache and improvised a lid that was missing. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
As reported by a previous finder, the base is missing. I found the log paper on the ground. After signing, I returned it to the cache as securely as possible. TFTC
A quick search revealed the cache. The base was missing and the log on the floor. We didn’t have anything to repair the base so placed the log back in as securely as we could.TFTC
Out for a drive from where we are staying at Glenwood. Some stunning country around here.

Like the cacher before us we found the keyring on a brach but no cache. We spent a bit more time looking around just in case but still no success.
It took a while to locate. Eventually it was spotted closer to the trail than we were expecting. The geomuts are having a ball along this adventure. TFTC.
Found with goldielover today and team herbz. Took a bit to spot but all good here.

Obviously one of two finders today. Judging by the geotrail I was most likely the second. And easy find thanks. TFTC spiderwebbs4.
The railtrail a good way to start the day , either to ride or walk. Today we are walking and picking up the cache series along the way. Today we signed in as B2. Thanks spiderwebbs4 for the caches.
On our way to take friends out for lunch in Imbil but as we were early, geowife dropped us off to collect a few caches on the way. Walked straight passed this one to start off with and then spotted it on my way back up. TFTC spiderwebbs4
Headed to Brooloo today to ride along this new rail trail to Imbil grabbing the caches along the way. All caches were found without trouble thanks to good coords and hints. It was nice to ride along listening to the bellbirds and speaking to a few locals too.

Decided to take our bikes for a ride along the rail trail & find some geocaches. TFTC
12:44:00 PM. Took a monute to spot but the co-ords are spot on. Log signed. A few people out and about on the trail which was a surprise. Zara is going to try walking beside us for a while. That will be interesting while we are riding. Thanks for the cache spiderwebbs4
Easy find. Thank you spiderwebbs4 for adding to the appeal of this wonderful track by taking the time to create this series of geocaches. We thoroughly enjoyed each and every one of them.
Well our FTF run was now complete with us scoring the northern half & Janetwil the south.
Now for a quick few STFs to round of this great little series.
Another quick find by Mr VC but our new muggle friends couldn't 'see the forest for the trees'!
They were amazed at how easily the caches could be concealed while actually being in plain sight.
I explained that geocachers were also experts at hiding bodies. LOL ...
With the last rail-trail cache found we made our farewells & while the trio headed towards Imbil I turned & retraced my steps to Brooloo where Mrs VC & Winter the Geo-Cat waited patiently for my return.
Isn't it funny how the return trip always seems quicker? [?]
Made our mark & replaced as found.

FTF I really did enjoy the walk along the rail trail it was so peaceful and I heard the sounds from the Bellbirds as I walked along. I do love a power trail! We met Vegan Cachers at the start of the trail so decided to start from the other end and met up with Dennis somewhere in the middle hence we have some FTF and some 2TF. A very enjoyable morning out here and thank you to Spiderwebbs4 for all the caches along the way and the hints provided..
