It has been more than two months since the most recent Needs Maintenance log but the CO has not responded. Perhaps it is time for a reviewer to look at the situation.
jess_marree666 appears to be an armchair logger. They were in Egypt only a few days ago. Suggest this log, and every other one of their logs is false.
Needs Maintenance. This cache hasn't been found in quite some time and cachers say they are unable to locate it considering it should be fairly easy.
Unfortunately I fear this cache met its maker with the fire and gone off to cache-heaven. Checked hint and unfortunately it did not help as no ground cover left. That said, life is returning with shoots everywhere which shows the amazing power of survive of Australian Bush.
No luck with this one today. With most of the bush burnt in the recent fire I think this one might need replacing.

Thanks a lot for all of Aussie caches! I must say that Australia is really beautiful and one of the best country for holiday! Me and my girlfriend enjoyed 52 days long travelling (from Brisbane to Brisbane via Cairns, Darwin, Alice Springs, Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney and Gold Coast), sleeping in our car and of course geocaching here!
Greetings from the Czech Republic/Europe! I would like to invite all australian geocachers to Czechia, we have got many excellent caches on amazing places too!

After a couple of tries i found the right track. Couple of scratches cache was in hand. Log in very c

Heading back to the car from the Lighthouse ruins and decided to look for this. Hmmm our GPS said 24 metres from the track with no visible way in. I opted to stay on the track and look for birds and MrT headed into the scrub for the cache. Thankfully he found it. Signed log and returned as found. TFTC
After visiting the lighthouse, the youngest tadpole and I walked further on to track this one down. I was concerned to see the GPS was pointing me 25m into the undergrowth, not a place for a 5 year old. The track continued on back to the carpark, so dropped him off and back to forge a path - which was pretty clear once you get in. The cache is in good order.

Saw the big guardian roo before we reached the cache, which was found to be in good condition. It is always good to be able to find an old cache that is still in play. Many thanks to The 2 Dogs for placing this cache near an interesting place of historical value.
In fact I think there is a problem in between feet an meters, because the cache was 30 m away from the path
Cache in good state.

On a road trip as far down as Merimbula from the central coast this weekend for some gigs. Decided to drive down myself rather than be piled in with four others + all our gear ..and so I have left early to make a good day of it by caching along the way. I have chosen a handful of NON park-n-grabs to break up this trip. One I chose is the nearby GC4PZQ0 due to its highly attractive D/T rating and I figured.. why not cross the border into Booderee and checkout the Cape St George Lighthouse ruins? So I did!
It is a very hot 40 degree day and quite windy so a little unpleasant but the views from the cliff edges are spectacular. 2 Dogs, I found the cache the other night on recce when I recognised your name as the CO - we have found your D5 "W" on the central coast. It all worked out nicely here! Fairly straight forward hide once you go in far enough, although coords are pretty good. I left one of my last "PN on Tour" Pathtags for the next finder and also dropped a coin I've had with me for a while. Cheers again, 2 Dogs!

Nice hiding spot away from the lighthouse and I thought it was going to be a hard bush bash but not so. Great location and I spent a couple of hours here taking lots of photos and looking around. TFTC.
Looked at the solid wall of bush and then went for it. Found a track after a few meters and then finding the cache was simple. Absolutely no views here. Thanx anyway.
Mmm - found the cache OK, using dead reckoning from the coordinates. But it was a bit of a bush bash, and the clues made absolutely no sense to me? The cache, and log book, is all looking very wet and damp, could do with a clean-out, cleanup, and update. TFTC
Thanks for the hide! Found after visiting the lighthouse, what stunning views! Cache is under a pile of logs rather than a bush but is easy to find at GZ. Log is slightly damp.
Back again today after a nearby find yesterday to grab this one. It is obvious that the park rangers are hiding this track. Not to be deterred I entered into the bush but took a while and the wife was not enjoying the heat.
On my way out, I discovered the cache and duly logged it.

This was the main goal today driving home to Canberra from Stanmore Tops via this cache, which I wanted for the Canberra Old School Challenge. A little bit of wandering around before finding it. Unfortunately there were too many muggles to find the other nearby cache. Enjoyed watching the sea eagles for a bit. TFTC.

My phone went dead before I read the hint but I thought about where I would hide it and YES success
Was with iheartthetrain. Phone battery went dead but she still managed to find the cache. Her enthusiasm has got me hooked (and very sore legs)
We have enjoyed many of the locations we have found a 2 Dogs caches even though they are no longer active. This was another one. We walked into into this one and was rewarded by seeing an echidna on the way. The last 15m was a bit of a tough scrub bush and we were about to get out the real GPSr as the phone accuracy went out the window when we looked up and saw the classic hid. We complete the signing duties and re hid. Great to see it still going after all these years. TFTC
After a few days of paddling this wonderful area by kayak, I headed into this park area for some geocaching and hiking. Took me a long difficult winding walk, eventually finding the cave easily, and the way out even easier [^]

Now that was a long drive to pick up a ACT cache, well worth it though! We got stuck in a lot of traffic coming down so got here a bit later than we wanted, but we are use to caching in the dark so no real drama and added to the atmosphere and challenge.
After exploring the ruined lighthouse with what little light we had left we headed here to pick up this oldie...I can see why it has stayed protected so long, that was some dense bush! The trick to this one is leaving the path at the right spot, which obviously we didn't do! Yikes that was a hard 35 meters....we soon managed to arrive at the spot where the cache was easily spotted (phew) . Cache signed and still in good nick and we headed out a much better way...almost tempted to share the coordinates of where to leave the path to help future visitors.
We spotted a few ticks so make sure you get the insect repellant on and where suitable clothing, also something we didn't really do very well! Oh well a good fun one to tick off the list

Bit of bush bashing required for this one? My phone died just after we left the path so that didn't help, but I'll need to return for another scout around.
What a bush bash - no access track visible from main track! Relying on geosense as last point of contact (before battery on phone died) was... 20m that way into the scrub!! We're not coming back so in we dove... Shortly after geohubby says those 2 magic words "found it!" Not exactly under a bush but coords spot on so a quick find. Tftc.
Talk about bushwacking! This was not easy to get to, though the find was easy enough. Nice hide. TFTC.
Bit of a bush bash, but finally managed to find it. Great walking tracks here. TFTC
Second visit, looking for our TB. Some trees down making it a bit of a fight but found the cache. So sign of TB.
muggle central & had to keep going..oh well..a reason to come back.. the view was spectacular!
Think we approached from the wrong place. The sun set mid search .. Abandoned for another day.
Caching without a GPS part 2.
I had the recent logs listed on the ipad, so it wasnt difficult even with the crowds on the viewing platform. Max and I were quiet in the bushes and all other eyes were on the distance splashes.

Was a bit worried this might be a DNF as I ducted into the bush but it actually was a quick find. We went to watch the whales and saw 3 humpbacks pretty close to shore. Also got to see a sea eagle fly directly overhead with a huge fish in it claws. Amazing!! TFTC
A Team effort. The Geokids darted through the branches under the scrub on this one. 15 feet is a long way through thick scrub! GZ was in a small clearing in an obvious position. TNLN TFTC
TFTC. This cache was a good one to find due to very! Thick scrub and no phone reception at the location of the cache. Need to be willing to fight the scrub and get dirty for this one.
On our 18th day on holiday in Australia we stayed around the Jervis Bay. We thought to find some interesting caches but it resulted in 1 find and a disappointing 5 DNF. The worst score ever for us. @17:50 hrs,
Greetings from the Netherlands.
Greetings from the Netherlands.
Almost 7 years after my DNF I finally have this geocache. In fact it was so easy it made me wonder how the heck I missed it the first time. The trees that were burnt out are now back to their best. Thank you for an excuse to visit this area area a second time.
Please help tiger travel to the Isle of Wight in UK. For pick up by the GPs living in Yarmouth.
Logging this only now as I realise I did not log it before. We did this one last year while camping nearby. Also took get coin(reason for realising our error). Tftc.
Nice drive up there, bit of dirt road, but easy.
Nice walk and a bit of a burrow through the underbrush.
Nice sized cache did not see any trackables....
Anyway thanks for the cache 2 Dogs........on on!

TFTC really enjoyed this one. You do have to go small to get along the track but it was no problem. You cannot miss the place once you get along there, and the chance of muggles has to be as close to zero as it ever needs to be! I left a geocoin, SL and took a soccer ball keyring.
A couple of notes, I did not see the TB that was meant to be in there (TB Police Service) - it may have been picked up recently. And, the attribute says needs maintenance, but it all seems fine - all intact and the log is dry with plenty of room. Worth a visit anytime!!

A cache for pygmies, the last 20 metres on my hands and knees were a killer. Thanks The 2 Dogs
Found on the way to the ruined lighthouse, geodaughter wasn't game enough to leave footpath so had to do it on my own. After some scratches from bush had CIH soon enough, no TB in cache. TNLNSL TFTC.
Very bushy! Really hard to make our way through the thick bush. Would recommend to bring a bushwhacker
Easy find when we finally made our way. Thanks for the cache.

I like that this cache has been here for so long. No doubt the vegetation has grown thicker in the meantime. It would be fine if you were 1 metre tall. I'm closer to 2 metres and had to bend myself double to get through the bush to GZ.

Down here for the Rats event, took the opportunity to grab this one which I think I require to qualify for GC449PH.
Scrambled about for about 10 minutes, then the largish container came into view. Now on to the lighthouse ruins.
Thanks The 2 Dogs for another, and leading me to this pretty special area.

This one was a toughy.
Found with Katsumar and my niece who was on her first day's caching.
There does appear to be an easier way to get to this but with the GPS going haywire we didn't find it and as we often do; bush-bashed our way round in circles until we found it finally.
Really was hard work but WE GOT THERE!

Luckily only lost an arm and a leg going into this cache.... Could have been much worse! TFTC Good fun find after a reasonable bush bash along a (relatively) clear path. LOL
Construction works are in place in the area but a true geo-cacher will find the way around.
We felt like Vietnam War soldiers battling our way through to the to the GZ.

Helps to be short for this one! Found eventually - dense canopy was throwing the GPS. Left Where's Wally badge. SL TFTC
On a day of cacheing I most likely picked up a tick here which I realised was a tick on the Saturday after the Wednesday. I thought it was a skin tag that I had knocked and was bleeding but I had to have it removed by a GP.
I see it as a cacheing badge of honor but be warned if you are going in here after this one. There is a possiblity it was another cache crawl but I doubt it.

I have the scratches to prove it. No trackables here. How come so few are not where they are meant to be. Not sure we should have been here on this day as it was a high fire danger. But why did the lady at the entrance take our money without telling us many things were shut down including the walking trails and the botanic garden where we wanted to do the fern gully cache.
I could have done this better. I parked the car at the car park then bush trampled along a track made by others. Feeling guilty about damaging the environment. I turned back..... and then found an easier, cleaner and shorter path on the left of the road that has been shut off from public traffic.
Beautiful location and cached found .....albeit with a few scratches.
Always wear old clothes to get down and dirty when geocaching.

Yet another place in my own backyard I have never visited. Quite a bush bash to get to GZ. No chance of muggles stumbling onto this one ! SL TFTC
Thank 2 Dogs, for a certainly scrubby cache!
Once again, I should have realized that my online maps were a bit 'out of place'...
Rummaged around where my GPS (phone) had no luck, and eventually came up with the goods.
What a location!
I wasn't sure if one could drive here... So I walked from the North West and met all the drivers when o arrived!

Well we're do I start. Parked the car at hole in the wall car park. Walked couple of K's and it appeared that we were just getting further away so we decide to bush bash 900 meters. Straight to the light house.. BIG MISTKE.. Really tuff going. Part of the way was commando crawl, sprinting overhead fallen trees, generally been dwarfed and suffocated by thick bush, came across a concrete table along the way ( s35 09 002 e 150 45 59) . Obbled over swampy creek and razor grass.. Eventually cache was located and the track was found. By then the tast of wanting to see the old light house wasent quite there. But we went. Only to discover that there was a car park mear 150meters away.
Did we make a massive stuff up, lucky we got a lift back to the by a very kind generous strainger.
I think this cache worked off our ice cream we had earlier on. TFTF and the adventure.

This would have been a great monument once upon a time, for us today it was a monumental s*># Up. My advice is check your map and don't attempt this one like J+J and Me. We sure did this one the hard way. The surrounding bush is very deceiving. Just 900 Mtrs over that way..Yea No worries. Still we did make the find and signed log. A well earned tick on this one for two tired venturers. TFTC
Backed out half way in as geokids were covered in leaches - some pretty unhappy cachers!
A nice easy find once on the right track and the surrounding area was nice to explore left a new log book as the other one was very full cheers ?? Bushy2233
Found the right geotrail, and this one wasn't too hard. I like the ones like this. Log is full.
As Grange Guy said, finding the geotrail is the hard part - looks like they have tried to discourage use of a prior geotrail, but a new, smaller one is there. Find the right trail and the cache is a piece of cake. BTW, no trackables in there.....Police service Travel Bug seems to have gone missing

This one popped up on the radar recently as when I do a Google Map view from GSAK of the ACT I always get this cache out on its own, being over the border.
Today had the chance to venture out here and the old lighthouse ruins are a nice spot to visit, with this cache a bonus (or is that the other way around?)
After a bit of a wade through the scrub finally the needle got closer and then the cache was spotted. Nice to get another old one done. TFTC!

Number 250! Yeah baby!
I went in for the find while Geowife, GeoTam and UppercutEd waited on the track. Stumbled around in the brush for some time before zeroing on the cache. When I emerged all three of my companions were armed with cameras to capture my triumphant 250th find. TNLN TFTC!

Think “feet” should be “metres” in the clue but there was no doubt once the correct GZ was found as cache very exposed! First of 15 caches on Huski roadtrip but took a bit of time out to also explore the nearby view and ruins.
Found whilst on a caching road trip down to Jervis bay. TFTC

Found during a caching raid in the Huski area. Found with mizmaz, ozvixen and Ben86. Great spot to start the day. Lovely scenery. But the clue could be a little "longer"...
