TFTCCompleted the adlab ages ago, so it was good to tick off the bonus cache today. Quick find. All good except the lollipop found in the container. I removed it to the bin. Cache #1/20

Found with Portstevo after a lovely walk around the wetlands, spotted a variety of birds including black swans! Tftc

Raced in, signed log and got out of there while I still had some blood to take with me. I really need to keep insect repellent in the Geoswift. TFTA & TFTC

Didn't realise that there was a bonus cache until I finished but got it on the way out. Great walk but the sites came up out of order and I had to double back twice. Probably my fault tho. Such a nice area worth a fav point. And the bonus cache was easily found.

TFTC and the Adventure Lab. A favourite from me for the Lab. Did the 3 Km walk and saw lots of bird life and 2 reptiles- well the snake slithered off before I saw him but my husband saw it. The goanna made its way to the bush when it saw us coming. A great time was had.

Really enjoyed this walk. A favourite for bringing me here and the information presented. Tftc tnln. Skippies enjoying the cache guardian position.

We are staying on the coast to avoid the coldest of the winter weather in Victoria.

Out doing some more of this adventure lab around this lovely area while staying nearby. Grabbed all the info needed to complete this bonus cache. Then it was an easy enough find, once at GZ, which was not on the sign.

Thanks KWmoo for placing this cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy finding it.

A nice quick find after an enjoyable stroll.
The contents are a little damp, but good in all other aspects.

An unexpected trip to northern NSW allowed me time to grab a few caches along the way. Opted to have a day dedicated just for caching on my way home.
Stopped by here to do the AL and the bonus on what is a very hot day.

Heading down south for a golfing girls getaway and decided to make a slight detour. The wetlands wander was very wet after all the rain but an enjoyable walk nonetheless. Note to future finders - be prepared to get wet feet after rain.

What an excellent AL and final bonus cache, we had a really great walk around the wetlands seeing and hearing wildlife but appreciate just how much better it will be in spring and summer. Thanks for a top day out, definitely a favourite of ours.

Second time I have been here and it’s for geocaching both times. A lovely walk today and with some spray on I didn’t even see a mozzie! No wriggly sticks either which was a surprise on a warm day. TNLN TFTC

Easy find in a purple box. Reminder! This is not at this location! Complete the Cattai Wetlands Adventure Lab to get the coordinates.

Left a pen because pencil was broken.

Had a great walk around the wetlands collecting the AL. and then this bonus. It’s always a lovely place to visit. Nice warm day so no issues with mozzies but we did bring our spray along just in case. Found another hidden item which we mistook for the cache at first before we found the real one. TFTC and the AL.

Completed the Adventure Lab and found the cache! Good fun!! Thanks!!

We had a lovely walk despite the fact it rained most of the way. We had come prepared with coats , and gum boots and had the place to ourselves. It’s great to see the wetlands coming back and all the infrastructure that is being put In place. Thanks for placing an AL here. A favourite from us.

Bill had a phone call from pprass about taking their bikes down to the wetlands. He never says no for taking a ride on his bike. A beautiful day today so off they go while I stay at home with a washing machine that packed it in half way through a load.
I have been here a couple of years ago to do the earthcache so I know its a lovely area to visit. Reading pprass log is exactly how Bill told me how the day went. Lots of people interested in their ebikes.

Found at 10:19 AM GAFF1 in the company of DiMorgan.
A lovely day to go on a bike ride and what a surprise at the car park - it was half full of people that were going to go on a walk!! Can you believe that - a walk? We then had a bit of a chat with a few of them who were very interested in our bikes and were looking at them with envy as we swished off in a blur [:o)]
The tracks were slightly wet and muddy in places and the bit to the lookout was tough for about 20 seconds, but we managed just fine. Once again the view from here was quite impressive - especially on such a beautiful still, clear day
My homework of the questions the previous day served well and we were able to zoom along to the various stages unhindered resulting in us finishing the whole AL in about 30 minutes, which included stopping to chat with some more muggles who were interested in our bikes; stopping to chat with a lady muggle who couldn't find her group of walkers and finally backtracking a couple of times when we stuffed up and went the wrong way [:o)]

Perfect weather for a walk around the wetlands today, this was our 3rd visit here and our first in over 3 years.
We had a little bit of trouble finding the right entrance to the walking track but after going in circles we found the right path. All answers were found without issue and we even spotted a black swan at the wetland lookout!
After the walk we headed to our calculated GZ, which has very convenient parking and soon found the nicely sized container.
