Logs
This one has been problematic in the past and it has been decided to not replace this one.
Looked in 2 logs for about 10 minutes but couldnt find anything, maybe has been muffled after 3 DNFS
looked around for a while, but no luck unfortunately. Bit too much rain so had to give up.
After a lengthy search we have given up.The stench of rotting wallaby was a little too much.
Lovely spot but no luck finding the cache. There were some campers using the BBQ nearby and a few people wandering along the beach. Couldn't find it after about ten minutes, so will need to return to this one.
We were taking Tobi for a walk and he sniffed it out. Great spot for dog friendly geocaching!
Hi Angus88
Found this cache quickly during an assault on caches on the West Tamar
Plenty of muggles walking their flea bags passed by during the search
Great view of the Tamar River
TFTC and cheers

This was one of 17 on our list travelling from D'port to L'ton for a few days R&R. We are well and truly warmed up now, and flushed with success in finding quite a few along the Tamar. Thanks Angus for another to add to ous list of Angus Visits caches.
Come out here to place a cache at supply river. Wasn't happy to find out that there was Angus visits Robigana and we didn't know it was there. Too late now, we will find it when we come out maintaining or when we go to our shack at greens beach or for some other reason. I found another cool little thing at supply river so we might come out placing another one soon. Was very happy about this find because when I stamped it, it was the first time the stamp has come out that well, I think. Lovely place and lovely view of Batman bridge. Keep up the good hides. TFTC.
Arrived at gz with nigh a ripple on the water.
Sat on top of the cache while finding and logging.
Cache in top nick.
Many tftc Angus88.....thoroughly enjoyed....cheers ST.

TFTC! Also thanks for the overnight stop in my van. Much appreciated, a beautiful spot!
Easy find after waiting out some muggles, possibly the busiest I have seen the beach, not surprising on such a wonderful day. One of the best beaches to walk along and always a wonderful view of Batman Bridge. TFTC
Out and about caching down the West Tamar finding caches placed since our last visit to the area and this was one we found. Another quick find. Lots of ccute doggies out for a walk. TFTC
Was another nice spot, although expecting some swaps in this small but none there
Another place that we have visited many times before when chasing caches. We have also camped here on a few occasions. Only downfall with our visit here today was that there was no loo paper in the toilet I used - think at my age I would be wise enough to check first!!!
Thanks.
Thanks.
A previous DNF for us on this one, had to come back and give it another go, and we found it quickly this time!?
Away for a few days so doing some of the back roads and weaving our way around, picking up some more of the hides, which we haven't got previously.
It was a slightly windy day but we were making the most of it. We had a lovely day taking in some beach and river views and finding some great hide and only had a few DNF's.
Stopped to grab this one, while passing. Signed log, while admiring a great view.
Thanks Angus88 for placing the cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy the find.

GZ had several muggles around, saw cache sitting in partial clearance. Sat down above cache and sneakily extracted, signed the log and replaced ensuring it was better hidden
I like this series of Angus visits. Always takes me to a great new part of Tassie. Thanks
Have unsuccessfully tried to get this one a couple of times in the past, however, muggles have thwarted attempts. Today, although, they about, none were hovering so able to move in for a quick and nasty signing and outta there. Thanks for another in this most excellent series..!!
A quick find. Had to be quick as lots of muggles around. Sadly we lacked a pen so couldnt sign the log.
Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find of a well hidden cache. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Angus88 for the cache and others you have placed in the area.
Out for a caching afternoon with gridge98 who was visiting from Adelaide also with muggle spotter Archie who got progressively dirtier as the day went on. Thanks for these caches Angus88. Archie had a great beach walk!
Today Nettieknows and I decided to go for a half day caching cleaning up the new Angus caches along the river and surrounds. All the caches were easily found and are all good. Thanks for bringing us to these places and the caches at them.

Spending a few hours today collecting a few new and outstanding caches in the West Tamar area. Beautiful winters day, crisp and sunny with the mist and frost lifting, really beautiful part of the state.
What a fabulous spot, we have been here before but it’s certainly worth revisiting. Cache was in a good spot to enable us to avoid the nearby picnicking muggles . The log was perfect to sit on too and soak up the beautiful vista and environment. TFTC

Thank you for the cache from GeoMaggie and her sidekick Bonnie. Lots of people sitting around and others walking along the edge of the river
Saw this and a few other caches published along the West Tamar so having a spare afternoon I made the run through to Beauty Point to make the finds. After waiting for a muggle and his woofer to move on I made a quick find. Left a trackable from Ireland in the cache so it can continue its journey.

Up in the area for an orienteering competition and Lady membsec had the great pleasure of looking after the 2 grandchildren. What better thing to do than go searching for hidden “treasure”! This one was also appreciated by the grandchildren as they had a swing before finding the “treasure” and after finding the treasure! They enjoyed the bigger size of the container too!
