Indeed a path to nowhere, but a geocache at the end! I love the hiding location.
A lovey morning walk listening to the river flow and the birds chirp. Nice easy find. TFTC
I do this walk so often with my dog! I had looked previously if there were finds around but there wasnt and I didnt keep checking! The area has almost 30 new ones since I moved to Tawonga. So excited to hunt for them all. Great find! Unfortunately no pencil. I wasnt able to sign. Ill be back over the weekend and will leave one there.
On the way home from a beaut geocaching weekend in Mt Beauty...Great location for a cache, will have to return for a spot of fishing one day, TFTC nordic ned
Quick find on a family stroll down the path after a swim at the bridge. The container is doing its job well, as the log is nice and dry, despite recent heavy rain. TFTC

So happy first go, we drove but not advised as you need to use the walking path. My partner and I left a gift there for the next person.
Nice walk, pity it stops where it does. Found the cache easy enough but there was no pencil, I’ll have to go back with one to sign. What’s with the seven strands of barbed wire and an electric wire, can’t see what anyone would want in the paddocks,
Trip to Mt Beauty was on the cards today for lunch, swim and a bit of geocaching.
After lunch at the Dederang Hotel we continued south to Tawonga. Never been to this little spot, a nice walk followed by a swim right at end.

On our way to the Pie event, and we were a bit early. What to do to kill a bit of time? A cache of course!

#18,217. The first find of the morning as Robmc and I made our way towards the Pi Day Event at Mount Beauty. A beautiful morning for a stroll by the water. I was most impressed by the fact there are 3 seats and 2 picnic tables in such a short stroll. There were a few cyclists at the carpark and a fisherman on the other side. The property next door sure doesn't want visitors with endless keep out signs and 6 rows of barbed wire on the fence.

Well you can lead a geoteen to a cache but you can't make them look, but I did and I found before heading off for a float. Love this spot and have always loved this old building in the background, its always intrigued me.
I wasn’t quite up for the ride from Mount Beauty township and walked a lot of the way. However, the ride along Fisherman’s Walk was glorious in the morning sun. Especially as we’d been rained out the past couple of days. It was just a shame the path came to an end.
The fishing benches along the way were cute and the cache was cute too - I like a good, sturdy hide.

Excellent stop on the way back to mountain creek thanks for a fun hide. Very odd path indeed...
Thankfully finding this one was not as shocking as I first thought. Great hide tftc
A path to nowhere indeed! Hopefully one day it will join with the track in Mt Beauty.
FTF well what find we saw this one pop up so we decided not to wait. So we got out here very early to make sure no one would get it before us. Then we found it and looks can be deceiving so don’t get tricked.
