#13,068. Park, walk and grab on Gravatt Road in Papamoa Beach, Papamoa. GZ was all quiet at the time of our visit. Found after a short search. The cache itself was in good condition, all nice and dry inside. The logsheet was torn though, but managed to sign ok. Took nothing, left nothing, signed log.
Thanks for the placement, and for bringing us to this site, and …

Needs new paper, couldn’t sign as it was all squished down the bottom of the container
After 2 dnfs we were ready for a find. Not long hiding from the sun and we spotted it. Thanks
Our second find and was so fun. We couldn't get the paper out of it though. Lots of fun had by myself and 6yr old
On a slow drive up to Auckland for the Mega next weekend. Stayed the night at the freedom camping on the beach and got on my bike this morning for some caching. Great cycle paths without too many people around. This cache was all fine. Thanks for the smiley.
Came over to Tauranga to get some caches to reach the souvenir challenge for November. nice quick find here today.
I'd found this one a little while ago but can't remember when. Cache found quickly and in good condition thanks to accurate coords and a straight forward placement. Feels like forever since I've found a noodlekidz cache and it's hard to believe only 2 (of 42) of your caches are still active... I doubt these 2 new placements signal a full blown return to geocaching but your presence has been missed. Cheers mtncat and TFTC

With Gap (of Fap and Gap)… The next instalment of ‘Reach the Peak’ began today. We were looking to get a jump on the challenge, so we set off on a small road trip.
This was an immediate find, but we were somewhat disappointed that the logbook was jammed inside. This needed emergency surgery… We tweezed out the old paper log and replaced it with Aqua-note paper - It’s all good to go again! Thanks mtncat and TFTC.

This was an adventure. The traffic in Gravatt was so busy it was a mission just try and park nearby, and not get run over.
Made the find but gotta heck of a fright when muggle dog came roaring out of somewhere.
As per previous logger, the cache log was jammed in there, but we went back for tweezers and was able to sign it.

Headed in thinking I had spotted this but no. A quick circle and I could see it, right where I had been standing! Another nice little green space. Thanks for bringing us here mtncats
There are lots of nooks and crannies around Papamoa a geo caches paradise nice tidy cache found without any problems many thanks mtncats for the cache
Needed to drop some lockdown recycling at the Te Maunga depot so took a short detour. The container blended in remarkably well considering but, unfortunately, is not that waterproof so the log is quite damp and fragile. Nevertheless, good to see the CO back in the game after a long break in local caches. TFTC.
About a km from home, out of lockdown so had to be the go.Nice easy find mtncat thankyou. You must be home currently,it must be 10 years since we last met.Cheers man.

This type of hide goes on of two ways, either a quick one or a long drawn out meticulous search, lucky for us it was the former so out of here quickly.
No probs in the early morning,

Just after finding another cache on Gravatt Road, we came down here and stepped into a reserve that we'd never visited before. After a little rummaging, we found the culprit and happily signed the log. TFTC
We saw this publication pop up this morning but did not realise how close to home it was. Finished my morning coffee and went to check this out along with the other new publication in the area. Just missed meeting Kimbathelion who got there first. Nice little hide. TFTC.
Popped up when working from home so had to go & see if I could be ftf. Yay. 8.22am. Fav point. Tftc
