Found with Skycat12 who found the cache and I found the key after getting an idea of how it might be hidden. Very clever cache Mr Duck, thank you! Favourite awarded
Hurrah! So glad we got it. Found the cache fairly quickly and gained an idea of where to locate the key after a bit of careful written sleuthing. Joint team effort with LMR22 as we found one piece each. Great cache. Second duck fave awarded today. Tftc..all in perfect order.
That was a mission and a half, looked for what seemed like forever, but with some careful reading, I quickly had the key and cache in hand Was a great idea for a cache
As if it's not tough enough finding one duck thing, here we needed to find two. Found the cache in the last place after checking everywhere else... or felt like everywhere else but it can't have been, we still hadn't spotted the key in the cache search. This was always going to be the hard part but MrG had an idea where it could be and it turned out to be spot on. A super surprise to find the key quicker than the cache. A clever cache idea. TFTC duck 43.
Out with BJA3 and Arnott Family picking up smiley's after the AGM.We found the cache container straight away, but the key was another story. Get low with the right TOTT. Thanks for placing this hide for us and others to enjoy finding!
After the AGM, went off with TeamBarritts and BJA3 to find some caches. This was the first of the day. Great hide. Took some searching to find.
About the third time I have been here for a cache. Had the actual cache quickly then to find the key. That is going to be a hard ask considering the size of the key. I thought outside the box, under the box, in the box and eventually discarded the box thinking altogether . Then one word I read somewhere gave me the moment of clarity. Bingo, a key. Cache unlocked and log signed. A fav for the hunt.
Day 2 of our novo WA trip and today I had the chance to get out for a few hours of caching. I chose the South Perth/ Melville area for today just to get things warmed up for when we get caching proper from tomorrow onwards. This is a great spot for such a cache. Found the cache but for the next bit I had some TOTTs with me that have often proven invaluable with such hides but I'm just not finding my nano cache mojo today. My first DNF hat trick in a while. Yay for me.#1665
Found the cache but did not find the needle in the haystack despite a high powered torch and Mr F crawling in the water whilst Mrs F stood on snake and crocodile lookout! [xx(]
Took a look. I found it but can understand why people are having difficulty. It is like finding a needle in a haystack. To make matters worse the key had fallen down into the plants below. I have put it back near the top of the landing where it is supposed to be.
Cache found easily but key elusive.
Gave up when the heat of the day started kicking in.

Cache -easy tick
Key- not this time. Found something that i was so sure was the "key" to unlocking it, didn't seem to work, but I put this thing back regardless in case, maybe another day or resort to a PAF one day

Not today...well not the key anyway but such is the joy of a duck challenge..lovely view on a cloudy day..I will be back tfth
Gave this a try yesterday, but came back today to give it another go. Success! Very clever. Tftc. A fav given

Thought I had found the key as it was an ideal spot, but alas no. Will be back.
Wow. Like a lot of previous finders needed help to know where to look for key, and even then took a lot of searching. Thank you for the exercise, and the cache
Ooh boy This was a tricky one but perseverance paid off. Found the cache quickly but the key was very difficult. Finally had to get my purse out to obtain the key! TFTC
Wow this was a hard one to find. Geo-hubby stumbled across the vital key to gain access. Thanks duck43 for an excellent hide.
A fair bit of searching finally made the key expose itself and container opened with a S&P mark made. Thanks Duck43
So many possibilities but the key failed to reveal itself. You win again Sir Duck; well played.
This was visit number two. Found this two part cache on Tuesday two two two two two (22.2.22). After my recent visit I gave it some thought and came back armed with an idea of how the key might be hidden. I wasn’t entirely correct but my search pattern eventually lead me to the key. Great cache. Beautiful location. Had the platform to myself on both occasions. Thanks duck. A favourite.
Found the cache container easily enough. However couldn’t locate the key despite twisting my body this way and that. As I rode away I had a good think about things and came up with an idea about where the key might be. I’ll be back.
Down in the big smoke enjoying a variety of finds. Signed most as GT or a left handed squiggle. With a broken arm I apologise for the generic logs and any late logs. I will catch up soon Thanks for the hide. Duck43 you never disappoint
Another location that I had been before to claim a smiley, a different hide this time and very sneaky. Thanks for the entertainment duck 43
After the WestOz AGM event ([GC9FG27](https://coord.info/GC9FG27)) I teamed up with geotrakka & neva2old to pick up a few duck 43 smilies about the place.
I was the one to uncover the cache but after fruitlessly searching for the 'key' we succumbed to PAF. Even then it took a while before the log book was finally extracted.
duck 43 I found your cache at 1:40pm, this was the 33rd of 34 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 7203. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.

Day out with the Spatial One Caching South of the River - mainly in Duck country - I took in the view whilst Spatial Riq quickly found the Cache
many thanks
many thanks
It's been some time since our last trip to Duck country, so The Machman and I set out very early this morning for another trip to see how many we could find.
Mixed results today with several DNFs but luckily mostly finds. Most were a good 5-10min hunt as expected.
Liked this one. Found the cache in the first minute, and the key about 10min later. Have a fav point. TFTC

Took a bit to find the second part. Got there in the end. Vey sneaky. Signed log and replaced.
Thanks for the hide.
Thanks for the hide.
The original was a toolbox . However this was broken and rendered useless by the actions of muggles. The toolbox has now been replaced by a stronger tube making it more difficult to damage. It is the same principle and the major objective is to find the key.
Arrived to find a toolbox at the side of the decking. It’s open and empty and full of water. Placed under decking.
PS the plastic latch which a padlock would have gone through has been snapped through so sadly a new padlock wouldn’t be able to be easily fitted.
Not that it helps, but the key is still there.
We were in the area cheering on our daughter, who was taking part in the MACA 2020 Ride for Cancer and, of course, made a couple of finds along the way.
Thanks, duck 43, for some more excellent hides along the way. This one took quite a bit of searching I can tell you.

Out for some night caching with Cirrus_Wa and Sir Fancy finding a few caches in our local area we are yet to find. All caches were found in good condition.
This one took a lot of work to find the key. Had the right idea but still took a lot of searching. Well worth the effort.
Thank you placing for our enjoyment.

Located the first container nearly as soon arrived at GZ. The key proved to be so much more difficult and in the end a PAF was used to point us in the right direction.

With a meeting in Cockburn tonight Tuesday evening caching started in the afternoon and included SirFancy and I C Nothing.
We caches around Cockburn before heading for dinner and the meeting.
Once the meeting was finished we had a few target caches in mind while also grabbing what was available in the areas of Booragoon, Applecross and Myaree.
A rather successful night out landed me 18 finds and 0 DNF’s.

Headed out with redlipsandunicorns this morning to grab a few caches.
Spotted the toolbox quickly but it took me ages to eventually find the key. Unfortunately there is water inside the toolbox but the logbook is dry as its in the sistema. Another very sneaky cache TFTC duck 43

Returned today and redated our name on the log.

Joint *FTF* at 4 something and 8 something.
Having found the cache earlier and signed the log, we decided to come back after dinner and complete what we had begun, to find the key. After a 10 minute search in the dark, we located the required tool to unlock the cache. We added a sistema around the log to prevent future cachers attempting to log the cache without finding the key. Cheers duck 43!

I understand some people have claimed to have found it by forcing it partly open and getting the log sheet out. That is not a legal find to my mind and to claim a find it must be opened with the key. Sorry guys but that’s not in the spirit of the hide.
Contrary to CO's view and deletes of the previous logs the signing the log sheet no matter how it was obtained constitures a find under the guidelines and can, and is being, claimed as such. The box was found and the log signed so joint *FTF* with the others.

Joint *FTF* after finding the key with L1.77 and B12. A few other names in the log book also, willing to share ??
I am not aware who deleted the logs, but it certainly wasn’t me. However they like me, know it was the spirit of the hide to unlock it. That’s why a key is involved and the name uses the word LOCKED. For goodness sake, it is only a game!
Went back and found the key so joint *FTF* with the group.
Thanks duck43 for the hunt.
Thanks duck43 for the hunt.
**FTF** joint.
I’ve found the cache and signed the logbook as the CO intended and also not as the CO intended.
We ventured here at approximately 4pm and again at approximately 8pm.
Eventually found the key in a place I had searched, albeit not well enough on the first try.
This is a very difficult hide, and will cause much frustration.
Thanks Duck43, awarding FP for the journey.
