Logs
Tftc, Lou and Paul from the Blue Mountains NSW. Travelling with Savannah and D.B Biker. Cache in good order.
Found and logged as Mudgee Madness. After dismissing a nearby hide, we went further uphill for the find. TFTC.
Out caching on the JLWE with aubeasty, Its Dozzie, Brewmaker, Team Canary, Martin Cousins, and Everest High from a base in Mudgee, which is why we signed logs as Mudgee Madness. Spent the day around Sofala finding caches and discovering many of the nooks and crannies of the town and surrounds. Thanks Joshwa27 for bringing us here.
#14491As Martin Cousins and I walked across the campground in search of this cache, we noticed two men in the river. It turned out they were panning for gold. One of them showed me the result so far. Tiny flakes of gold in a test tube. I am not sure if they will ever strike it rich, but at least they had a great adventure and stories to tell once back in the pub.TFTC
Navigated uphill past the blackberries and searching the other stump first before spotting the typical hide. Containers deserves to be changed please by the next cacher, thanks Joshwa27
Found on our Mudgee Madness Long Weekend Adventure. Another quick find while visiting Sofala. TFTC
We camped by the river last night.
We headed into the flooded eastern states for a week of geocaching fun. The mission was Frying Pan. The only December 2000 placed cache remaining in Australia. All other choices for this month are international. Traveling in style and comfort we selected the next cache on merit and forward movement. Some back tracking was required in the wettest areas. Wildlife seen included a lyre bird, king parrot and a single leech. Mozzies were a pest. Caches were found and signed. Wet logs were wet. Water does that. Numerous TOTTs were employed.
Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun.
Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke für den Cache. Gracias por el caché. Bedankt voor de cache. Kiitos kätköstä. Zikomo posungira. Terima kasih untuk cache. Hvala cache. Köszönöm a cache. Nga mihi mo te keteroki. Dankie vir die kas.

Found on a trip from Adelaide to NSW and back with Freddo.
Our main target was ‘Frying Pan’ in the Chichester State Forest, near Barrington Tops north of Newcastle.
We allowed ourselves a week to travel there and back, taking a circuitous route through Victoria and NSW, camping each night and finding a range of caches of interest along the way.
Rains over the past few months meant a few detours along the way and plenty of water about, restricting access to some caches and camping areas. Many of the roads were quite chopped up with potholes and the mosquitoes were plentiful! But we had a good run with the weather, with just the odd shower, but mostly fine, warm and overcast.
Thanks Joshwa27 for the cache.

OCW Calypso62 this weekend.
We saw all these new caches had been published so decided to see how many FTF’s we could get.
Thanks for this series and Cache.
