Stayed down the road at my friends place so when it was time to walk the dog I chose the direction so I could get a couple of local caches. This was one. Thanks
A quick find on a nice day after having lunch in OG at The Driftwood cafe. Thanks for the cache brookphet
Out for some caching with Jonescrew while camping for a few weeks at Ocean Grove. A beautiful day for the bush and beach. GPS a little jumpy. All the neighborhood dogs were barking.
With a few nearby caches still to be found we set off on this sunny day to empty the local map of hides and turn them into smilies. This took much longer than it should have to find it. We almost gave up but the male Triton finally spotted it.a very tricky hide. Thanks brookphet for the placement.
We are down here for a few days, this time staying on the Barwon Heads side of the bridge. We set off nice and early this morning to beat the hot weather and after turning our frown into a smiley at Jirrahlinga, we made our way to GZ at this one. We looked for a bit then as the track was quite busy, we looked at the clue as which was helpful in our hunt. GMelb then made the discovery. TFTC brookphet - GJMMelb
Out at Barwon Heads for an Osteo Appointment. Thought we would find a few caches and go for a walk beforehand. After finding the cache at the Community Garden we walked along this path admiring the houses and wishing we could one day live out here. this was a very quick find. TFTC
I circled around a few times here and was about to give up when I tried to look from a different angle and all of a sudden I spotted the hide. Like these types I always wonder how I didn't see it earlier once you've spotted it. Thanks for the cache.
On a 2nd attempt after being rained out on the first. Found after quite a bit of searching down low
Impromptu cache arvo. A lovely early spring day, two excellent prosciutto rolls from Born & Bread, and a list of caches down towards Barwon Head. We had tried this one before, and had called it "quits' due to dog walkers. Even so we spent some time looking without success. This time John took the honours. This one was a great win! TFTC.
No luck today, will have to come back.. got spooked by the neighbouring non stop barking dogs.
Dogs barking too much and kids are scared. Couldn’t find it. Will come back.
Day of caching along the cast wth sassieold55, so many hiding places to, and then we spotted it. TFTC
Amazing spot pretty hard. Tiny geogache. Find our name and Mack and Xavier 16/4/23 kinda hard to read. Anyways FOUND IT.
Eventually found it with gayle69. The tree next to it was different. After a bit of searching we found it.. ..
Interesting little spot here! And surprisingly and few muggled coming through too. Too a little bit of a search.
Very happy I didn't have to dip deep here!! Busy little track this morning but managed to get a little space to grab this.
Thanks for the hide

Second last day of 2022, what a year! Luckily we had the opportunity to seek out a couple of caches sitting rather forlornly on the Connewarre/ Barwon Heads area of our map. A nice quick find today.
Thanks to brookphet for adding this cache to the gameboard.

I'm out visiting my parents, and needed to pick up a cache to complete my calendar. This one was just the ticket. Thanks heaps!
First cache if the month in the first hour of the month! Great and pretty time consuming hide. Enjoyed the search TFTC
Well that one took us a while, we were digging deep for about 10 minutes.
We came across a stash of alcohol too
Thanks

Was looking at the wrong tree but then I turned around and spotted it straight away
Out with the lovely echidna44 collecting a few caches today Chasing an indecisive phone made this a longer search than necessary. One settled it was an easy find TFTC brookphet
Out with au.fait, we had a lovely time caching together in the Barwon Heads, Wallington area.
A couple of circuits of GZ soon had the cache in hand. Nifty container, thanks brookphet.

Suscoe was passing by this morning and so we just had to stop for a cache.
Enjoyed the quiet walk to GZ, but the mozzies put out the call and they arrived too.
After a search interrupted by swatting and slapping the little insects we finally found the cache.
Thanks to brookphet for this hide.

After an enjoyable paddle this morning we decided to nab a couple traditionals before lunch. This one was closest and had the potential to be a long time. After initially starting too low we were able to zero in on the cache before the mozzies came out. TFTC
We had attempted very briefly to find this before. We stopped very quickly, as when we were there it appeared that the Worldwide Mosquito Society was in session and we didn't have any repellent. Today we were better prepared and had doused ourselves in Bushmans. We made our way down the little pathway and headed to GZ. On arrival we started to look and then we changed our perspective and found the neat little 3D printed cache. We duly signed the cache and have now balanced the ledger with four finds and four DNFs. The cache is in excellent condition. Thank you for this cache brookphet.
Two finds and four DNF's didn't bode well for this one today but I thought that I would give it a go. Experience must count for something eh? As it was it did, and after a five minute search I found it. In an attempt to help future searchers, for me, today, the coords were bang on! That doesn't happen all the time of course, with the moving satellites, in an hour they could be 5 metres out! But it is there.
Checked in on this one today after some DNFs. Cache is in situ and in good health. Happy hunting
Applied the 10minute rule and left for others to insert the smileys. Micros in a location like that hmmm and I wanted to see the new type of container. Oh well - TFTC
As I was in the area I thought that I should have a look for this guy while down here.
By the look of the trampled vegetation there have been a few lookers who have not succeded in finding this well hidden container again of a type I have not seen before.
Also the area is another location I had no idea was here but it is obvious the locals know about it as a lot of traffic was using the walkway.
After signing the log, on return to the White Beast I thought I had lost my glasses so back to check but after looking everywhere I discovered then in my shirt pocket.
I think I am losing the plot.
Thanks again brookphet for placing.

What a surprise to see a new cache pop up in Barwon heads, in an area I hadn’t visited before.
There were a few muggles walking past, so I had to look like I was resting, rather than loitering in the bushes looking for a cache.
After a bit of a search I was able to locate the well made hide, a type I hadn’t seen before.
I was surprised to see a blank log for a [FTF].
Log signed and replaced as found.
Thanks for the Traditional Cache BrookePhet
