That's today's cache done. Cheers

After a day of 14km on the Vampire Series then some more caching with Scaphoid, we parted ways on Tharwa bridge. Seeing this was my best chance to get some caches along this road as I was not in a rush, alone and still had some daylight, I stopped at as many as was possible going north on this road. The rest will have to wait till I go south without a hurry sometime. Quick find, nice cache, all in good order. Thank you ALL7 for putting the cache out, maintaining it and contributing to this great hobby we have. Happy trails, Flintstone's

Quick find with dad on a little geo adventure to tharwa! Tftc!!

27-Dec-23
Had an unfortunate start to my morning caching, as my intended target for the day became too dangerous an adventure due to the huge downpour of rain that started when I arrived at the trailhead. With safety my prime objective, I sadly turned away after waiting some time for a miracle. So rather than return cacheless, I picked up just a couple of this small roadside series.TFTC

Found OK. Thanks

Had a lovely country drive together with goingplaces2 and found the caches along this road. Some were a little more hidden than others but we enjoyed finding each one. TFTC.

Enjoyed the country drive with ilook4geo and had a successful run. Found this cache without any problem and two more names were added to the log. Thanks for this placement go to ALL7.

#1219 Although Turtle was driving today, I kicked him out and sent him in for this one as I’d already found a few and fairs fair right? I definitely didn’t pick the one with the longest grass to send him into! Don’t tell him this but it’s just a bit of payback for all the times it’s been done to me!

Ah now that I’ve had my little chuckle the cache was found quickly at GZ and our names added to the log. Thanks ALL7 for the hide and series, we were able to pick up a few on our way out to Tharwa

#3081 Even though I was the desi driver today, for some reason I was the one who moved in on GZ. It was wonderful that the grass was so long and wet as it would have been very disappointing to make it to the cache and back with dry feet so early in the day. Thanks ALL7 for placing this series. Collected a few on our way out to Tharwa this afternoon.

Best parking of this series. GZ had been good for the previous caches, but here my GPS was showing seven metres at the cache. However, with the hint, not a hard cache to find. The log is a bit tatty, but okay at present. TFTC ALL7.

17-Jul-22
Had the opportunity to head down south and finish off this series. The grass was still very long and quite wet underfoot despite the lack of recent rain. Would be less keen on attempting this series in the warmer months. All found today in good condition and logs signed. TFTC ALL7

Emerged from this one covered in sticky sap & seeds from the wretched paspalum! Oh well, there goes an hour or two deseeding ha ha.

Nice cool day, great to be outdoors and collecting caches along the way. Some area at the moment along the cache trail , the grass is so long you just disappear. Thanks to all the COs for their placement.

Headed out with ALL7 awhile back now after getting the call up to help hide and go for a drive.

Had some fun putting a few easy drive by caches out around the South side of town.
Now these have all been found we are catching up on logging for 2021.

Thanks for the invite ALL7 and a bit of fun and laughs.

This afternoon I managed to escape work in time to head down south with Fitzy_1965 to address one of my lowest cache days in the calendar. The long grass was a challenge but all the new Tharwa Drive caches were found.

Thanks for the cache ALL7

25,326. Found with albida33 during a quick - um - Drive to Tharwa !

After grabbing a few caches up north this morning with minniek, I dropped her at a work Christmas party and I had the afternoon for more adventures. I caught up with albida and we headed down to grab this nice and easy series to help with today's numbers. All were found pretty quickly without any issues unless otherwise stated. This one was indeed a quick find. Signed the log, replaced the cache as found, then headed off to the next one. Nice to have some freshly mown areas to park at each cache.

Thanks ALL7 !!

Out today for a few hours of caching, Southside style. Picked up a total of 24 finds from 25. Never got mugged or carjacked. I feel myself lucky.

Warm and sunny today, glad I got some outside time before the forecasted showers over the weekend. Quickly found, signed and replaced.

Not sure how long the log will last, the majority of the logs in this series were already quite damp. TNLNSL TFTC

A quick find here, although the log is a little damp. Good parking. Thanks, ALL7.

This is a busy road so I thought I’d do these during a weekday but even then you have to time your finds to avoid zipping cars flying past. There is also a positive not going for a FTF here, as the grass is quite tall and others before me had trampled the grass enough to start forming a path straight to most caches. Made my job easier.
Tftc.

14-Nov-21
Out to an event for the Booroomba walk and a few caches along the way that were well placed to stop for, no problems with parking, the grass is long in places but its firm and safe to pull over on. Thanks for the cache ALL7.

14-Nov-21
After a better night sleep at Condor I am ready for the important day. Hopefully the weather is going to be better than the last few days. Into Namadgi today for an event and a walk. This will put me on 20000 !! Woohoo, good milestone that I am proud of. After that caching my way home for a good night sleep in a bed.

The missus needed to go to Goodwin Monash this morning to set up a computer for Granny. Whilst she was there I sought out a few caches in the southern regions of Canberra suburbs. TFTC.

#12323 - 9:46:00 AM; A quick caching run today with Sol de lune to collect a few of the newer caches along the Tharwa Road. All found without any real drama, although after recent rain, some logs were a little damp. TFTC ALL7 Smile

Tankengine and I came out this morning to pick up a few caches that we had to find.

This cache: Easier to unwind log to the beginning where it’s dry to write your name. End is stupid to write on as it is wet and ripped by the previous finders, their names will soon be torn off completely as it is only just hanging in there. Tftc ALL7!!!

Out with LuckyL10n to grab the new caches along here. A few of the logs are already wet, however all were found without issue.

Thanks for the run ALL7...

Found with DSD in the rain.

04-Nov-21
Easy find today. Signed dsd or Darksidedan or AB or Adventure Boys to save space in the logbook thanks for the cache and the adventure.

Note: I struggled to find safe off road parking for some of the Drive to Thawa Series where I could get the car fully off the road.

Another quick find before the rain came back. TFTC but log is damp already.

Find #4589

[FTF] Woot woot!!

Came of shift and had no sooner put my feet up when the pinging started, and kept on pinging for long enough to get my attention. Took a while to get the motivation to go out again but could see there didn’t seem to be much of a rush happening so mozied on out to the furthest I could see.

Quick easy finds through the long grass just as it was starting to spit. ??

Thanks to ALL7 for putting out and maintaining all of these caches for our enjoyment! ??
