Find #633Found while walking Te Araroa - new Zealands long pathway from Cape Reinga to Bluff. Thank you to all the cache owners who place and maintain these caches, and thank you to all the people who help me and others on the wayWhat a beautiful spot. Found quickly and replaced as found, clever cache. I hope this walk can remain open and not be closed because of the dieback. Favourite point for the massive trees and magical spot

A great walk after a nice bike ride. We are so impressed by the beautifully named trees. Great cache. Fave point because we don't have to disturb any seedlings to find it. Cache is all good. TFTC

What amazing tree's there are around here.
I was able to enjoy the peace and beauty of the bush without anyone else around today.
It was too wet to sit down today, but I loved the hide. It would be possible to grab it while others were here without them being any the wiser. Just be careful not to drop it.
Thanks for putting this here

Holidaying in the Far North. Escaping the sun and heat by going for a walk in Puketi Forest. Great location and enjoyable walk to get here checking out the different names of trees along the way. Not sure we will be able to identify too many of the different species again in the future but we will try. Favourite point given for the location. I imagine we will be back again some day. After a successful FTF mission on the new NOBO trail, just had to make sure to do these other caches around the DOC campground area.

This one was a short walk down the local bush trail, just manageable after 21km in the heat. Once at GZ, the cache was a quick find. Some beautiful kauris here. TFTC

A great little space in the forest to sit and contemplate the world. Only a panoramic picture captures those trees in all their glory. As the previous finder was at the placement of this cache I am going to claim First to Find [FTF] as the first independent finder. TFTC.
