09:49Each time we head back to Victoria we think we have altered the appearance of our geomap, only to check some time later to find that is not so! With many corrected coordinates to hand, today we didn't have to wander far from our accommodation to find many interesting caches, including this one. Quick find of this one that could be considered to be within the playground! Our thanks to 'OZGrumpy' for adding this cache to the geo-gameboard.37475*This log composed and published using Geocaching Swiss Army Knife (GSAK).*
We had a pleasant day for caching in Adelaide with our good friends Phetlern. The day started out a little drizzly and wet but soon it fined up for a cloudy and mild day.We found a range of caches today and enjoyed the adventure. Thanks to OZGrumpy for this multi.
This was the first of a few caches found with naughtybunny on this beaut day. Gather the clues using satellite imagery and had the cache in our hands in no time. The final was easy but had to wait for people to look away and try to be discreet. TNLN. Cheers.
We extended our stay in Adelaide after the MEGA Leapyear events and are still refreshing our memories, enjoying new places and doing some caching. We passed this area, found the cache and signed the log.Tftc OzGrumpy
Found with CPwanderer.Had just sat down and started to search when a very friendly local sat down next to me. We had a lovely chat while we made the find.TFTC

Did the calculations which led to an obvious spot, but unfortunately was not able to locate the cache
Wobbling around the area this morning,I lobbed into this tidy little reserve. With courts a counted and algebra done,This cache was found in spot number one Fifteen - love !!TFTC

Yay time for a Tuesday Trekking, For a trio of Geo animals.
The Starfish picked up the Rat from the Rat's nest.
We then made our to pick up the Snake from the Snake Pit.
Our goal for today was to pick up any solved puzzles and anything that popped up on the map.
We made our way to Bobland, via a few other stops.
The Starfish parked the geo mobile.
The Starfish quickly located the cache.
Stamped the logbook and returned the cache to it's hiding place.
Then it was on to the next cache. TFTC

The Tuesday Trekking for members of the Befuddled Puzzle Solving group came around quickly and as usual the group set off in search of solved puzzles and anything else coming into view. I picked up S.A. Sewer Rat from the rat's nest, then on to Blackadders den and he jumped in. [^] The it was off towards Mawson Lakes and on to BFE Land Not all of us required every cache so here are the caches I was able to put my name in the log.
Three caches in a row where I could do the math and find the cache.
***Thanks OZGrumpy for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***

The weekly Tuesday Trek with the Befuddled. A Starfish, Adder and the Rat.
The targets were all the newly published Letterbox for suburbs series but alas with many others still to be found on our route we only managed to find a few of our targets.
All caches were is good condition unless stated otherwise.
A quick find of another of the OZGrumpy's offerings whilst avoiding the prying eyes of a couple of muggles nearby.
Thank you for the cache OZGrumpy Find Number 10336 on 24/01/2023

Time for our Tuesday caching catchup with Mattycat, a big day exploring a couple of newish caches around the Barossa before picking up a few along the way to the suburbs above North Adelaide where we spent most of the day exploring before heading home via Angaston. Quite a few TOTTs were used throughout the day but not here we could sit and relax as we signed the cache

A cat and a frog went caching, to see what they could see,
So many things today, were all the way up in a tree...
Another nice cache that wasn't up a tree - much appreciated!
Great work OZGrumpy for placing and maintaining this cache on our ever growing SA geo-map
---
Driving and hiking around wherever we can - searching, spotting hidden items and signing cache logs using some or all of the resources of GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife), Whereyougo, Garmin Montana 750i, Montana 680t, Etrex 35, Samsung S21u, Samsung S9, with Geocaching App, c:Geo, or Geooh Go, and Android Auto and other maps... or often with just a guess or plain old dumb luck
Plenty of the luck stuff actually !!!
*All the online logs are composed and published with GSAK of course.*
---
Warning ! Caching is a very hazardous activity!
Look out for sand, mud, floodwaters, snakes, surprise cliffs, roos, wombats, things falling from trees, bulldust, and floods, and try not to get tetanus from rusty mint tins and don't fall off your ladder...
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- and do watch out for bugs !!! . [xx(]
Ensure Travel Bugs are the Only bugs you share and pass on (Covid cancels caching!)
Keep a safe distance - cache the countryside
Great of all those placing quality caches out and about around the country areas,
in sensible safe places especially! - it keeps our game fun, and interesting
Really appreciate you reading all this extra addition to the log word count! There's a challenge somewhere out there, apparently! You win a virtual smiley for the effort and getting to the end of the log Maybe if I worked out where I could do it and go back to normal logs again ! If you find the challenge let me know and we can put an end to these long logs !!!
C'est Fini.

Mr Tardis had worked out this multi months ago, however there was muggles at the GZ so I didn't attempt a search.
Tonight the area was deserted, so after a search in the likely place a cache was found.
Signed the log. Thanks for the cache OZGrumpy.

Found as a couple were walming up on the court. Took a rest between sets to sign score sheet. Thanks OZGrumpy.
Another one down on this ever growing series. I dropped by here after picking my son up from work. He was forced out of geocaching retirement to assist with the find. It’s a little easier to blend in around these sorts of GZs when you have a young person around.
Quick find. All good here.
Thanks for the cache OZGrumpy.

This morning, I need to go to Payneham for business. I had some spare time before that, so I tried this cache as it's on the way.
Parked at the listed location, got the information required, and calculated the final location.
Walked to the final location. Found the cache easily.
Signed the log book, and placed it back.
Thanks for the cache, OZGrumpy. I like the "Game Set and Match" cache series, especially the multi cache.
PS: I took a photo near the listed location.

Again data collection was completed before arrival and we were able to go straight to GZ and, with the hint, located the cache very quickly. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thankfully we did not have to deploy our pole at this one because the winds were still very strong and gusty. Thanks OZGrumpy for another enjoyable cache.
I had previously solved this multi on the day it came out, so today on my way to pick the other half I detoured past GZ, with no one around the cache was easily found in the first place I looked and is all good
Thanks for the cache
Thanks for the cache
A bit of a mixed day out caching. An almost unprecedented amount of tennis players, muggles, dog walkers, security guards, truck drivers and people in gophers made things a bit more difficult than they needed to be. But I found seven caches, including this one. TFTC
Lots happening today, so it was a short drive around to a few caches this afternoon [^].
Another spot where there was plenty of action, including at GZ . There was a lot of coming and going while we were here and we soon realised that a basketball match had just finished and it wouldn't be long before another match started [8].
All good - just wait and sure enough, it wasn't long until GZ was vacated .
TNLNSL.
Thanks for one more OZGrumpy.

A touch of déjà vu here after having done another in the series yesterday. This was a quick find whilst down the hill visiting dad and running some errands today. Lunchtime is a good time for this one; no muggles whatsoever.
Thanks for the cache and series OZGrumpy.

Cache #11434
Decided to take the afternoon off from what needed to be done and go caching instead. Headed west with the main aim being two newish trads plus any Used 2Bs and GSMs that I managed to go past, also found a puzzle that was just too close to ignore. This was one of fourteen found without any DNFs [^]
Another one in this nice series ticked off.
Thanks to OZGrumpy for this cache and the rest of the series.

I was out this side of the city this morning attending an early morning event so thought that while I was here I would come and find a few GSaM caches. [^]
I had been able to work out GZ from home so arrived at a deserted GZ for a quick find in a familiar place.
Thanks for the cache OZGrumpy my 800th multi find.

After a lovely pub lunch in Parkside with the husband he headed off back to Naracoorte and I decided to head East to collect a few caches before doing my shopping and heading home. 5 caches found and a nice afternoon was complete.

I solved a couple of these tennis caches one afternoon with the thought of finding them when out for a drive. Today turned out to be discovery day for these while out and about with Peas&CarrotsForever.

Found with Team Waldron during a caching foray into the northern suburbs this morning. Thanks for the cache OZGrumpy!
I had a job to fix a nearby cache. At least that was my excuse. All quiet in the park today.
The cache was found in the first place we felt. Woot. Thanks for placing a fun cache guys. We do love your work. We signed the logbook. Of course we did that is way we play this game. Cache in pretty good condition for the cache age.
I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count.
This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and a Samsung S8. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs...
Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun.

Owl was heading home from an appointment but there's always time for a game of tennis. Numbers in hand she headed to GZ, only to discover a muggle family in residence. Taking a seat to outwait them, she was surprised when the senior muggle announced that she was the second person to 'look for that thing'. All pretence cast aside, the cache was soon in hand and she left them in peace.
Played a few games, and got the numbers required.
Finished the sets this morning for easy finishes and 2 more victories...
TNLNSL
Thanks

Well the sporty payhero was in for a service so had a couple of hours to kill. Checked the map and realised that this one was only 2800m away. I walk at 6kph so it was an easy decision to hit the pavement and make the find.
Nice day for a wander and soon arrived at the listed coordinates. Did some counting and some substitution and got coordinates. Wandered over to GZ and put fingers on the cache in the first place I felt. Gotta love that. Signed the log and then replaced all as found.
Game, set and match for #75.

I saw a nice little cluster of multicaches published not far north of me this afternoon, so I headed out.
After finding the first two, I moved onto this one. Once again it didn't take long to collect the required information, then it was off to GZ nearby for my third *FTF* for the day.
Thanks OZGrumpy for the cache.
