Found while touring around the city and suburbs while staying in Hobart for the week. Headed down south for the afternoon in search of a few caches along the way. Thanks for the cache wakeupsleepy!
Good find. Cache and logbook are slightly damp and could benefit from some time in the sun
I'n Tasmania for birthday celebrations , came down to the beach for breakfast, then took a walk quick find the wazza9. Stamped log and replaced. Thanks to CO
After reenabling our nearby cache, we quickly found this one. Love this secluded beach. TFTC
A quick find thanks to the hint. The last time we were down here we were looking for another cache that was in a nearby cave thats no longer around. TFTC TNLN
Last find on this nice walking trail shame one of the caches was missing . Nice quick find here cache in good condition TFTC
After a few aborted efforts where there were too many cars parked up the top or people sitting near GZ, Mrs RC and I popped down on a stormy evening to grab the cache and enjoy the ambience. Thanks
Had a couple of geocachers arrive at GZ just before we did, who retrieved it from its hidey hole.We were then passed the cache which we placed back into its hideyhole after signing.Nice little beach!
Nice quick find. Great spot. We were told there was a chance of spotting penguins, but no luck. Tftc
Heute bei schnem Wetter die erste Cachrunde in dieser Gegend gemacht und nach etwas suchen auch diesen gefunden. Besten Dank frs legen und pflegen.

Had to leave the geodog for a quick dash behind the gate to sign this one. Its such a stunning sunny day. Thank you for the trail
Out for a walk around Blackmans Bay and Kingston. This beach has always been a favourite of mine. TFTC
A stunning location. We came here several years ago to try and get to Herveys Crack but were defeated by the conditions. It's archived now but it was good to return to find this cache. TFTC!Cheers,The Hancock Clan
Well thanks for the magical spot and workout!!! I've lived in the area for 30 years all the kids have been and I finally made it today, we live in a very special place with so many hidden treasures. Thanks for bringing me here. TFTC
I love this beach and cliff area, have been here before. Quickly located the cache and signed before relaxing a little in the great environment.

Beautiful spot! saw a few wallabies along the way. Thanks for the cache, our first in a while!
2nd cache of the day. The container had some water, which I emptied out, but the log seemed okay. We saw some kayakers landing at the beach as we were leaving. TFTC
What a beautiful secluded beach. Thank you for bring us here. We saw a wallaby. TFTC
Okay, well this was a nice twilight discovery after dinner at Blackman's Bay. Lots of wildlife and no muggles. Still can't figure out who Wilson is or was. But hey thanks for this cache in an otherwise "secret" location.
A quick fund. Thanks. I live in Kingston and taroona for 30 years and have never visited this beach. TFTC
What else does one do at 9:30pm on a slightly cold but reasonably still night? Go caching, of course!
Wandered down from where I parked and was nearly at the beach when I spied a penguin. It took off into the bushes beside the stairs and I left him be.
Found the cache after a short search. Log book is mouldy and very wet. Discovered the TB.
Thanks for the cache.

I'll attend to this shortly, and drop of a new log book with extra mud protection! Thanks.
out caching between rain showers, took my time going down the path and to the beach, but finally got it. TFTC TNLN log dry. clear weather for a couple of hours. nice listening to the waves breaking on the beach.
Dropped off a TB.
Decided to go find an almost local cache on my way home on day 2 of a bit of leave. Didn't trust the weather with the sporadic showers so took the umbrella and enjoyed a walk from Kingston Beach.
Arrived at the beach and stopped to take a couple of pics and was a little startled when someone walked up behind me, but then continued further along the beach.
Once she was out of sight, I made the find, but the contents are wet, the logbook is damp and starting to mould.
Great spot, but as per the FTF log, it's a sensitive area and so visitors need to respect that and obey the signs.
Met a few more muggles on my return walk.
Thanks wakeupsleepy, for the cache and the adventure.
Cheers, EPs.

This is a gorgeous track to a stunning location. I’ve been here once before with a friend, so knew where I was going. Came solo today on a geocaching mission. There were lots of spots to choose from once arriving at the beach, but good coords led to a quick find. Signed the log and looked around for Wilson, but didn’t see him anywhere. He was probably bobbing around somewhere. TFTC Wakeupsleepy.
Introduced some local muggle friends to Geocaching, beautiful spot and cool to see the penguin hutches. Thanks so much
Awesome. I have been down here before. It's a lovely spot. Today I was lucky enough to see a pod of dolphins swimming by, guessing it was the same pod earlier at Kingston Beach headed South. Cache in great condition. Thanks wakeupsleepy
I'd found a cache down here once before. It was evening then an nobody else was around. Today it was busy in the autumn sunshine bit most people were busy doing their own thing. SSR stood watch whilst I logged this one.
After a couple of weekends going other things (ISO due to close contact after being away the long weekend previous),it was good to get out again. Budgie had just been released and had exciting adventures planned for himself (you know, the Supermarket and that kind of thing) SO stainless steel rat and I decided in what we call a 'clean up run' where we go and clean up the new suburban hides that are new, or one of us had found without the other.
It was a day out caching.

I feel a bit slack having not seen the movie relevant to this cache. I'm told it is moving and well worth the watch. (That's it! it's gonna be watched really soon! )
There is another Geocache (amongst other's in the world, i'm sure that have a connection with this movie) in Ouyen, Victoria, that i found some years back (27 Jan 20) and thoroughly enjoyed it. [GC89ANX].
This one, today was a quick find in a stunning area that could easily be used in a movie There was the odd Muggle which i made sure wasn't looking on both the find and re-hide of this beach-booty
The cache and contents are in A1 condition
Signed the log away from GZ to be sure of not being seen at 11:53 on Saturday the 26th of March 2022.

Out and about caching in the rain as we thought there would be no muggles. We were lucky as we were heading down to GZ about 12 college diving students were just returning from the beach. The coast was clear and we made a quick find. Saw lots of wallabies. TFTC
Out and about caching on a glorious day and this one was on our list but unfortunately the beach was on everyone else's list. Too many muggles around so will have to return.
After a few hours seaching out locations for a new series we made our way to this one and were pleased to see it wasin a better spot than the last one that was in the area, cache soon found and names added to the logbook.
A day out caching with Budgietas today as the Goose had a better offer from his family for this long weekend, we did a mix of GCA and GC caches along with a reeke for a future series.
Thanks for the cache.

A day out with Stainless Steel Rat, with Goose missing in action.
We had a good time out finding spaces for a new series of caches and then finding some caches in the area. Out of the four caches I found, 3 will be given favorite points
Wandered down to this beach for I think the fourth time to find a cache.

Hello wakeupsleepy thank you for the cache.
I was on my way to replace a cache I replaced last week when I noticed you had a new cache so a change of direction was made.
A couple of days ago I tried to access your first cache from here but I got a bit scared and came back. I think it's a popular beach with the locals as the other day there was a couple sunbaking. today there were plenty of footprints in the sand.
No one on the beach today as it was drizzling and overcast.
The cache was easily found without the hint as the cords were spot on.
I recognised the well stocked cache and the empty log book so happy for another *FTF*.
As the cache is in a "Wildlife Sensitive Area" penguin rookery it is very important that everyone stays on the track all the way to the beach. After walking south along the beach approx. 20m walk straight to the 1.5m high stump where the cache is and then back to the beach. Don't wander around off the beach.
Dogs strictly prohibited inside gated area – see
regulation signs on site (bird breeding habitat).
The sign on the second gate has been painted over but I remember seeing time restriction to the fenced area. A google search showed a sign saying access is between 6:00am - 8:00pm EDST and 6:00am - 7:00pm EST
With all that said it's a lovely walk to a lovely beach with the possibility of a bit of scrambling on the rocks.

Well done on your first two caches
