Thanks Porkchop6977 for hiding this cache. Now that my calendar and streak are completed, I can just cache for the fun of it. Your Traditional cache, Fire Tower Road, was just what I needed to get me out of the house and exercising. This is my find #2322 at 13:52 on 23/11/2024. A quick diversion soon had another cache in hand. All good here, dry, sufficient cover and a great view as well. TFTC Porkchop6977

I enjoyed the views as much as finding the cache. Cache was a quick find an all was in order with it.
Visiting from WA, did a loop down to Port Author today and made a number of finds. Thanks to the CO’s for the placement of these geocaches for our enjoyment.
Today was the day to finally attempt these caches, as I need the points for Signal, and I was out and about doing a maintenance run. The cache was an easy find, mostly because it was sitting out in the open. Signed the log and replaced it with some cammo over it.
Fantastic views from this location.
Thanks for bringing me here Porkchop6977.

We stayed overnight in Taranna and before heading home today, there were a small number of caches that we wanted to look for. This was one of them.
Accurate coordinates and the hint led to a quick find of a well hidden cache. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Porkchop6977 for the cache.

Out caching and dog walking on the beaches on the peninsula and got these caches found and logged on the way home. TFTC TNLN log dry. Signed under the cover of the trees as it was raining.⁹
A day in Port Arthur, mainly to plant a new Adventure Lab in Doo Town, but also collect a few of the caches that had been placed since the last time I was there
The day was very overcast but did not rain which was nice.
Thanks for the cache
Great View from the first cache container, and I had to wave to a farmer driving past in a tractor at the second one

Great view as we headed back down from Fire Tower Road Two but it was getting on so we stayed focused and headed for the cache. I circled around and spotted the cache quickly. It was getting really cold so I wasn't messing about, a quick scribble and replacement and we were off.
One more to find in the way home of there is enough light.
Thanks for the hat trick Porkchop6977

We had a great day today being out for 10 hours caching cleaning up the Peninsula, to be fair I think we have a couple more to pull in but you cant fit everything into one trip now can you, will just have to come back another time. This was a nice drive by that we picked up on our way back home after a big day out. This was a nice drive by that we picked up on our way back home after a big day out, it took a bit of finding this one and i think goose was on the money for this one.
This week it was just myself and the goose heading out to find some caches down the Tasman Peninsula, some that had come out since we were down that way last and some that had been on the wish list for many years if not decades, the weather was just about perfect and we even made it back home before dinner in our respective homes. After getting fuel I picked goose up at 8:26 and I dropped him off almost 10 hours later, a good day out caching in my book.
Thanks for the cache.

Was planning a lovely caching day on a sunny Sunday. Managed to find this one (2nd for the day) just before I got a call and had to turn around and head back to help a sick dad. Cache was nicely hidden. Another impressive view. Thanks Porkchop6977.
Thought I would go for a drive around the peninsula today and clean up a few of the new caches. Quick find with awesome veiws.
We decided to head down to Safety Cove to locate a few new caches that have appeared in the area since we were last there and this was one we found on the loop home. The sun was setting and the view was fantastic. TFTC
A nice quick find of a cache in A1 condition on a road i've never been on. The views from it are awesome
{I love how some farms 'include' the local road that passes their shed with tractors and utes and directly across that narrow gravel road are ploughs, 44 gallon drums & other farm equipment etc like the road is part of their property ha ha, it is so cool. I drove past slowly so to not raise dust and not run anyone over }
The log was signed at 11:30 on Tuesday 12 April 2022.
TN, left 2 wee 'bwt' craft pegs

Today was a great day for a 'day on the Peninsula'.
Quite a few caches have popped up down here since my last visit, so today I decided to go searching for some of them with the younger GeoGSP in tow.
Lovely drive along this road to find this and it's sister cache. It suddenly dawned on me I had been shadowing another cacher most of the day......I was an hour or so behind them at quite a few caches I'd found today. It certainly was a lovely day to be out and about. All is well at GZ.

On a road trip from Hobart to Stanley with my mum over 2 weeks. We visited a number of towns and we were mainly targeting Virtuals and Earthcaches due to the amazing locations they take one to. We did pick up the random traditional, multi, puzzle, wherigo and even a couple letterbox caches whilst travelling.
After a nice sleep in Port Arthur, it was time to finish off the route we started last night before losing sunlight. No issues working out the coordinates for this one. Cache located, signed and replaced as found. We came up this road chasing the fresh raspberries that were signposted down on the main road
Thanks for placing and mainting this geocache Porkchop6977

On the most spectacular day we spent a few hours down at Stewarts Bay beach playing in the water and sand. Following this we went up to the Raspberry Farm where we filled up! But before we got there we stopped off for a quick find!
Actually present when Porkchop placed this cache. Just turning it into a smiley. TFTC
Accurate coordinates made this cache a quick find . A good view now the fog has lifted and a bonus FTF , but wait there's more I shook my head in disbelief there's a standing in the paddock ! Thanks porkchop6977
