Logs
We missed the parking directions for this one so parked one street over and came at it from the playing fields. We laughed at each other's 'pukeko' walk while trying to avoid getting wet feet in the wet grass. The neighbours dog was going nuts over the fence while we signed the log and made a hasty retreat back to the cars pukeko style.
Bit prickly but a great spot and a lovely playground - well done for all that hard mahi to get the facility!
Nice park, got to take the wagging wails for a short walk (as cache not in the fenced part of the playground.

Ms_KR and I are heading to Invercargill for a tramping club 75th jubilee, so we left a bit early in hope that the weather would be fine, so we could get a bit of caching in. So far it has been good, fingers crossed for the rest of the time away.

Killing two birds with one stone..a trip to Gore picking up some Playground caches and entertaining the grandies at the same time, all quick finds and caches in good order tftc

An afternoon over from western Southland attempting to complete the last of Signal's labyrinth.
Another quick find, noone around to avoid at this time of day... Other than the cyclist plus dog, both in hivis that just came past.

TFTC we have done a nice little circle around the playground caches. Lovely calm afternoon for it
Easter weekend and in Gore for a couple of days to get my numbers closer to 5000. Forecast rain for the day was certainly here and the plan was to don the wet weather gear and do a few playground png's. Left my accommodation and the rain literally stopped and the sun came out all be it rather windy. Still no one about and glad so seeing these playground caches are mostly out in the open with lots of houses around! No problems here and no one about so a nice quick find ?? TFTC
