Woeful case of cache blindness and time optimism today on my planned kayaking trip. Found a few, couldnt find a few and ran out of time for the rest . Oh well, Ill be back with a better plan and maybe some more geo eyes to help . TFTC
Now, that is our sort of Jigidi! We even did it twice just for fun, and theres not many times you could say that about Jigidi and Geocaching puzzles.Today, it was just a short paddle from a nearby launching point in our old trusty two person inflatable. By the time we had got into the water here it was well and truly heading into a lower tide and while the paddling was effortless, the mud because of fellow tide was outstanding! Thick, deep and up to our knees. We ended up moving spots to find a slightly safer place to embark the boat, and then made a more inland trek to GZ.Everything was found to be in good condition here and we added our name to the log. The return trip was okay, with plenty of mud to be washed off once we arrived back at the boat ramp. Back at our campsite, the shower felt good, and the mud is but a memory. Thanks Nyssaflutterby. It was lovely to find this Hide of yours today, we have many fond memories of meeting you on occasions at events and spontaneously while Geocaching. Domsky
It is 2:00 pm. I have, again, ventured down from on top of the hill called Toowoomba. I have just completed another loop of my D/T grid. 13 loops. So, I am chasing certain D/T combinations today to complete this loop today and advance a few combinations for future loops. I am now out and about in my kayak. There is almost no wind and no waves at this point in time. Easy kayaking. The high tide today is going to be rather low. I had to get out of the kayak for every cache today. This is one of the target caches for today. Found after a short search. This cache will need some maintenance very soon. The steel wire has rust to the point of it breaking when touched. PLEASE bring more wire. Log sheet signed. This is my last cache for today. Thanks for the cache.
What a difference a high tide makes when getting to these caches in the mangroves here. This one was easily found today. Thank you for the cache and adding more fun to our paddle.
It was a little on the warm side today but the water was came and the going good when I headed out today. I was keen to,get a few yakking caches today to work towards a nearby puzzle cache. Off loaded the yak at the boat ramp at tinchi and realised Id fortgotten my kayak seat. Managed to make it through without it albeit back is a little sore.Cache found high and dry, log extracted and moniker applied for prosperity.Off to the next.A big thanks tot the cache owner for ,asking this cache available to be found.Cheers

Day 2 of MegaGOM boating and tree fishing expedition with **bella at waggy**, **Baktrak**, **Purplepeopleater** and an anonymous local.
After some marine engineering and 2 fresh tanks of fuel late yesterday afternoon, MV Grumpy was purring nicely this morning. Unfortunately, we were soon churning up mud at low tide which caused us to revert to human powered craft. Spent another fine day on various waterways.

Came to sunny Qld with a few geopals and met up with a colourful local for 3 days of water ports, tree fishing and other sundry pursuits after much puzzle-solving, crosschecking and planning. Day 1 saw the relaunch of MV Grumpy and a couple of yaks to keep it company. Now on day 2 and some running repairs to MV Grumpy reduced its attempts at self-immolation and the need for gear-grinding manoeuvres.
We signed with the space-saving and enigmatic anagram “megagom”, in memory of previous exploits.
Thanks Nyssaflutterby.

Day 2 and we thought the MV Grumpy was ready to play nicer today but with some shallow water it was bought back for some running repairs and the yaks dispatched. Now at its second launch location the repairs had somewhat quelled the grumpyness and performed better today.
Some plans where hatched with a local and some Sydney Siders for a 3 day quick caching trip which involved get the boat out, yaks, mud, poles, ladders, trees etc. Plenty of solving was done and routes plotted. The boat, the MV Grumpy lived up to its name with some cantankerous displays and the need for running repairs on serval occasions so our timetable had to be amended on more than one occasion.
Despite the tide we made our way around and also put the yaks to good use in the shallower and narrower areas as planned but also when the MV Grumpy being Grumpy so the arms got more of a workout that expected.
A number of us have thought we have previously been the victims of caching identify theft by that mysterious mob call the GOM’s. As a result and given it felt like a bit if a mega the logs were signed MegaGOM. TFTC
Amazing to see a Koala on the waters edge.

Cruising the waters of the Pine river today with karicka and Peppa in the comfort of the tinny.
After taking care of our target caches, I was grateful to stop at a few caches on the way back even though the others had already found them.
Last cache of the day! I spotted it from the boat and did the dash to sign the log.

Great time with georode targeting his SE QLD Loop Support List. We paddled and hiked and laughed from beginning to end like there's no tomorrow.

A reluctant kayaker joins geo- friends to attend an Event on the Water then convert some coloured spots into Smilies. Firstly we found caches on the water then when that was done it was time for RoddyC, Hatzofff and me to find land based cashes. Log signed before replacing cache as found. TFTC
After Pepps's large gathering for his event "For the Love of Tupperware" we set out to nab a few caches in the area.abeck58 and I in the Sante Fe Catering Canoe to offer snacks and a stable mooring platform. Logs today were signed as P.R.I.C.K.S - Pine Rivers Intrepid Canoe and Kayak Squadron to save space in the logbook, to save ink and to save the scribes from going home with RSI, we are a rather large group today after all. Thanks for the entire team for coming along today and making it possible to sign some logs that the SS Santa Fe might otherwise have issues mooring at. She might be big and beautiful, but nimble she is not. Thanks Nyssaflutterby for placing this cache.
Today I had planned to join in on the paddle event on the north pine river. I joined the 30 other people putting their kayaks together and jumped in the water. I left from tinchi tamba boat ramp a little earlier than the others as I just needed to get this one on the river. I had this solved on the day it came out and knew I would be back here sometime, today was that day.
I paddled over to find I had a trail of followers. With the tide going out it was a fun moment or 5 getting to the cache, lol. Found the cache, I signed the log and replaced all as found. Thanks for placing here and the puzzle, all good with this one.

Regarding this puzzle, I remember seeing this when it was first published, and finding the correct coordinates on 21/03/2022. Despite the Jigidi puzzle getting promoted within the description, the final coordinates were also provided as a final waypoint (by accident?). I did send a message to the CO advising as such, but it doesn't appear to have been rectified, so currently this is a quite easy puzzle.
We set out on this kayak departing from the boat ramp just after 07:30 hr, and kayaked a total distance of 2.4 km with a moving time of 0:30 hr, as per my [Strava record](https://www.strava.com/activities/8462228059).
Prior to the nearby tupperware kayak event, a small group of us paddled to this event first. As it was low tide timing, we docked in the mud, and our feet sank in the mud to our knees, but eventually we made it on shore, and it wasn't long before the cache was found. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks Nyssaflutterby ?? for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/[jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) stamp.

This morning, [jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T), baby Cottontail and I joined other Geocachers to kayak in Pine River, launching from Tinchi Tamba Wetlands Reserve. Between the low tide and underlying mud flats and the exposure from the Summer sun, it was a rather hot paddle, and following the [For the love of Tupperware...](https://coord.info/GCA3NMH) event, we paddled back to shore. Prior to returning home, we stopped at Hidden World Playground in Fitzgibbon for a play prior to baby Cottontail's nap.
In the afternoon, I was able to escape solo for geocaching in The Gap and around Enoggera Reservoir tackling a few more geocaches in the *On Your Bike* series and the ?? *Listening/Loudspeaker* ?? series. The parklands and reserves in the area, including along Enoggera Creek, were nice to walk around under the shade of the trees.

Out paddling with a bunch of PRICKS after an event on the river. Such a beautiful day out kayaking all over, picking up caches and catching up with people. Not too many of the hides on waterways are traditional hides (they’re often a little tree climb or fish) so it was nice to find one OG style. Love the photo Nyssa! TFTC
Out with an intrepid bunch of kayakers, canoers, a paddle board and a tinnie.Commonly referred to as P.R.I.C.K.S. We had all attended an Event, proudly hosted by Peppa, on the River not far from the Tinchi Tamba boat ramp. There was a catering canoe offering an assortment of delicacies to the fleet. We had a great day on the water. patrol14 even managed to catch a catfish. TFTC.

First find of the day, prior to the “For the love of Tupperware” event. Puzzle solved ages ago, which was nice and easy…yay! Unfortunately I didn’t make the Top 10 on this one, but I’ll get over it ??
Cache was found by many cachers today, and a nice easy paddle straight off the bat. We paddled approx 11.5km today. TFTC Nyssaflutterby

I’m hosting the “For the love of Tupperware” event this morning… and it’s quite the turnout…
This solved puzzle was like an appetiser before the big event and stood no chance against the onslaught of hungry cachers this morning…
For the sanity of the COs and to save space on the logs, the Pine Rivers Intrepid Canoe & Kayak Squadron may have been abbreviated…??

I had a great day today; this was a lovely day for a paddle on the river “For the Love of Tupperware” event. To save space, the logs were all signed as P.R.I.C.K.S. Love jigsaws thanks Nyssafluttery for putting these out. TFTC
Love a good jigsaw and a paddle, so finding this one first up fitted in very well before we all paddled off to attend Peppas event and continue caching further along the waterways.

Gorgeous morning out on the water! ️
Muggle husband spotted the two tree trunks straight away as we nosed in. So I had the cache in hand within 30 seconds. Very satisfying after a few of the searches we did. Nice and well maintained, dry, with plenty of room on the log. Great to have a mystery cache out here rather than a trad! Thanks!

what a surprise this jigsaw was and todays find was also quick. I chose to come at high tide and once at GZ i did exit the yak to reach the cache. Such a nice afternoon for a paddle. Now off to do some maintenance on my caches nearby. Thanks for placing this cache here for us to enjoy.

Down in Brisbane for the weekend for a network meeting on Monday meant I was able to tee up some playtime with the Bug to target my 9th and 10th loops.
With limited time, tides had not been considered so we made the mistake of attempting on a low, dropping tide. The mud made some of these very challenging but added to the adventure. At points during the day we were thigh deep and crawling! We ended up looking like black and white minstrels.
After a trip up the river we fought the wind and tide to make it back to the ramp but not before collecting this one. The only type of jigidi I like. One with few pieces. Thanks Nyssaflutterby for creating and placing this for us to enjoy.

Joining IolantheK, JustEmmy, La Kedi, teamdfl and T-Tech for a paddle out from Dohles Rocks this morning, we had the tide in our favour but battled the winds all the way here for our first find of the day. It was a relief to find a nice simple jigsaw to complete for this one. Thanks Nyssaflutterby
Out on the water on this very chilly day to pick up two caches that had been published after my last jaunt through here. This puzzle was definitely my cup of tea, one of the few I’ve enjoyed . Launching from Dohles Rocks, a wee flotilla comprising DisSister, JustEmmy, teamdfl, IolantheK and T-Tech headed off against the stiff wind but with the tide toward this one. IolantheK was powering along nicely while I wallowed at the back, and had her hands on it by the time I beached my vessel at one of the excellent landing spots nearby. A very pleasant experience! TFTC, Nyssaflutterby. =^.^=
This is my kind of jigsaw. One of only a very few I have solved. [^]
Out with a small crew of keen paddlers this morning. Set off from the north side and paddled down, with the tide, but against a strapping breeze to this one.
Quickly rounded up and we were off to the next.

We opted for the long paddle back to this one first as the tide was heading in for another hour. At GZ I got to do the finding. TFTC, Nysaaflutterby.

I had a frustrating morning wrestling with the software I use for work so when M suggested I go for a paddle on Pine River this afternoon, I certainly wasn't going to refuse such a generous offer! . He dropped me off at Deep Water Bend boat ramp and promised to be waiting at Brighton Park when I got there. What a sweetie!
This one was a pleasant first find with the tide still high enough that there was no mud involved.

Out with Karicka and Green Cordial in the tinny on this beautiful autumn day. I had solved this when it came out and we made a quick find as we were passing by. Thanks for the cache
As we were on the water and having completed the main mission for the day in good time we kept on going.
Could get the tinny all the way up to this cache, it was a good tide!
Thank you Nyssa for giving me a reason to get out of the house today.

Such a pretty puzzle! It was enjoyed today with @Karicka and BM75. I really enjoyed the opportunity to get out on the boat for the first time in a long time since moving to the Darling Downs. That statement makes me think that I own a boat, I would just annoy BenM70 for boat trips and buy him iced tea. I just realised that this cache is by Nyssaflutterby who sent me lovely messages about my geoart. Hope to see you at the mega

Our intrepid trio were discussing Ukrainian politics & how best to solve the COVID crisis when Bris seemed to be distracted. He then said he was off to yak & asked if we’d like to come along sure why not. Into the drink we ventured . Being close to home we shot off, paddled & signed the new log in no time at all . Now off home to continue making my famous pickled herring’s & quinoa salad. Joint {*FTF*}
Muggle65, Brislions and l were on a three way phone call fixing the planets problems and deciding what to make for dinner. We realised that Brislions was being very quiet. "All good there?" we enquired. " Yep. Just doing a huge jigidi" Then he says "Wanna load your yaks and come for a paddle?" Well, ummmm yes we do. Perfect day for it and only a few minutes from home. We met at the launching spot and enjoyed a short paddle to GZ. Coords are absolutely spot on and a lovely clean log soon showed itself. The trip back was very fast as we were tide assisted. Thank you for a fun {*FTF*} afternoon
We were up in Queensland for a quick holiday on the Sunshine Coast with the extended family and we were given a pass to do what we wanted to do…..well that decision was easy to make….a get together with the lovely Nyssaflutterby. Woohoo ???? Male membsec had decided to do a maintenance run on all our remaining caches here in Queensland while Lady membsec did the hard work with a yak! Nyssa asked what we wanted to do and we mentioned if there were any caches nearby that would help us with our D/T. T5 are rare in Tassie. We were delighted ?? when Nyssaflutterby suggested a day on the water (it’s been awhile since we had paddled, hope we can keep up).
We are logging this cache as we beta tested it for Nyssaflutterby making sure that the coords were correct and male membsec did the jigidi when it was a 300 piece puzzle, but Nyssa had to reduce the number of pieces or increase the D rating. We are happy that she reduced it as this now our 4th loop D/T and on the same day Nyssaflutterby did her 8th loop. Thanks Nyssa for making this a memorable day. Perfect tide, perfect weather and perfect company.
