TFTC! Within easy reach and outside the prying eyes of muggles. Lovely view and wind! Hello to the Motogp riders from Singapore
Nice easy find. Lots of people at the top but no one near GZ. I am glad I didnt have to walk down to the bottom to find it!

Thank you for your cache CacheM3IfYouCanI have driven by several times and today was the day to stop after CITO on the Island. I got a bit distracted by cloudy day coords but found in the end. Cheerskbucky
*Found on the 31 Aug 2024 @ 3:41PM.**Cache find # 15766.* After the work had been done and the lunch had been eaten, it was time to head out and find a few more caches before heading home, nirgalagrin jumped in the car with me and headed off for the search.Last time I made an attempt to find this one, the carpark was overflowing so I didnt even bother trying to have a look, today on the other hand was completely different with only a couple cars in the carpark, we had a short stroll to GZ were the cache was spotted fairly easily, with the log now stamped, we headed back to the car and on to the next.**Thanks to CacheM3lfYouCan for keeping the game going by placing this cache.**
15:40After arriving at this morning's planting event in the middle of the island by public transport, I had a few offers of rides... so I jumped in with SteMicMitSar to, appropriately, do the new Landcare Adventure Labs...And maybe a Cachemas cache or two. Or three. This was a short detour to find a cache that SteMicMitSar had been muggled out of looking for previously, because the surfers were out in numbers. This inclement afternoon, there was no danger of that, and we located and stamped the log without incident. Thanks, CacheM3lfYouCan.#9185
Staying nearby for a few weeks so each day we wander in a different direction to hunt down a cache or two. This is our closest at the moment. We chatted to the lady who had her house burnt down , it only took a day and a bit to clear the block, she salvaged some stuff but not much, poor thing. Thanks for the cache CacheM3if YouCan, (good cache name).
Went back to see if I could find the geo today. It was a few meters of track. Fun adventure, thanks!
I couldnt find it. Although we tried following the hint it was no help. We were wondering if someone placed it in another spot? The thing we enjoyed the most when trying to find it was the lovely view of the ocean and the beautiful sounds.
TFTC! Found with Lovely Lemurs, was a few meters off the posted coordinates, though.
On the island for a few days with friends. Loving these caches. Nice being out amongst the waves! Thanks for the cache.
With the large group of 38 people, we always try to save space when logging and not flood the mailbox. So we have our group name DOWNUNDER2024 One of the first excursions from the trip and a good start. T4t$ says viko76 from Berlin
Quite a few surfers enjoying this beautiful morning. We admired the view for a while, then headed off to GZ. Steve searched one side, I the other, and it wasnt too long before we had the cache in hand. Thanks for bringing us to this great location CacheM3IfYouCan.
We are also part of the large tour group from Germany and passed this cache today. We are from Ismaning/Bavaria. We had a great time in Melbourne. Danke fr diesen Geocache. Danke fr die Ausarbeitung. Danke frs Zeigen.Lieber Gru aus Duisburg / DeutschlandAndyDieser Logeintrag wird mit Hilfe von Google bersetzt.__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________We set off on a long journey with 37 geocachers from Germany, Denmark, Luxembourg and Switzerland. Three weeks to Australia and New Zealand, starting with a stopover in Doha, Qatar. I have never been so long and so far away from home. An exciting time. When geocaching, the focus was on many different cache types, but also special ratings, challenges and especially a few very old caches from the years 2000 and 2001. But also, of course, especially the geocaches that were easily accessible on foot from the hotel.Of course, the focus wasn't just on geocaching; the sights of the individual stations we visited also deserved attention. We entered our team name Downunder 2024 in the logbooks, saving logbook space and efficiently. It was a very special trip in a large team, which was also a lot of fun.Today we went on nice excursions around the Melbourne area.Due to the large number of caches, there is usually only one standard log, for which I would like to apologize to the different owners. Thanks for this geocache. Thanks for the elaboration. Thank you for showing me.Kind regards from Duisburg / GermanyAndy
Together with 37 Cachers, we start a journey to Australia and New Zealand via Doha.In Qatar we spent one night and had almost one full day before heading to Sydney. In Australia we visit the cities of Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Cairns. In New Zealand will be Aukland, Rotorua, Wellington, Blenheim, Christchurch, Dunedin and Queenstown. To safe Logbook space, we signed the logbooks with our team-name "DownUnder24".Our Teammembers are:\_gc_, AmoebeST, AndyausDu, B@cker-1, Biggidag, Brummelbren, CacheTaucher, cooljo, Fotopinguin, Freizeit-Tina, Gazelle5111, GEO Karen, GoanToni, Hfi1, hupsi-1, karrai*, Leilah03, lenny love, Lupus54, Maxipimpf, muschel3, Ollilein, Opaundenkel, penalty96, Rheins, Simowl, sozioma, Sr. Elli, Team Zyanor, viko76, Webmasterrollerin, Whlhase, XenSuoThank you for the Cache.
Together with 36 other geocachers, the KiSt team undertook a very long trip to Australia ???? and New Zealand ???? for three weeks. On both the outward and return journeys, there was a stopover in Doha, the capital of Qatar ????.We experienced a great deal on this trip and gained many very different impressions of the two countries, their nature and their culture. Of course, the main focus was on visiting as many caches of as many different types as possible and also all accessible old cans. However, we also made sure to visit many special places of interest and to gain as comprehensive an impression as possible of nature and its flora and fauna. To save the logbooks, we usually signed in with our team name **Downunder24**. For "special" cans, however, we have not missed the opportunity to leave our nickname as well. This beautiful cache is now also one of our finds.Due to the large number of caches visited, it is unfortunately not possible for us to write an individual log for each can, which is why we would like to apologize to the owners for this collective log.We also met other cachers at some of the events and were able to share our experiences. Many thanks to the event owners!Of course we would like to thank all the owners for showing us the great locations, the sometimes tricky puzzles, exciting multis and wherigos, as well as the interesting virtuals and earth caches - TFTC!!!---In der Besetzung KiSt unternahmen wir zusammen mit 36 weiteren Geocachern fr drei Wochen eine sehr weite Reise nach Australien ???? und Neuseeland ????.

Streak Day 7/366After making an early dash to the beach before the forecasted storm later in the afternoon, we made our way towards this cache on our way out. After being here before but only for a short search, we had a pretty good idea of where the cache wasn't. Thankfully for us, the cache was found very quickly.Tftc CacheM3IfYouCan
TFTC! 7 November 2023 2:34:11 pm 6372A day caching across the island. Made a relatively quick find!
After working out which little gap LouJean70 and I needed to be picking around, we soon had the cache in had. Signed and returned and into the next one.TFTC
The walk from the carpark to GZ was short but the find took longer than expected here. Finally cache was in hand, thank you for placing
Day four on Phillip Island with BettyBoo3747 and the geodoggies.A day for a few caches along the south coast, and finished off a few AdLabs.Very windy and the occasional shower, but we stayed fairly dry.A very short sheltered walk for this one.A very quick find. Thanks, Robmc.
21467. Day 4 of a short holiday on Philllip Island. A wild and windy day again that nearly blew the dust of the campervan (and we know how impossible that is). It was gale force and straight off the ice. I was pleased to finish the day and retire back into the comfort of the van.All quiet here today. A nice stroll in relatively sheltered conditions and it didn't take us too long to find the cache. Add our names and headed back up the hill. Thanks CacheM3lfYouCan

We just had to come back and try find this one. It took us a while because our phone coordinates were a little off, I decided to walk down the path a little and start walking up again. Saw it out the corner of my eye! TFTC
Found with icw. The co-ordinates were so accurate I said "it should be just here" and put my hand straight on it. Tftc.
TFTC SL - Don’t do what I did and take the hint the incorrect way. After looking down the path, GPS was indicating 2-3 metres away so I thought it may be in the bushes a bit, so I approached GZ from the top car park.
DON’T DO THIS. I slipped going down, fell over, face forward & nearly impaled myself. Took a bit to get upright again. Had nightmares I’d have to call SES to rescue me but I was upright in no time with only my knee and ego bruised I think it’s safer for me to geocache with a buddy on future lol

Gps had me on the other side of the tracks at first- then when it settled was a relatively quick find. Tftc
Somehow missed logging a couple from our night away! We booked a night away in Rhyll with our puppy Violet as a trial run for a longer trip at the end of this month. After a fantastic night, where she slept really well and didn’t wake up till I got up, we had breakfast and packed up and set off to do some caching around the island. After not being able to hunt at cliff top due to workmen, this one was next. We wandered down and JMelb went to use facilities, when she came back she found the cache where GMelb had been looking! Sometimes it just happens that way lol

With work being very quiet my wife said why don’t you go geocaching on the Island for 5days and stay at the Holiday house, so I didn’t argue with her as she’s the Boss, So here I am finding caches around the Island enjoying my time off.

No luck. Stepped in dog poo, which was a pain haha. We assumed uphill not down, meant to look behind the retaining walls along the path, but we didn’t have any luck.

Out for a days caching down Phillip Island with Tiz13, the weather was perfect and we had plenty of laughs along the way with plenty of random songs sung along the way.
This is one of the caches found today. We pulled up to a bus full of teenage scholl kids all heading down for a surf, once they were all below us we soon had the cache in hand.
Thanks CacheM3lfYouCan for the cache.

With previous logs read, Rebel Acts and I chose the systematic approach. between the two us, we swiftly locate the cache in a logicalspot. Hint was not an issue.
Checked up and down both sides for a while.. not sure if im blind or the bushes have over grown I just can't see it. Coordinates seem to be off so not the most helpful... will definitely be back!

OzHockeyChick suggested we head out of Melbourne for the weekend. No need to ask me twice! The car is packed, which direction?
We ended up in Phillip Island and after camping nearby overnight we headed off to gather some more caches before targeting my 12,000th find on the way home.
We searched for ages on this one before giving up and returning to the car. Reading one more log we decided to return to the area to try ahead. The hint could be interpreted in many ways and it turns out it applies in one direction but not in the other. We found the cache about 7m further DOWN the path than our GPS suggested.
Thanks CacheM3lfYouCan for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to enjoy.

Thanks CacheM3IfYouCan for the cache at this surf beach. I went looking for this soon after it came out and had a sad face after walking around for sometime. Since then the hint proved helpful as the coordinates are not great with an iPhone- with Cachly today I grabbed the unlove of this cache. It’s always probably been where I found it today. Dry clean log - added my name. It was about 6m NNW from Gz. Smiley here now.
I was getting readings from near the wire fence and in the scrub near the toilet block. Unfortunately not going to be back to find for a while.
