Out and about today caching making the most of the better spring weather, l stopped to find this cache on my travels.

Another with Starruby- He missed it but thought of the area. A closer look by me revealed the hide. Nice clean container. Thanks for the hide.
We only just heard about this Sidetracked series this morning and here we are doing our first one already.Nice wander along the rail trail bike track today, geez we wish the cyclists would get bells fitted (to their bikes of course), the amount of times they whizzed past us and scared the heck out of us was huge.Nice sized cache was found tucked away safely. Thanks Pinkpiggy7 for the cache, found, signed and replaced. TNLN
I enjoy SideTracked and REALLY SideTracked caches. Today bunadoorian and I came to find this one before going out for lunch on the Island. Well we looked where we thought it was -but after not finding it - we extended our search and with a better look bunadoorian found this cache. TFTC and for bringing us here Pinkpiggy7.
A good sized cache was eventually found after a extensive search on the wrong side of the path. After extending our search I found the cache quickly. Thanks Pinkpiggy7 for the entertainment and TFTC.
We are supporting five scouts as one, our geogal, completed her Adventurous Hike for the Peak Award. We waved goodbye to them at New Haven to do the car shuffle and did some caches. This one was a nice quick one. Thanks for the cache
Heading home after attending the Capital Geobash Mega in Canberra while passing by I made the appropriate detour for the search. A quick find was made after a short walk. Thank you Pinkpiggy7 for placing and maintaining this cache.
11:50After officially saying farewell to 2023 from a vantage point at Queenscliff, it was "REALLY" fun to start our 2024 caching journey without getting too side tracked at Anderson. Thanks to Pinkpiggy7 for hiding caches in interesting locations. 36307
Found by Mary and David at 13:30. We seem to be having a Pinkpiggy7 day today. Parked near the Gallery and enjoyed the stroll to GZ. Another FP a quick find. Our thanks to Pinkpiggy7.
**REALLY SideTracked Anderson 1st Jan 2024**We set off early from Beaumaris in the direction of Bass for an afternoon event, leaving us plenty of time to cache along the way. Our furthest destination from home today was Kilcunda, a lovely but busy little spot. We stopped to grab a multi further along this trail, and of course couldnt walk past this one!It is REALLY interesting to read about these lost stations that wouldve been a lifeline to the community back in the day. I suppose with the coal mines closing and the uptake of personal vehicles these old lines had a limited life span. At least they come to good use by way of bike trails now. Thanks Pinkpiggy7 for placing the SideTracked cache for us to enjoy. Signed LetThemEatCache or LTEC and JonnyGoldcoast or JC something in-between. Cache on *Throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbour. Explore. Dream. Discover.* **Mark Twain**-The **Ballarat GeoTour** ends on 4 March 2024! Be sure to find all the caches, and earn the souvenir, before the tour is archived. Join us for the [Farewell Ballarat GeoTour Event - GCAFQ8B](https://coord.info/GCAFQ8B) on 18 February 2024.
Another sidetracked added to our list, and a good - sized cache.Picke up TB.On a trip to the Inverloch area to spend some time with family, but also some time to collect a few caches we have not found before. The weather was mixed but we had a few good days where we could get the bikes out on the rail trail.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache Pinkpiggy7.**SKI Pair****
Found with icw at the start of a mid-afternoon caching trip. After all this time since the railway closed it's difficult to imagine a station with trains rumbling through here. Tftc.
Unlike the last logger, my mini holiday to Inverloch was very stressful and I wanted to go geocaching to unwind. What I need is a long, long hike but thats not going to happen. Anyway. I saw there was a TB here and I always love a Sidetracked. This will be #271 for me. No problem finding the cache. Dropped off a TB. Thanks! Found with CuteOtter and Histion who wont log but might one day.
I wanted to get away for a while and the coast is always the best place for me to relax and unwind. Phillip Island is one of my favorite places for a beach break so i decided to head down here and remind myself what the ocean looks like, its been far too long.
I booked some pet friendly accommodation for the week and then threw together a list of caches to tackle on the way down and back but didnt make any plans for the island itself, island time doesnt need plans . This is my last day and i am heading home after a terrific mini holiday. Today i decided to do another decent walk with the geopooch before hitting the road. This rail trail looks just right.
This is the first cache for my day, a nice easy start and its always nice to find a cache in good condition. I dropped a travel bug here to continue its journey.

TFTC SL - A lovely day out on my escooter along the trail Cache all dry and in good order
*Found on the 2 Sep 2023 @ 9:15 am.*
*Cache find # 15024.*
On the way to the island few a couple of events, I made a slight detour, which was once the way you had to go anyway, to start the day with a find here.
Once at GZ, it wasn't long before my name was on the log.
**Thanks to Pinkpiggy7 for keeping the game going by placing this cache.**

Came to Cape Paterson for a weekend. We were going to ride our ebikes but the weather was to rainy So decided to explore the area. Trip over to Wilsons Prom finding a few caches on the way. On our way home to Geelong today and finding a few caches on the way home. TFTC
Back again to travel the next leg of this trail and hopefully add a few more smilies to the collection!!
Beautiful, sunny day to take in the sights of the area!
Nice quick find, the first one for the day! Log signed and everything replaced as found. TFTC

Nice sized cache, I was able to make the find quickly with no muggles around. Glad to put some more smileys on the map in an area I’ve driven past many times. TFTC!
Very quiet here today got in early morning before the bike riders found quickly signed and replaced...TFTC
Thought we could add a few more smiles and complete Signal's Labyrinth on our way to the Californian cache. Great trail will be back to explore more one day. Thanks Gonefishen07.
Well at a square dance meet at kill Kunda we did out early morning. Walk in came along this nice. Is he fine here case in excellent condition.
SideTracked find, number 165.
Until more are published, I have now found all the SideTracked caches in Victoria . Victoria has lots of these great bicycle and walking paths. I left a necklace. TFTC Pinkpiggy7.
The small art gallery next to this is very much worth a visit. Some wonderful sculptures. I was trying to work out if I could get a metal sculpture with glass bird bath home. Sadly I decided that my car already has enough luggage.

#2114 (approx) Heading by this way and geo-son advised that he had not sorted the 365 streak for today. Stopped off for this easy find to keep the streak going and give the geo-mutt a chance to stretch her legs. TNLNSL. TFTC Pinkpiggy7.
Fitting in some caching while staying in San Remo for a summer break. Lots of cyclists unloading their bikes in the Anderson carpark, off for an adventure along the rail trail. Seems like a great ride. TFTC
Found 1.33pm 04.01.2023 - Find no. 1063 - 1st of 3 finds for the day - We did 4.79km of walking finding the 3 caches in this trip.
Ngs suggested we all go out for a drive and we decided to head towards Anderson to collect a cache or two that had been put along the trail since I had been looking in this area.
The rain did its thing at 1pm which was when one of the weather sites said it would ... haha .. who would have thought it would be exactly right? It got its job over but there was still a bit of a chill in the air as we headed south so made sure we all had coats on which we needed for the first find but had to shed after the 2nd find and were relegated to the car boot on the way past to the 3rd find ... it turned out quite warm by then!
Miss10 was in charge of the finding device ... yeah she was still doing technology but at least we were outside exercising ... and was loitering in the appropriate location after deciding the metres to go were a bit large on one side. She returned the finding device and I verified her preferred spot quickly and made the find. Both Miss7 and Miss10 were interested in what was onside the cache and much thought went into the possibility of swapping something.
No muggles up to that point as I think the predictable weather that had just happened and the possibility of more kept us safe. Log was signed and returned as found. Girls thought the location was clever. Thanks for the cache.

Found at 11:40 AM GAFF1.
We did the rail trail caches along here 10 years ago and so it was good to come back and walk a small section again. Found the cache immediately and it was nice to see a good sized container - appears that this variety of container is on the verge of becoming extinct!
Thanks Pinkpiggy7.

We thought our family had finished work for the year and we were going to spend the week before Xmas doing 'family time' until my wife got asked if she could do a cover. That was fine with me, as it meant I had the morning free for caching somewhere. The Wonthaggi area was chosen to try to fix some DNFs. Tiz said she would meet me there at 8 am and the plan was set.
The top 3 highlights of the day? Caching and chatting with Tiz, lovely beach locations and the little baby snake that sat on the beach beside me. Shame he was camera shy and boy did he freak me out when Tiz spotted him. Guessing it couldn't have been the same one we saw nearby later.
Nice easy find here in the obvious place.
Thanks for the cache Pink Piggy 7

Out and about with Rebel Acts putting some smiles on the map. Early start to the day but definitely worth it to tick off a few more sidetracked caches.
Cheers for the cache Pinkpiggy7

Out on another of our Sunday caching adventures, we had an early start chasing a few Side Tracked caches all over the place before heading to the Year of the hide 2022 event, after that we concentrated on some Bayside caches.
This is one of the caches found today.
Thanks Pinkpiggy7 for the cache.

This was an easy cache found as we were heading to Phillip Island with goingplaces2. It was quickly found, log was signed and we were on our way again. It is fun to pick up some of the SideTracked series of caches. TFTC.
We picked out just a few special caches to do with ilook4geo today and this was a nice easy one to find. We have started collecting some of the SideTracked series of caches as a another subject to focus on. All is good and dry with the contents. Thanks for placing this cache go to Pinkpiggy7.
Nice easy start. Geocache as dry as a chip! A rarity at the moment
Olive and I were supposed to go exploring earlier this year but several incidents intervened and we didn’t get there. With a promising forecast this week we decided to finally get Paris aka Camper trailer out of hibernation in a local area so if we found massive issues we could just go home. No issues and just glorious weather. Ah. And off we went.
Tftc Pinkpiggy7 you do get around - invading gonefishen07 territory?

A short walk brought us to GZ where we quickly found the container and signed the log. A couple on bikers had passed us during the walk so we kept an eye out while searching. Thanks to Pinkpiggy7 for the cache.
Thanks to Pinkpiggy for this hide.
A quick walk along the rail trail and the cache was located.
All good here this morning.
The road was a bit busy as Suscoe headed off the island. School and work run time were the two main suspects for the busy traffic.

The weather has been beautiful all week, but that's about to change. It's already blowing a gale, and apparently the whole East coast is going to cop one heck of a soaking.
Until then...
A drive off the island to see if I can pick up Challenge caches and puzzles I've got final coordinates for, and Large caches.
The rain continued to hold off, so I stopped by Anderson Station on the way back to the island.
Finishing, appropriately, by putting another SideTracked find under my belt.
Thanks, Pinkpiggy7.

Haha. I had no idea why SciFiRulz was on the other side. Today it was hit and miss for both of us. We blamed the cloud cover. TFTC
Found with PapaGrouch and WeRAmused. Out for a caching day and we stopped to find this one, much easier to access than the previous Side Tracked cache we found, with a nice well-made path to follow. My tablet sent me to the wrong side of the track, so WeRAmused quickly found the cache on the other side. TFTC

Another to get on the way to Kilcunda.
I do remember this Railway Station from years ago now.
Anyway a short stroll along the cycle/walk trail.
At GZ a quick search revealed the cache .
Log signed and all back safe again.
Thanks Pinkpiggy7 for your caches.

Not being anywhere nearby when this one was published I figured a local would definitely be in the running.
Driving by on my way back from Tarwin Lower this afternoon, I dropped by for a short stroll and an easy find.
Thanks for adding to the SideTracked series Pinkpiggy7.
At the rate we are going we will soon be the second most prolific country for publishing caches in this series.

It’s not often I get a chance to find a {FTF} so close to home when I’m feeling too lethargic to go to events up at Gembrook and Kurtz Kiln. I was planning to do some sidetracked caches on this bit of line, but The_Evil_Muggle has plans greater than his ability, especially at the moment. Thanks Gonefishen 07 for being too far away to race to this one. I’ve got at least one FTF for this month. I love your new pathtag Pinkpiggy7 and The Sneaky Geokids!
