Accio 10:36:56A weekend away with T4mmmy and Suki the geo-wonder pup. Bit of some random wonderings around southern Toowoomba today. Can't believe how quickly I had this in hand - hint and coords are perfect. Thanks WallabyWanderers for entertaining me at this location. *{Overall find #12856}*
WallabyWanderers I found your cache Japanese Gardens Torru on 24/10/2024, 1:40pm. This is my find 7194 and find # 17 today. A beautiful garden. No muggles around for a bit of a search. Came up empty until I got a hint from previous logs. With the hint it wasn't long before I had CIH. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
These are magnificent gardens, very orderly and manicured as we would expect. We wandered through the whole gardens checking them out. There were a number of people about so we took our time to wait for a break. Fortunately Mrs SKI located it quickly.A favourite from us for the location.Today we set off to explore a number of parks and complete a few Ad Labs and caches as we traveled. The Japanese Gardens were a highlight where we spent quite some time exploring. W even managed a tree fishing cache. We also ventured out to the reserve at Drayton where we found some great viewpoints.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache WallabyWanderers.**SKI Pair****
Grabbed on A saturday morning but had to wait for a gap between muggles walking past

Early morning on Wednesday visit to the Japanese Gardens to avoid the muggles. Mission completed. Catching up on logging now. Big thanks to the CO Thank you WallabyWanderers for placing this cache for me to enjoy!
Took a while to find even with hints. A beautiful spot, pity about the water. TFTC
We had a beautiful afternoon in these tranquil gardens. Even though it was fairly busy the environs had a calming effect on the visitors. We enjoyed a nice picnic while watching the birds and turtles doing their birdy and turtley things. Found with EJCat, thanks WallabyWanderers for honouring these gardens with a cache.
This is the second time rice come to try and find this cache, today I was in luck that he place was relatively muggle free.TFTC
Thanks for the hide, unfortunately the water was drained to do some building but still a beautiful location. I forgot my pen app couldn't sign the log
My first find of 2024, a bit behind the ball this year. My Japanese is still up to scratch, walked over, saw a spot for potential hiding Right on it! A beautiful location for a cache, deserves more attention simply for the location. Always love a visit to some ducks and turtles!! TFTC Found with Coleslaw867

The plan today to find this cache and then Boggle. We arrived just after the gates opened and made a quick find of the cache. Just as we were putting the cache back we heard people coming through the gates. Perfect timing and what a fantastic location. TFTC
Needed Google to help us figure this one out. Our Japanese is non existent Enjoyed a walk through these beautiful gardens.TFTC
Went for a stroll in the gardens with my wife on Christmas Eve. Spent a good 20min looking everywhere but DNF. A lovely place that will be back.
Spent a good 20mins looking in obvious spot and the not so obvious spot and no luck today.
Could not find as was busy and having trouble with the hint. Will come back another time
Tftc, lots of muggles today, but a stealthy look had the find. Log book is full so we have added a photo.
Enjoyed visiting this beautiful spot this morning.
Tricky to find a break in muggle traffic.

Quick find today once the GPS stopped bouncing around. Log is full but all else good TFTC Wallaby Wanderers
Having been here before for caches, I added this to the list of fun things to do in the area on our weekend stay in Highfields.
We enjoyed a stroll and the kids even enjoyed looking around the hidden areas. This one was elusive, we tried once and got muggles out then came back again on the return loop, with Mrs OC beating me to the find.
Find #12780 @ 11:18
Thanks WallabyWanderers for giving us a reason to visit.

I have a fair idea of where it probably is, but too many muggles around to grab it - I'll be back!
Early morning wander to grab this one before heading to NZ. An amazing area. Thanks to the awesome COs for placing this one here for us to find.
Such a great location, thanks WallabyWanderers for placing this cache here for us to find!
Out and about after a day of D&D in the Library to top up todays date on my 'My Finds' calendar.
Found after a short search tight in front of my face.
Thanks for the cache.

Called in here to look at the gardens. It is a very busy place. A nice quick find in the first place I looked. Thanks for the cache
We have arrived in Toowoomba. We are here hopefully to finish the Well Travelled Cacher. Unfortunately it’s still a puzzle for us.
After a couple of DNF’s , we came to the Japanese garden to see it and yeah there’s a cache here as well, most of the flowers had gone, but there was lots of new growth which is also lovely. Austpark had this in hand before I had got around to join him.
But I agree with Muff1. Nano’s are my least favourite cache!

This is indeed a tricky cache but after eliminating one spot the ext logial position yielded us a nano. For the difficulty we are gifting it a nano rant.

Stopped in on a flying visit with the GeoKids, luckily this wasn’t as hard as I’d feared. Thanks for the adventure & TFTC!️0
In Toowoomba while Mr D had medical appointment, so Japanese Gardens close enough for a visit and a cache.
Amazing that I bumped into my muggle sister who was visiting for a work function.
Anyway, I made my way to the red bridge and tried to put on my cloak of invisibility, as I did not have my decoy with me for the day. Even with my cloak, there were about 2,000,006 muggles around, all posing for photos ON THE BRIDGE.
Tried to PAF, but he was between St George and Cunnamulla, so did not get back to me for a couple of hours. Tried to ring CO, but I appear to have wrong phone number!!!. Tried messaging him but got Mrs CO, and she could not help.
Based on what PAF told me, I think this will be a permanent DNF for us.
Thank you for bringing me here today to catch up with my sister, who I gave not seen for about 2 years

That was a lovely visit. We were on a Carnival of Flowers bus tour and just happened to see there was a cache. Being short on time we had a nudge from the CO and soon had the cache in our hand (we’d checked there twice ). TFTC and the cherry blossom
After a day of errands it was time to relax and get some fresh air so KellerClann and I headed out to see some pretty flowers - it is almost Carnival weekend after all. Our adventure brought us to quite a few parks dotted around. What a pretty place this is. Delighted to add to my Australian bird list too with 4 new kinds of ducks! I must have looked a little odd as I searched a little off the path but my geo-buddy covered me by taking photos nd making it look 'normal' TFTC
In Toowoomba for flowers snd caches.
Found a gap in the steady flow of muggles and made the find.
A good day for a visit here
Thank you for hiding this geocache

Took a little bit to find as its not exactly where it says but my nephew found it because he's shorter. Tftc
We went for a stroll in the gardens
Soon we realised we weren't far from
A cache hidden near
We found it here
Returned it without pardon

What beautiful gardens these are! And a good spot for a cache too.
It’s a glorious, clear, winter day and there are plenty of muggles here who seem to be enjoying themselves - picnicking, wandering the paths and feeding ducks.
In between passing muggles, we found the cache in the second place we felt. Our lucky day.
Thank you WallabyWanderers.

Out for a day of caching with Peppa in TWB. After meeting the CO of a nearby cache and her beautiful doggy we headed in here for this newish cache. I was on totally the wrong side so let Peppa do the honours here.

Beautiful tranquil gardens. Gave ourselves one more minute of searching, and found it! TFTC
July is all about challenges thanks to the latest Georode Monthly Challenge in Brisbane… and Mt Peel is rich in unsigned challenges…
So I assembled a group of willing Brisbanites, and a plan was hatched for today…. A couple withdrew leaving just nikid1 and I to enjoy the glorious weather and environment up here on the range…
Having found all our targets there was still time for more caching… We picked up one half of Davinells, Wadda Mooli, and Sascha the Geohound near by and walked here…
A little game of Hot & Cold and we soon had the cache in hand…

I woke up this morning and saw a new cache in town that was right around the corner from me. Probably shouldn’t leave it sitting there!
Grabbed a pen and the geopup and off we went to a place we have walked through multiple times.
The gardens were empty this morning and the mist was still rising off the water, the perfect time to see this beautiful place.
Once at GZ I tied the geopup up so I could begin my search. Was looking too far and then moved back and found it right in front of my face!
This is our 2nd FTF in these gardens
