I am archiving this cache due to the unfortunate lack of action taken to restore it, or any communication from the cache owner, IATEAGERM, requesting additional time.Despite ample opportunities provided for the Cache Owner to respond, their silence leads me to the conclusion that the cache has been abandoned. In such cases, archived caches will not be unarchived, and as a result, this location is now open for the placement of a new cache by another interested party. Thanks,BalayangCommunity Reviewer - Australia
After dropping Jasmine at Claremont for some work at a festival, I decided to make the most of being in the area and pick up some caches nearby away from all the business. A quick find here, although the container is not in great shape. The log book is completely destroyed.
Despite 3 needs maintenance logs since May last year, no action from the CO. Came to make the find today and the cache is in terrible shape. Needs some work.
##Cache Maintenance Required please.##This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an owner maintenance visit, to address the issue described in the logs. The cache owner needs to either fix the problem or archive the listing, after picking up any geo-litter. In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page.See the maintenance section of the [Geocache Hiding Guidelines](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance). If there is a good reason for a delay in enabling this cache, please post an update note log here on the cache page so that everyone will know what's going on. When the maintenance is completed, you can re-enable the listing by entering an "Enable Listing" log, and then post an "Owner Maintenance" log to clear the "Needs Maintenance" attribute, if set.I will check back in 30 days to be sure that the maintenance has been done, or that further information has been provided. If there has been no action to repair the cache, or explain the situation, unfortunately I will need to Archive this cache. Caches archived because of lack of maintenance will not be unarchived. The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is out there to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.Thank youBalayangCommunity Reviewer -Australia
Easy find but as mentioned in a previous log the log is unusable. Needs some TLC. TFTC
Found it, but unfortunately bag wasn't sealed and water has got in soaking the log
Hoping the magpies didnt swoop but they behaved! Log too wet to write on so heres a pic.
Find 10 of 18 with four DNFs on a mission to clear up the Dalkeith/Nedlands map - by bike, naturally. After getting soaked this morning, the afternoon weather was much more pleasant.Well covered but we unearthed it.TFTC IATEAGERM!

No luck here for me. Had a good look around and didn't find a thing... only a dirty nappy bag lol.
Easily found as not well hidden. Can't believe someone has dumped a nappy in a poo bag here.
The cache log does still need replacing but we were able to stamp our find.
I wonder if a bear lives in the house across the road. ?

A nice little park to hide a cache in. After a bit of searching, we found the cache hidden away. The logbook was a bit wet but we were able to sign it.
TFTC.

Saw this one pop up and ran to the park. Went around the tree time and time again, looked under all leaves, but to no avail. Then Barnzy12 and Lachlan1.77 came and it was in the first place they looked. How did you do that, B12?
Joint *FTF* with B12 and L177. It’s my first FTF and so I’m very happy.
Thanks, Mr. Germ, this is my 467th find.
