We are travelling back to WA and are spending a couple of nights in Augathella and decided to grab a couple of caches while we are camped. This cache proved too good for us! We looked in every fork and on the ground on the off chance it had fallen out but no luck for us today. Maybe next time!TFTC RoddyC
A good look around with FiveTays-TT but no luck. 7 months since last find. Weather maybe?
Nice day driving around town chasing smiles. There's more homes here than we first thought. A quick surch round Gotcha.
Found on a sojourn all around during QOGM 2023 adventure. A fun jaunt with lots of dust, mud and starry skies. Thanks RoddyC and clear skies from TeamAstro. Cache the planet! Day 17. A last minute plan had been hatched to make my by way to QOGM. Very little planning had been done but a very rough outline was in place and it was going to be a day by day trip.A wonderful stop in Augathella overnight and today we are on the home stretch with Longreach our final destination!A nice quick find here. Thanks RoddyC for adding this cache to the worldwide collection for us all to enjoy.----------------------------------------------------------Are you planning a trip to Victoria? Check out some of these caches on the nominees list for the 2022 Victorian Cache of the Year Awards. The shortlist is available [here](https://coord.info/BMC8QYR)
DAY 12We have finally made it to Outback Queensland in the company of RoamingHowie heading towards Longreach and the QOGM festivities. After a pub meal and a great camping spot in Augathella the night before we picked up a few local caches before heading north once more.A quick find just out of town. Thanks RoddyC for the placement.
Found with e.gregory1 on a trip through Broken Hill, Tilpa, Bourke, Cunnamulla, Charleville, Tambo, Blackall and Barcaldine to attend the QOGM at Longreach. After QOGM I travelled solo to Emerald, Biloela, Monto, Gayndah and Kilcoy on my way to Brisbane for a few days before a return drive back to Adelaide via the north coast of New South Wales, central NSW and the Riverlands. We spent two solid days of entertaining caching in the area around Charleville, Cooladdie, Augathella and Morven before heading along the Landsborough Highway to Tambo and Blackall. Thanks for the cache RoddyC!
Found as I travelled up from Adelaide with FeatherWaite to the QOGM event at Longreach. The plan was to head to Cunnamulka via Broken Hill and Tilpa, then up to Charleville to complete the caches that had been published since we were last there a year or two ago. From there we were planning to go to to Longreach via Barcaldine, although the exact route would depend on how much time we had available. The weather was a little warmer than we had anticipated, but it made for some pleasant evenings as we camped out along the way. Most of the caches were found without any issues and were in reasonable condition unless otherwise indicated. Thanks RoddyC for the cache.
Found It!A quick find here while finding all the caches of Augathella!TFTC
We are heading up to Longreach for the last QOGM with The Drovers, Geoturtle37 and Papi4506 naturally stopping to grab any caches that come on the map aiming to get as many LGA's as we can.We can understand a by pass for heavy vehicles through the town but you would think that a total by pass could only do damage to these small communities, a good portion of their income must be coming from tourists moving through. We followed the GPSr's and again the container was spotted before we got there sitting high and dry just waiting for us to add our acronym to it's log book.To save room in the log we signed PDGC (Papi Drove Geoturtle Crackers)Many thanks for this cache
Team Crackers, Geoturtle37, The Drovers and I have made our way up here to attend the last QOGM at Longreach. We have tried to get to others but have only managed the first and now the last.We are having a great time driving around where the caches take us. The landscape is forever changing and is so different from when we visited last time. Please accept our apologies for the generic logs but we have found so many caches, and haven't taken a lot of notes as we are busy looking at all there is to see.We understand that there is so much time, effort and money that has gone into making this caching experience for all of us to enjoy. Much appreciated, thank you.
Heading to Longreach for the last QOGM with Team Crackers, Geoturtle37 and Papi4506.We stopped along the way to pick up a few caches and signed the log as PDGC.(Papi Drovers Geoturtle Crackers)Thanks to all the Co's for making this trip, more enjoyable. Signed and replaced as found.
On a road trip to QOGM 2023 in Longreach with MorganEd from New Zealand. We are signing logs as MEec1, ME for MorganEd and the ec1 is for me.Stayed in Charleville last night and hoping to make it to Jericho for an event tonight so only stopping for a few caches along the way today and this was one of them.We made a quick find here before heading back into town for ice cream. TFTC??
On the drive to Tambo this cache was found. Cache and log were in good condition.
On our travels we found ourselves in Augathella for the night and took the opportunity to grab a few caches, this was a nice quick find, thanks for placing it
Quick find with echocage1 on our way to the muster aroha and happy caching from new zealand
Today we are travelling from Charleville to Augathella via the back road to collect the mystery by the stars series

Third day at Charlesville, QLD.
Accompany with DeafVW, DeafCat and DeafPhantom. I am appreciative of them because they are young and have more energy and good equipment as I didn't bring Ladder with me.
Handy one of them can climb so I just stood and watched.
Thank you for organising the cache and hunt.
Sorry about copy and paste.

Found during Day 6 of our Queensland Outback GeoMuster (QOGM) Trip. Full Log to follow.32,575. Found during our Queensland Outback GeoMuster (QOGM) 2023 Longreach Adventure - a 33 day epic tour of Northern NSW and Outback Queensland finding many caches, attending great events and catching up with awesome Cachers along the way.Queensland Outback GeoMuster (QOGM) 2023 Longreach Adventure Day 6. Well the trip was well and truly underway. I have never been to a QOGM before, and since this was the last one I decided to head up there for the fun. We are staying in Charleville for 5 nights so I can really hit all the trails around the region. Today we are doing one trail up to Augathella, and another trail back to Charleville, with the usual town caches as well. This was the next find of the day. A quick find once at GZ. Signed the log, usually as F65 A33, replaced the cache as found, then we continued on our journey. Thanks RoddyC !!
We are now on our way to Longreach for the QOBM event next month. As we missed the big event here, it was now time to grab some of the caches around the area. A big day today, doing part of the triangle puzzles.
Stopped off here and made a quick find but took a bit more to retrieve.
Thanks RoddyC for placing this cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy finding it.

Adventured with the wonderful Grey Parrots across the Murweh Shire during QOGM 2022. I learned many useful things over the trails. (I am posting a blanket log for these finds). Sincerely appreciate the time and effort put into creating this cache, RoddyC. TFTC.
Came up today to do the Muster Trail and some caches around Augathella before heading to Roma - a big day of travel and caching. Thanks to the COs.
Hi there RoddyC, we found your cache Shortcut to town.
Today is day ten of our QOGM22 Trip. The plan today was to attempt the Augathella to Morven leg of the triangle.
Coordinate Accuracy: We found this cache near where the GPS said we should be looking.

Found during QOGM 22 and with silverfox1970 and firebatman88. We always love coming to these events and finding caches in the local area. This year we took a week off work to attend and go caching. Stayed at one of the local caravan parks which was great and we were able to catch up with old friends and make new ones. Thanks for placing.

After lunch in the pub we still had time to blanket cache Augathella…
We plenty of comments from the cheap seats… those inside the cars, RichmondLad and I made short work of this hunt…

Just spending some time caching waiting for the event. Another smiley to add for today.
Firstly I will appologise for the boiler plate log. This does not take away from all the effort that the QOGM placement team and other geocachers have taken to ensure that we have a fantastic QOGM.
This log covers from around the 20th September to the final day of QOGM the 2nd of October, 2022. We attended many events and found untold nuimbers of caches that included puzzles, multi's, Whereigo's and AL's. We made new friends and caught up with old friends, both locals and geocachers. The meals that we had at two of the events where out of this world, such that we cannot give them a star rating as we do not have enough stars. At the final event their was so many prizes, we feel that you whould have been very unlucky to leave this event without something. This year we were not able to team up with our usual cohorts and were invited to join another group who were fun, enthursatic and well organised. It was very different for us to not be the driver. We look forward to hopefully attending next years QOGM in Longreach. SL TFTC

Charleville Day attending QOGM
Today we teamed up with geono & named our team geodi for the the Challenge cache trail.
The morning began with breakfast at the fishing club which just happens to be where we are staying.
An event at Augathella then the final closing eveny back at Charleville.
Another very long day.

QOCM this year (my second) had a very slow start. With the first couple of days I was a little under the weather & mostly house bound; I was appreciative of the group to battle on without this key member ??.
The weather has been perfect & the cache hides great as usual… some more great than others. I don’t recall any DNF’s but then again, who wants to!
The gadget caches were fabulous, the challenge caches challenging and will remain so for a while yet as I try to qualify. Therefore, a bit of work to undertake.
Once finally in the field I signed as either Muggle 65 or MB&C2 on muster days. Thanks to the QOCM team for putting on another great event.

Our biggest day caching in a long time. And only one DNF. Very fun day out ??
Today was a lovely drive out to Morven where we stopped for coffee and to attend Granny Smiths event before caching along one side of the triangle up to Augathella and finishing off the randon caches in this smashing town. Then after lunch at the Ellangowan Hotel we headed back towards Charleville but didn't quite manage to finish this side before old age caught up on us and we retired back to the Coronas Hotel. Thanks for all the hard work that has gone in to placing all the caches for our enjoyment. TFTC RoddyC
Stayed at Charleville till October 2nd. We enjoyed Charleville and lovely place and Finding your cache ?? RoddyC, thank you so much for placing it.??

Day 4 of my QOGM trip: It was another big big day for us, the Charle Villians (CV’s)! It was finally time to tackle the Triangle, with of course a side trip into Tambo to pick up the north Murweh caches and some odds and ends in the Town that had been missed on previous visits.
This was a lovely drive with not much in the way of traffics - just what is needed when collected roadside caches on main roads. We saw a few other caching cars along the way all around the triangle, but we travelled the day with Disister and the Simba15 cars, until Augathella when the two other cars combined into one.
All in all a very successful day of caching and we just made it back in time to attend the event and had a great time chatting with other attendees about their Murweh adventures.
Big thanks to the QOGM committee for the puzzles and caches we came across today all were found, signed and replaced before moving on to the next.

Day 5 of my QOGM adventures with Willis007, Chamad and JACS as the Charli-Villians (caches signed as CVs). However, some caches we joined forces with a bigger group of people and to save space on the log paper and time in the field, we signed as Outlaws (particularly for the MT triangle puzzle series). We completed some caches around town, the MT puzzles, a trip to Tambo area and finished of things in Morven now that we had mobile phone service. Lots of fun, lots of laughs, lots achieved. When we work together, we work productively to get everything done.
The Triangle puzzles were worked on as a team. Some I was able to solve on my own, but for the ones I didn’t get, I made sure I got subtle to sledge hammer hints from my team so that I could say “yes, I get it”. Thank you for the work that goes into creating these trails. That is a lot of puzzles, a lot of planning and a lot of resources.

A huge day today completing the Murweh Triangle with a side journey back to Tambo to pick up the remaining caches I didn’t get to a few days ago. For such an ambitious goal, we decided to join forces with the CharliVillains and Simber15 and call ourselves The Outlaws for the day. An early morning start saw us head firstly to Augathella before deciding that we would have enough time to add Tambo to the day. After lunch there, we collected the next leg of the triangle on our way to Morven. With time ticking by and an event back in Charleville to get to, we left the Morven caches for another day and proceeded to collect the remaining triangle caches all the way back to Charleville. We timed it perfectly to arrive back just in time to head straight to the event. I really enjoyed the variety of puzzles that needed to be solved for this series. A fabulous fun day. Thanks RoddyC
Found by Mary and David, in convoy with The Morris and pprass (signing as PMT), at 12:10. Another old tree, with perhaps an old scar. Our thanks to RoddyC.
On the face of it, Shirt Alley offers a fast and convenient cut-through between Upper Broad Way and Zephire Street. Unfortunately, once explored on the ground it turns out to be a cul-de-sac.
An epic 500km adventure to complete the Murweh Triangle via a side trip to Tambo! They say there is safety in numbers and so again we teamed up and formed a convoy of 3 cars - this wittled down to 2 cars after the first leg as MrWindy opted to bring EagleEye09 back to base camp as she wasn't feeling great. I then jumped into the back of DiSisters car and on we went. Working together we logged all caches as 'Outlaws' or 'The Outlaws' for simplicity.
Day 5 of my outback travels and the continuation of my Queensland Outback Geocaching Muster trip for 2022. With the success of our last year’s team (Mavericks), Willis007, Triple Turmoil, Jacs team and myself have joined up again to start and continue our assault on Charleville as, “Charle Villain’s”. Today we had Dissister and Simber15 join us for the trip around. A new name was used for today of Outlaws to same time and log space.
Today is going to be another be day of caching as we were looking at completing the caches from Charleville to Augathella, then Augathella to Morven, then a few on the way back in before a night time event. Our teaming up worked well as we then had time to do a side trip into Tambo. Happy to get a few extra caches and some of which I missed last time and some of which were new.
It was a long day but we had a lot of fun along the way and got to see some beautiful countryside. Last time I was here it was in its 7th year of drought, what a change a little water can do, beautiful.
Thank you for the puzzles and the cache hides, all logs were signed and all caches replaced as found. Sorry for the generic log, but as you can understand there are a lot of caches found today.

Of course we took the one and only shortcut. On The Road Again - great song (think 1968 Canned Heat) with the entertaining jolly tri - team of CybergranV, gregandjudy and myself to tackle the Murweh Triangle Geoart and make a contribution to reduce carbon emissions by jumping in the same vehicle. The RGC team of today had plenty of missions on the agenda including the ‘On the Road’ CITO and NOT collecting the town based geocaches - except this and the multi ??. Stay focussed was the cry from geodriver Greg and luckily for us we mostly harkened. As for the variety of tri themed puzzles that made each one interesting even if the grey matter wondered about what is lost or locked away in big brain since High school math. As they say use it or you’ll lose it! TFTC series and the FUN. Again an astonishing volume of work and hours have gone into the Triangle project. A fave for that alone!
After leaving Charleville this morning and doing the puzzles up to Augathella, we stopped here for a quick find. Thanks for the cache
Heading into town, a quick stop to grab this. Out with Tenkae and Geopuppies, really enjoying the drive and finding caches
On Day No 5 in Charleville we are today after the puzzle caches between Morven and Augathella.
Our favourite event is the QOGM -
TBU2Uwe001 and I enjoy our 4th time here in the outback.
Thanks a lot to the Team QOGM 2022 Murweh and the other COs to invest so much time and efforts for organising those events and putting out the caches.

The main caching task was completing the triangle, started with the leg to Augathella.
Making good finds and made good time. Now looking forward to coffee.
Thank you RoddyC and team for hiding this geocache for the community.

Just a quick detour into town via this shortcut to find this traditional, signed with the acronym RGC for Ronice88, Gregandjudi and Cybergran V. Thanks for placing it here.
Day 4 of QOGM caching.
Another early start today, our focus was on the triangle from Charleville to Augathella, south to Morven and back to Charleville in time for the evening dinner event. We ended up heading a little further north to the beautiful town of Tambo.
The cache was quickly spotted, log signed in the team name of CVs today to save room. Cache was then replaced as found.
Thanks RoddyC for the puzzle and for placing the cache here.

Today's aim is to complete the triangle series in preparation for the Muster on Friday and Saturday, as combining the two will be too much. Puzzles completed over time since publiation.
Journeying with CybergranV aand Ronice 88, signing RGC to save time and space.
Apologies for the generic logs. All caches in good condition, all tools on hand to complete required tasks.
A small divergence on the path just to get a couple on the edge of town.
Sl and trackables visited.

Found at 12:09 PM in the company of The Morris & maccamob.
After speaking to Pauline, we found that we needed to do these caches now and not during the Muster and Challenge run! So off we go on a mammoth tour and what a lot of fun we had.
Thanks RoddyC.
