Quick find with CPwanderer. This was one of our target caches for the day.Nice to see a big container with lots of swaps. This was nearly a kangaroo crossing today as we spotted a couple of roos as we drove to this cache who almost hopped out in front of us. They then hopped along the fence parallel with us.TFTC BlueyandBingo

Adelaide Leap Day trip. Day 2. Balranald to Adelaide, via Mildura, Renmark and Truro. After a great night at Balranald, I woke to a chilly morning, and got on the road after breakfast at the local bakery. My first stop was a walk around Lock Island at Mildura before heading to the SA/VIC border to visit a handful of caches in the area. Renmark for lunch was next. The days caching was finished on some back roads behind Monash. With my caching targets complete for the day, I headed on to Adelaide, to have a few days before the onset of caching madness that will be leap day and the time around it.Once I reached the border, I ventured first south, then north to visit five caches in the area. I was happy to find them all the large ones are very good caches. Thanks for the cache BlueyandBingo45551.6 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & Generic Gold A#11**Albida**

Came to do some maintenance on our cache down the road and took this opportunity to grab some others out here. An awesome cache that the 2 younger Greeno’s loved! TFTC!

Day 19 of our loop through Vic and SA then home.

Today we said goodbye to albida33 and turned our heads toward home. I had hoped for a day at home before returning to work later this week, but we got a bit ‘sidetracked’ and ended up in Echuca for the night.

All caches were found quickly and easily unless otherwise mentioned.

31,805. Found with minniek as we began our long but familiar journey home.

Rutherglen Mega and South Australia Trip Day 19. Today we said our farewells to our caching mate albida as we were planning on driving all the way back home to Goulburn via the Hay Plains which is our 'normal' route. Rather nicely our plans changed by the afternoon as we elected to take a more scenic and uncached route instead and spend the night in Echuca. So glad we did as the scenery was lovely and the places we travelled through made us want to come back again soon. This was the next find of the day, and wanting a Large today we headed up here to grab a couple, and it was a quick find once at GZ. Signed, replaced, and then we headed off to the next one on the list.

Thanks BlueyandBingo !!

The coordinates are a bit out here but it didn't take me long to spot such a big cache nearby!

After an appointment in Berri and checking out the levee building, decided to collect a smiley on the long way home. Despite coordinates being out, a quick find. It’s been a long time since I found a container this size! Thank you, BlueyandBingo; cache #4113.

Thought we'd take off a different way and see some sights! Purrfect Di made sure we brought the cameras too! Jack helped a bit.

Left a trackable here.
We often see two sleepy lizards together on the road around springtime. They seem to get a bit suicidal while looking for love!

Much thanks to BlueyandBingo for placing and maintaining this cache on our ever growing SA geo-map Cool

Exploring wherever we can - searching, spotting hidden items and signing cache logs using some or all of the resources of GSAK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife), Whereyougo, Garmin Montana 750i, Montana 680t, Etrex 35, Samsung S21u, Samsung S9, with Geocaching App, c:Geo, or Geooh Go, and Android Auto and other maps... or often with just a guess or plain old dumb luck WinkCoolBig Grin
Plenty of the luck stuff actually !!!

*Almost all the online logs are composed and published with GSAK of course.*

Beware ! Caching is a very hazardous activity!
Look out for sand, mud, floodwaters, snakes, surprise cliffs, roos, wombats, things falling from trees, bulldust, and floods, and try not to get tetanus from rusty mint tins and don't fall off your ladder...
-- -- -- -- -- -- -- and do watch out for bugs !!! . [xx(]

Ensure Travel Bugs are the Only bugs you share and pass on Wink (Covid cancels caching!)
Keep a safe distance - cache the countryside Big Grin

Great of all those placing quality caches out and about around the country areas,
in sensible safe places especially! - it keeps our game fun, and interesting Cool

We do appreciate if you actually did read all this extra addition to the log word count! There's a challenge somewhere out there, apparently! You win a virtual smiley for the effort and getting to the end of the log Wink Maybe if I worked out where I could do it and go back to normal logs again ! If you find the challenge let me know and we can put an end to these long logs !!!

Lockdowns, lock outs etc had stopped as from getting to Millicent a few times and also On Ya Bike Series. Finally things fell into place and B@W, Crash, PPE and Tardis 0061 (later to sign as BCPT for our initials or Big Cycling Power Trail amongst other things) were on a week long road trip into SA. Various select caches and locations were targeted on the way over and back for LGA's and other stats.
No issues with the Jeep or DB on the road in.
A quick find here and we completed the signing duties and re hid. TFTC

After a night away camping with friends ️ we continued on a little further from home to try our luck with a few unfound caches. With a few days of warm sunny weather ️ we were hoping the dirt road would be passable, as we have a lot of rain recently!! ️ Lucky for us, this dry weather road only, was in excellent condition today Arriving at GZ we quickly located the sizeable cache. Not sure if can claim *FTF* as two teams have already signed the logbook… however both log dates were prior to the date the cache was placed and published
