Thanks hellolisaaaa for hiding this cache. Now that my calendar and streak are completed, I can just cache for the fun of it. Your Traditional cache, Algona Road Overlook, was just what I needed to get me out of the house and exercising. This is my find #1972 at 10:42 on 8/9/2024. Tasmania Trip Day 8. After arriving in Hobart yesterday afternoon and having a nice walk before dinner, today my aim was to visit some counties to the south west of the city. I did not go onto the island, but I did the rest of the counties. It was not the most successful of starts to the day, but I reached the numbers I was hoping for and headed back into town where I went for a much longer walk around the middle of the city and docks to do about six sets of Labs. By the time that was all done I was looking forward to dinner and a long nights rest.As I headed back into the suburbs, I managed to find my way to the correct side of this cache to get to it safely. The reserve along the main road it quite generous, but access the back way was great. Thanks for the cache hellolisaaaa45985.24 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & 2009 Enigma A#155**Albida**
Did the rookie mistake of not reading the description before heading for this cache. Approached GZ from a path on the opposite side of Algona Road. Had to scramble down the steep embankment, then fortunately there was a break in the traffic so nipped across the road only to be faced with another steep embankment. Managed to find a reasonable track up. It was a good thing I was on my own and not making anyone else pay for me not having prepared properly. The cache was quickly found once at GZ. Thanks.
Interesting end to the road, in fact the whole road system in this area is interesting. Good and logical place to put a cache given the infrastructure.TFTC
After work, I needed to find a few caches and this was one of them. All of them took less than 5 minutes to find and were in good condition. Only one DNF where I spent too much time looking for, and setting off the local proximity alert, which wouldn't stop barking. Thanks for the cache today.
Had to kill a bit of time waiting to meet up with a friend, so looked for a nearby geocache. Quick find with the hint

As we were a little early to catch up with our daughter, we went to look for this cache. Accurate coordinates, the hint and a familiar style of hide led to a quick find. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks lisaaaaa for the cache.
Nice easy find for this months cache challenge. We have driven this road many times but it was interesting to see how high the oad cutting was from this angle. TFTC

Thanks for the cache. A nice quick find at GZ and did enjoy the lovely painting on the fence outside the Guide Hall
Found this one very easily as I looked at the hint, but the coordinates were spot on. Thanks for the cache!

Searched all the likely places for a cache that matched the hint. Mrs RC helped too. No luck today.
Wet day off work. Decided to do a couple of the caches I have found closest to home. Reasonably quick find, luckily as it was raining. Funny think if want to go down that bank to Algona Rd. I might be Al goner. Thanks for the cache hellolisaaaa.
Well done on finding a spot to hide a new cache in this area. A quick find. The guard rail should be near the drop off. TFTC
Pumped after just finding the Burwood Hangout cache [GC9Z7ZE], i drove up to this one to a handy car park just up from it [^]
Took the short walk down to it to make a quick(ish) find in about the 3rd place i looked
The cache was spotted and i was signing the log at 11:37 on the cool but fine and sunny day of Tuesday the 11th of October 2022.
The cache and contents are fine and dry

A simple local trip for a Saturdays caching today with a Budgie and a Goose, I think the furthest we got was Tinderbox so i nice easy day.
We drove as far as we could before parking up and walking the last few meters and after a short search again the cache was found and we added our names to the logbook.
We were all confused as to the normal roadside armco being here and wondered what had been here in the past.
Thanks for the cache.

A morning out with a rat and a goose looking for new caches in the greater Kingston area. I managed to find 5 - all there was available.
Probably blast from the past was the pick of the caches today.
Tftc.
Never been here before which is weird as it’s a good spot for a cache. Thank you for bringing me to the location.

Out for the morning caching with Stainless steel rat and budgietas, we collected a few that we all hadn't found.
We found this location quite interesting with its old infrastructure and wondered why!
Another quick find. The next one we've got planed is a bit of a walk.
Thanks hellolisaaaa

Haven't done much caching lately as work very busy, but noticed these new ones on my way home from night shift so thought today perfect nice and quiet. Thanks for your placement TFTC
Quick find in a nice area. The coords were out a bit so it took a little longer than it should have. Thanks for the cache!

Joint FTF with KingSmev.
Well, I've looked at this listing all day, and resisted the temptation to head out.
But tonight it finally got the better of me, as no-one had logged a find as yet.
I was also intrigued as to the mystery scout hall!
So I asked KingSmev if he wanted an outing, he agreed and so added a few more minutes of night driving on his Ls.
He parked us nearby, as recommended, and we walked to GZ, and effected a reasonably quick find by torchlight.
Nice to find a blank log, so happy to claim FTF.
Mystery solved, it's a Guide Hall!
Thanks hellolisassa, for the cache, and for what turned out to be a nocturnal adventure.
Cheers, EPs.
