Heading up to Redbank for a few caches today and stopped off to give this one a go. Looked in the obvious spot but couldn't see anything. Checked a few other spots but came back to the first location, looked a bit harder and there it was. Obviously it pays to look with your eyes open. Log was signed and I was back on the road. Thanks Dromaniax....cache all good.
Out with sorceysal for a few days at St Arnaud. Along the way we stopped to collect a few caches to add to our finds list. Thanks for the fun Dromaniax
On the way to St Arnaud for a couple of days with 6 hinemoa2. A short detour to do the adlab and this popped up on the way out. Thanks Dromaniax
Suscoe was heading to St Arnaud todat in the company of our very good friends Phetlern.
The weather started out drizzly on the way up but it fined up as we headed northwest.
It was wonderful to be up in this part of the world again.
Thanks to Dromaniax for this hide.
A lovely quiet spot apart from the generator near by.

Well after a terrific day caching in St Arnaud and south i think i will make this my last find. The cache was a quick find and in great condition, thanks to all the COs for a fun day exploring the area.
The trip
I have been feeling a bit off colour for a few days without much energy to tackle things at home nor even to sort out some caching. Yesterday afternoon i found myself feeling a bit better and after finishing a couple of chores i sat down to map out some caches to target to fulfill some challenges and badgegen goals. Of course i ended up with a spray of caches right across my map. How do i break them up into groups, which direction do i head for my next trip? It was late so i left it for the evening. This morning i had another look and after some dithering decided that St Arnaud was the first area to tackle. After a leisurely (late) start i am hoping for lots of lovely caches for the day.

A weekend camping trip out west, so why not a few caches while in the area.
A slight detour on our way south. Surprised to see who the CO is - so far from home.
Thanks for bringing us here by placing this cache, Dromaniax

Geoturtle 37, OzHockeyChick and I set off from camp this morning to head to the Posums birthday bash. This is not a CO that we were expecting to find up here. Thanks for the cache.
Travelling north today after some cache maintenance in Avoca, stopped past this cache on the way. Lovely isolated location. TFTC Dromaniax.
Meandering up towards St Arnaud we made a quick detour to sign this cache and admire the Moonambel countryside. The impressive host was spied as we counted down to 0.
Thanks Dromaniax for the placement.

I was with the CO when he planted this cache, helping him with the hide location, after staying the night camping on their block for the night. So before the cache was hidden I was lucky enough to sign my name in the log book before the cache was submitted.
Thank you Dromaniax for the smiley

After overnighting at the Moonambel Reserve I stopped to pick up this cache. Thanks Dromaniax
Found on our way home from the long awaited mega in Whittlesea. We camped overnight at the very well maintained Moonambel Rec Reserve and despite the weather we managed to get out and find a few caches in the area.

Find No. 3779. Found with FUF009 at 4.00pm.
After watching the Melbourne Cup on tele we all decided to go for a short drive down to Moonambel to grab a cache and do the Adventure Lab, so off we went in FUF009's ute.
First up we stopped at this cache on the way in. A short detour off the main road to grab this one which was a very quick find. Then it was into Moonambel to do the Adventure Lab and Bonus.
We decided to drive the Adventure Lab seeing how it was such a very cold miserable wintery - meant to be spring - day. After finding the Bonus we than headed back home.

TFTC. The rain had stopped and we could escape being cooped up. Look a {FTF} in Moonambel. A trip out from Maryborough and a nice clean logbook. Hans had cycled through this area but never had the opportunity to come out on the backroads
