The cache is gone. This is the third container so it will have to go.I've worked out a plan for Version 3 of this cache, in a better concealed location.
#10215 (20 of 20 today - including 5 Adventure Labs)Headed down to Bateman's Bay, and environs, in the Geowife's Mugglemobile for today's event at Wasp Head. It was a long day, starting the drive down before 8am and not getting home until 11pm - utilising a long stop at the Gong on the way home to make sure I stayed awake.Having a few hours "to spare" before the event, I took the opportunity to grab a number of caches around Bateman's Bay. By the end of the day I had 20, including five ALs by the water. That included, of course *Earthcache 1* at Wasp Head, which was the focus of the day - Happy 20th Anniversary.###END OF CUT AND PASTE SECTION###Final stop before a late dinner at Wollongong.A few muggles here as I got out of the car, and a group went right past GZ. Thankfully they kept going and after a short search I had CIH.Completed signing duties, replaced and headed north.A good finish to a top day out.SLTNLNTFTC
Headed down the coast for a day mainly to celebrate the Wasp Head event with The Rats and Hoojar but found plenty of caches along the way for a nice day out.TFTC!
It took us a little while but with some help from previous logs we found it!! Thanks for the cache
Found after a quick search. It is very well hidden! No pen in cache, so were unable to sign
Found while in the area completing a nearby AL. Thanks for the history lesson. A very pretty lighthouse. TFTC
Havent been geocaching in a while and decided to try for this one. Found after a good search. TFTC

#6399. My parents are visiting from overseas and we decided to come and explore the area in and around Batemans Bay during a camping trip. We embarked on a day trip, heading North from South Durras. We could not find this one on our first attempt. After finding the other nearby cache, we headed back towards the car and gave it another go. This time it was quickly spotted by one of the youngest members of the family. TFTC!
Our group had quite a lengthy search for this last week. The CO was very proactive in checking and replacing so it was great to have the opportunity to search again. Today was very different and found so easily, it was exposed and too obvious. Before we had a chance to do much but pick it up, a couple appeared with their pen! They had just found it but went back to their car quickly for the forgotten pen. We had a nice chat, signed and left them to replace the cache as they had found it. It was super windy up here this afternoon but wow the whales off shore, some very close were very playful and entertaining to watch. Great cache placement with the viewing platform and historic lighthouse.
Three of us searched for 20 minutes without luck. Lovely area since the improvements.
We searched and poked around but no luck. Will have to come back. It’s a lovely spot
Back down the south coast today with the intent of grabbing a few specific caches while in the area for other commitments.
A nice easy find here.

So happy to be able to get out to cache after a recent knee Replacement. Thanks Gil and Tony. The lighthouse is awesome and love the viewing platform. Gets a fav from me
Came here in the dark at first and didn’t really try to find the cache. Back again in the morning and it is found.
Thanks

Thanks dude, good spot and all was well. only took 5 minutes as well. Did it very discreetly and my first ever cache was found.
Checked the site and the cache appears to have gone missing. A new container in place.
TFTC found left in open so hid away closest spot I assume it is meant to be to GZ!
Happy Mother's day!A quick park and grab on the way to Mother's day lunch at Ulladulla.Tftc
Lovely reconstructed area. We were here last before and it was a little ugly. Much better for tourist and local alike.TFTC.
Spend a great day and night in Batemans bay yesterday with good friends. After a lazy morning went out to visit the botanic gardens enjoying art and nature and some really nice caches, very recommendable. All caches in the garden are in excellent condition and everyone of them has has something different about them. Before going in and after coming out I also grabbed a few solved puzzles and nearby caches at the highway and the dam. Then I started to make my way home from Batemans Bay to Shellharbour and grabbed some caches along the way.
