This one was a bit tricky to see but once we spotted it we were able to retrieve it easily enough! TFTC ebenie
Well we did find it but we couldnt retrieve it unfortunately. It seems to have got stuck on something up there and we couldnt get it free. This is the first cache of this type we have heard of but I cant wait to find more. Thanks for going to the trouble of placing the cache and maintaining it.
Can I be reel for a moment, Im hooked on these fishing caches. I enjoy casting an eye up a tree to spot them, and my rod is tailor made for the job. Tftc
Saw from the ute. Now to get it. Enjoying this new format of caching. Great to keep muggles away.
Galahs were screeching in the tree when we arrived. They flew off to screech in another as we retrieved the cache. That's possibly the fattest branch we've fished a cache off.. not that there's such a thing as tree fishing stats.. TFTC ebenie.
WA Big Trip Winter 2024. Day 38 - Narrogin to Younaning Dam via Cuballing. After a night where it seemed to rain all night, I woke up and was a little relived to hear the rain stop soon afterwards. I did one side trip out of Narrogin before collecting the van t get on the road to the North. The sun even came out till just after lunch. I spent the middle of the day around Cuballing, with mixed results. I had thought at staying by the pub, but I don;t think they do camping any more, so I had lunch there instead of dinner. Only 10kms up the road there was this great spot by an old railway dam. A few other people here, but a very nice place to sit out more rain and do some planning for the next few days.My last fishing cache was done as the rain began and I had to work hard in the wind to keep this one on the pole. It all was finished and the log signed and the cache back in its spot. Thanks for the cache ebenie47371.21 TNLNVisited: World Traveling Gold GC A#6 & October 2017 Celebrate A#366**Albida**
We were looking up at all possible places but could not locate it. We searched and searched until spotting it on the ground. We signed log and put it back up. Not actually sure where it came from so may need to check on it.Thanks for placing
Having travelled with richlink from Perth to Darwin up along the west coast, down through the centre, the Flinders Ranges, the Yorke Peninsula, and the Nullarbor, we are now on the home stretch. We are on the move again. Heading in the direction of Narrogin enjoying the countryside and looking for caches along our route. TFTC.
Great to finally get the chance to log a few smilies now that I’m back from working away and missed all the action. Apologies for the generic log and thanks for the cache.
At another WAGB and looking forward to the weekend. Collecting a few caches with our Micks_crew. Caches all found easily.
Another awesome WAGB weekend is over so the MICKS (Meme28, I C Nothing, Cirrus_WA, Kapelula, Sir Fancy) Crew are convoying it back home and collecting caches in the rain. Some logs signed as MICKS. TFTH!
Container spotted after brief hunt and retrieved, signed and replaced without any issues.

Time to head home from WAGB23 and the morning started slowly packing in the rain before joining the goodbye event in Narrogin.
Convoyed home with Meme28, I C Nothing & Kapelula (signing as MICK today) through Cuballing, Popanyinning, Pingelly & Wandering getting rather wet along the way with the heavens opening up frequently.
I walked in the door having garnered 19 finds, 15 adventure labs, 1 event attended and 0 DNF’s for the day.

Thanks ebenie for placing Fish'n'Tree #1 for me and others to find.
I added my name to the log at 11:59 on 5/6/2023.
This is find number 7328 for me.

Visiting from the east and heading to the WAGB event and caching along the way and at the event and areas around Narrogin then on to Kulin and back to Perth via a quick visit to Albany. Thanks to all the various COs for placing caches (or EC and virtuals) for us to locate, learn and explore. Signing as Team East+2.
Teamed up with ullyssia on our way home from WAGB 2023 to find a few fishing caches, multis and labs. The rain caught us a few times but we still managed to add to our tally between Narrogin and Pingelly. Thank you for the cache ebenie.
Thank you! Day 4 of the trip to Narrogin and back for WAGB 2023. Out with papillon367 for a rainy day of caching. Happy to make the find here.

Narrogin Day 3 & day 1 of WAGB
Today our trip plan was to head to Papanyinning then home again via Yornaning & Cuballing.
This proved to be a nice country drive, an intersting way to tour the region.
A few recently published caches were amongst the ones we found today.
Thankyou to the CO's for placing these caches.

Full time nomads since February 2014, back in WA to visit family.
In Narrogin for WA Goes Big 2023. Wow 10years!
With a big list of caches to hunt before the forecast rain of later in the weekend it was another early start for us today. We toured through Cuballing, Popanyinning and Dryandra back to Narrogin in time to pick up a few AdLabs before the WAGB Sundowner.

In the local area, I am enjoying my very first WAGB and visiting as many districts as possible with geo friends.
It has been an action-packed day all the way to finishing off with a couple of night caches.
To save space on the log sheets, we are signing as Team East+2.
All Adventure Labs were very interesting to do, and most caches we found today were in good condition and a credit to all the COs who placed them. Thank you ??

Up nice and early to head off to Narrogin for WAGB. My plan is to clean up the green dots on the east side then head to the west side to meet up with N2O to continue. This is going to be a massive weekend and no doubt a great adventure. Many thanks ebenie for placing this hide for me to find and adding to an awesome weekend at WAGB23. This will be my 6278 find.
Back out in the Wheatbelt for an extended long weekend, attending the WA Goes Big 10th anniversary event in Narrogin. Hoovered up plenty of new caches in both Narrogin and surrounding districts, and had a great time with fellow cachers. Thanks to West Oz Geocaching for organising another ripper event! Caches signed through the weekend as ‘CC’ (meaning Cockburn Crew) to save space on logbooks. Cheers ebenie!
Found it. TFTC ebenie. Happy to make a find here when in the area. Replaced as found.
Down in Narrogin for the WA Goes Big Event. Thanks to all those volunteering their time to put on such an event and to those attending! It’s always great attending such events and seeing a fresh burst of new Geocaches and meeting new people.
Headed down a day earlier to help set up what’s required and also utilise some free time collecting geocaches. For all the COs that have placed caches out this way Thank You!

Out and about again, an early departure for Narrogin via Brookton to get some caches. More importantly a stack of FTF unleashed. Armed with a TOTT snagged a few caches. Then did some Narrogin local caches. Had a great day out with the team - and then headed to the pub for dinner to chat about the day.
Found a variety of hides and in different areas which made for a nice day. Generally quick finds today
Thanks to all the CO’s for the hides I found.

Oh what fun we have on the side of the road
So glad it’s a huge parking bay on the old section of the road, plenty of room to pull off with the caravan on tow

I had my planned operation delayed yet again (3rd time) so the Family decided to cheer me up and take a trip to the Narrogin (my home town) area to do some of the recently published caches.
This was one of the caches visited. Cache was quickly found by Chwiliwr on arrival at ground zero as it was laying on the ground. The 3 girls were looking up.
Log was signed and the cache returned to the tree directly above where it was found.
Thanks ebenie for placing this cache for us to find.

Another blank log. {FTF} 1240 hours. Highest one yet. Love these and they are out here. TFTC FP from me ss my 200th fttf
Bugger, missed out by less than an hour.
Off work early today and luckily I'd chucked the 'tool' in the car so thought I'd head down to these parts to see if I could claim my FTF for the month. Beaten to the punch unfortunately but it was a nice drive plus I picked up a couple of smilies nearby as well.
ebenie I found your cache at 1:20pm, this was the 1st of 3 finds for me today and brings my total find count to 7748. The cache was in good order and I replaced it as found.
