A nice park and grab after visiting the local ad lab. While I was looking for it I could hear a concerned mama duck calling her baby. I hope she found it. Tftc
Super quick find as Mr P and I were rushing to another area of Auckland. Thank you for the cache,
Let Tangled find this one for us. Duck burgler alarm provided a shock upon approach!
I don't restart work again until the 8th of Jan. With free accommodation I decided a geocaching holiday in Auckland was a good way to spend this week off. Most of the week I geocached with Yvettetb but the beginning and end I was on my own. Tuesdays focus area was around the Orakei Basin area and Saint John's. Wednesday we ended up caching in the Waitakeries and finished up in Glen Eden, New Lynn and Waterview. Today we're going to geocache around Blockhouse Bay, Green Bay and Titirangi.Another quick park and grab here which is good to get our numbers up. I don't often get to Auckland geocaching so it's nice to get quite a few on the days I do manage to get down here. Thanks for another of your hides in this area aratakiranger
Lovely and quick find at GZ. TFGC and for bringing me here. Our New Year caching trip in 2024 was in and around Auckland with Lis's Crew. Today we were planning on going in and around Titirangi after being unsuccessful yesterday due to various road closures on our travels. A great way to spend another sunny summers day.
A solo excursion for Mr Coblet as Mrs Coblet had to work.I parked nearby and made the short walk to GZ, arriving at the same time as a muggle out for his morning walk.I pretended to be getting a drink of water from my backpack as I waited for him to pass and quickly spotted the cache and signed the log when the coast was clear.Nicely placed.TFTC.
#13,712. I have been up in Auckland for the past week doing some monitoring work. But today that project has concluded and I am having the weekend in Auckland staying with my sister. I drove past here on the way to Balmoral and decided to pick up this new series of caches. This was a ridiculously busy street around 4-5pm on a week day. Cars banked up waiting to turn and cars roaring along Golf Road. The cache was quickly spotted and in hand. Signing wasn't a problem. Putting it back and waiting for the roads to clear was different story. Eventually I just had to do it as subtle as possible as it seemed no end of cars in the queue. Thanks aratakiranger for hiding it here.
Nice find with woolwood9 while hunting caches around the area today.SL *tm/ww NZ*Thanks for helping make our trip fun!
Caching and catching up out west with Team Welsh this morning.
Very busy further down the road, but easy parking here, and a nice quick find in the obvious spot too. TFTC.

This one was a nice quick find in an obvious place. Not too busy at this end of the road so easier to park and grab. Tftc
Nice one thanks, when I eventually found some where to park April without it falling over...cheers V
Grabbed this cache on my way to work in Titirangi, got to work at 9am, so time for a few caches before then. I parked in the side street and footed it from there. Cache in plain sight, love it! Thanks for the cache aratakiranger.
I had originally decided to give this one a miss as I was intending to catch my bus back into the city centre ready to get a meal and get ready to head home to Wellington and I was feeling a bit tired.
However all that changed when I looked at my emails just before the bus was due and discovered that a new cache had been published in Golf Rd and was about 600 metres from where I was. I worked out that I still had time to do everything if I caught a subsequent bus back.
Unfortunately I and another cacher couldn't find that cache (which it turned out had become dislodged but was still there to be found) and I had to leave to catch the next bus. However I allowed a few extra minutes to get to the bus stop so I could do this cache in passing.
A quick easy find. I broke the rubber band holding the log but I don't think that will cause much of a problem apart from making things perhaps a little less tidy.

Great to see a newish local geocacher placing some new caches for us all to find!
I see you found 3 of mine in Henderson a few years ago .
Was fun getting your first 2 with 6 of
my grandchildren on Saturday.
I got this on my last day after a weekend caching in Hamilton.
Stopped here on my way home on Monday night .
Well hidden....
I like your idea of using the hair tie to enable easy extraction .
Many thanks!

We were about to settle in for the evening to watch a movie, when we were alerted to a new local cache. Having spent some time growing up on Hilling Street, MrsJAG was keen to find this one and knew the likely hiding place for this one. GZ can be a busy place, so we timed both our retrieval and replacement of this cache. A nice quick find here. Thank you for the cache and {FTF}.
Just pipped at the post by Jag50, waited for their exit before going in for the find. TFTC!
