Found on a five day geocaching road trip to the Nelson, Buller, and West Coast regions. We traveled many kms, by car bike and by foot and found many great caches and explored many areas. Thanks to the various CO for the caches sites we visited that made our trip so great. Thank for the caches.

A nice quick find. On my bike for a pre dinner ride. Nice. Note some of the logs are full and are in need of replacement. Thanks for placing your cache. It has been a while since we got back from Europe, and it is time for us to see more of Home. Ms_KR and I are off to the West Coast for a wee break, and some caching. Today cruised around the area picking up plastic boxes!Occaisionally signed MK+KR on cache logs, and apologies for the generic logs. Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches.

It is a gorgeous morning for a walk along the track to here. Several bikers out enjoying the day too. Nice quick find here. I guess the good thing about the end of the tours is that it gives me a chance to visit these places again. Took the time to read the signs more thoroughly on the way back than I did last time. I think this one popped up the day after I'd done the rest of the trail to the beach so wasnt in a rush to come back....but today was perfect as we were working on Martins island and parked 20m from gz I could actually see the cache from the van but waited until we came back for smoko before walking over to find it...added extra camo once I had replaced it...

At a guess the weather would be a lot less blustery if we headed north for the day and round up caches that popped up lately around Westport. It proved to be a great day and we turned any new green or blue icon between Millerton and Charleston into a smilie. By now we did the heavy lifting and wandered up to a familiar place. In situ it took a moment before I recalled the hide. Thank you paddle chick

With strong winds making it uncomfortable to contemplate doing anything outdoors in Greymouth we decided to head north to spend the day changing green and blue icons to yellow on the geocaching map around the wider Westport area.
This is a familiar track to us having walked it more than once.
Lots of cyclists using the track today but we managed to grab the cache and sign the log no problem.
Thank you paddle chick.
