Toowoomba Day 2We woke up to a wet day, decided to head south tp do an AL. Eventually we were surrounded by fog as we continued our travels. Found most caches we targeted but when the rain was too heavy we gave them a miss. We actually had a very good day caching. We went to mnany interesting location & found some very good caches. Af fishing pole caches included. Thanks GCAndo for hiding this cache.
Full time Nomads, travelling around Australia since 2014. Staying in Toowoomba while the caravan is in for repairs in Burpengary. What a lazy day we had today. Didnt head out until nearly 2pm. Just a few quick park n grabs was the plan. That mostly went to plan. We found this cache today. TFTC GCAndo

Cache was lying on the ground. Area looks to have had some gardening done. Move up higher. TFTC
This container was found on the ground. Replaced in an appropriate spot, all good otherwise. We may have saved the cache!!!!
Quick park and grab under the cover of night whilst on the South side of Toowoomba. A baby cache guardian ️ was protecting this one, gave it a minute before plucking the cache from its spot and signing the log. Left a couple swaps for the geokids. TFTC!
Out and about today to find a couple of caches.
A quick park and grab for me today.
The cache is dry and in good condition.
Thanks for he cache.

teamdfl and I have headed to Toowoomba for a day of geocaching. We have a list of 200+ caches we both need, which should keep us occupied nicely
A quick find in the obvious spot. TFTC, GCAndo.

My geodog Scruffy wanted to look for some caches, so I thought "why not?"
So we headed out & tried to fill in a few gaps
As I arrived at where I thought GZ was, me got a bit worried. I could see the tree had just been pruned ... ummm ... [?]
But no worries, it resting there waiting to be found.
All Good .. TFTC ..

Out this morning for another session of geopuppy training as a reward after a terribly traumatic check up at the vet . What a peaceful spot! Thank you!
Bit of work done here, found this one on the ground in the open, read clue to find where it should be for return placement
Out for an afternoon walk with wallaby wanderers, happy to tick off a few more close to home. Thanks for placing this one
Finally catching up on some logging...found this one on an afternoon walk with kestel. Such a beautiful area. TFTC
Up the hill for the day, car is in for service, we had loan car. Yippee, we dont have to pay for the fuel. Now, what can we do on a day like this?
Out to Wellcamp to solve a puzzle.... couldnot work it out, over to the other airport to solve a puzzle, worked it out, but not sure about the finals, cos it did not match the description. So just a settled on some trads instead.....
On way back down the hill, and decided to take anothr detour in this area
I counted three today. Thanks GCAndo

Funny this cache is right next to an old friends property, I used to sit out near here talking to his old horse.

{FTF} Up this to take part in Toowoomba’s newest parkrun - Picnic Point Parklands. After making it through that scenic course and about to head back down the range for home a quick check of the Caching map revealed a new cache and potential first to find. Figured as I was here with no where to be I’d drive over and take a look before picking up some breakfast and going home.
Arrived and the only living thing in sight was the cache guardian - resident horse. We had a quick chat as I signed the log, he didn’t respond much, just kept nibbling on his morning yummys. With the log signed and returned (I appreciate the cotters pin) it time to make tracks.
