After spending day in Raymond Island we still had energy for caching. Quiet place, maybe because of rain. Tftc! Greetings from Finland!
Lovely view.Really really wicked wind. Can't imagine this in winter! Brrr!Signed as The Roos Tftc
TFTC ItDaBear! A new cache to add to our logs. In Lakes Entrance today and it was a very sneaky quick cache. Muggles were sitting on the other chairs, so we pretended to drop our pen - a good technique! SL.
A quick find.. its blowing such cold wind making the caching experience unbearable TFTC
I had this to myself today, which made searching easy. Cache and log are good. TFTC ItDaBear.

TFTC really nice place to have a rest on the seat and enjoy the surroundings. Easy stroll and easy to find the cache. Thank you.
Found it on the 20th of August. Nice location, able to find it while out for a fish day very gloomy and rainy but didn't stop us found it. Thanks for the cache.
Musste etwas warten bis die fischenden Jungs mit ihrem Essen abgelenkt waren. Der Fund war dann ganz flott und wir gingen weiter. Vielen Dank fr das Dschen!

All good! Next time I check I'll replace the little bag and fix and some paint and rust.
Nice stroll along the jetty where the cache was just where it should have been. Took in the street scape and then headed off. Thanks for this one today.
While Mrs varmint was checking out the op shops, Pilot and I wandered through town and picked up this cache. The hint had us signing the log very quickly. Thanks ItDaBear.
A quick and easy find. Spending a few days here down from Brissy. Maki g our way along the east coast back home. Tftc.
We had a lovely walk from the downtown carpark on both sides and enjoyed every bit of it.Cache was nice and easy and we had the place to ourselves.TFTC
I drove past this cache yesterday but couldnt get it because muggles were where I needed to be. An early morning stroll today meant a quick find with no one in sight. TFTC
Sharon14, d@geo, and I visited and found it easy.Lucky the place was empty of any muggles.Thank you for the hide ItDaBear
Found at 6:30am, woke up and had a big day ahead of me so I didnt waste any time. I also think this was a good time to grab it as the jetty was kinda deserted this time. Then I went to big bears donuts for a coffee and a donut breakfast.Riddle me thisIf a guy behind me orders a large coffee with three sugars should he just have gotten a donut?TFTCThis is the red ripper Im told its made of redskins.
Hello ItDaBear thank you for the cacheA nice easy find on a lovely jetty.I found this cache during our Newcastle 2024 trip to see the grandchildren.Found on Monday, 08 April 2024 at 1741**TFTC**
On holidays from SA for the OzMega in Canberra. On our way to Morwell to visit friends and stopped in Lakes Entrance to do a bit of touristy stuff and met a lovely family doing a multi. TFTC ItDaBear
Wow! Thought it was there and then no. Headed further but it was back there. Slight confusion as it shows in the water... but has a low difficult/terrain rating. However upon spying a suitable host from the land, I knew where I was headed. Didn't quite have the time to sit and take it in but if I get back here again... I will. Thanks
This cache is muggle infested, did not attempt this during midday as local kids where fishing from the pier. Came back later and there was another fisherman and I thought Ill use a approach that works, befriend him, chat to him and then tell him that Im after a cache, and sure enough he was more than happy. I dont use this technique often but it definitely works. Tftc
All in place but if you see this please when you replace the cache make sure that the lid is on. Come find me!!!
Thank you for the great find I hope many other people find it and there are a few muggles around so please be sneaky
TFTC and a nice quick find. I sat here for a while and savoured the view. The breeze was nice and cooling. A lovely view of the boats and town. Im staying in a van here for 10 days and visiting from the Hunter Valley.
What a beautiful spot. On a coach tour with a lovely group, staying tonight here in beautiful Lakes Entrance.Gorgeous spot for a cache - thank you
Still road tripping the east and caching too with Jack and Purrfect Di. Down closer to sea level now! Wandered out after dinner at the pub nearby. Practically sat on the cache. Nearby muggles had no idea Thank you ItDaBear for this cache hide and ongoing care and maintenance ---------------- ----------------------In a dangerous world filled with rusty old mint tins and solid caches falling from trees - - - a cache a day keeps us agile... sort of --------Caches are logged using the resources of gsak, garmin, and androids, occasionally AI too! (And a little rubber stamp ) Work gets in the way - and some may take longer to log than others due to mixed technology and need for sleep! The skill and talent of some Zenior Zombies helps, and maybe a spot of luck too [:o)]----------Cache carefully and make sure Travel Bugs are the Only bugs you share and pass on Clean as you go and cache the countryside Big thanks to those placing quality caches out and about around our country areas, in nice safe places and containers especially! - it keeps our game fun for all Of course we do appreciate if you actually did read all this extra addition to the log word count! There's a challenge somewhere out there, or so we've been told! You win a virtual smiley for the effort and getting to the end of the log Maybe if I worked out where it is I could do it and go back to normal logs again ! If you find the challenge let me know and perhaps we can put an end to these long logs !!! Maybe not though - as someone actually did read to the end and alerted me to just a project GC badge that requires long logs [:o)] Well at least it's not as bad as finding a mint tin! Did you get that... stop putting out rusty mint tins, just stop it, now!!! C'est fini... For now... ... until tomorrow! Viva Mexicana ! PS:---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------GCA1DNA - Great Leap Forward ... or is it backward... it takes an extra day to get to March 29.2.24 The Mega Leap Event of the year. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------And don't forget to put the June Long Weekend in your diary for 2024 too... fun and funky finds
I have checked it and the magnet holding it up was too far to the front so I moved it back to the middle. Come find me.
Found by The Empire + HThe sun hung high in the sky, casting a warm glow over the asphalt as we embarked on another road trip, this time setting our compass towards the coastal gem of Merimbula, NSW. Summer was the perfect companion for our journey, promising sun-kissed landscapes and a wealth of new discoveries along the way.Our first pitstop on this adventure was Lakes Entrance, a tranquil coastal town nestled at the entrance of the Gippsland Lakes. The scent of brine hung in the air as we stepped onto the jetty, a bustling hub where fishermen cast their lines and the rhythmic clatter of crab nets echoed in harmony with the lapping waves. The Entrance, where the lakes met the Southern Ocean, was a convergence of worldsa place where nature and human activity danced in a delicate choreography. Embarking on a leisurely stroll along Cunningham Quay Jetty, we found ourselves immersed in a tranquil maritime haven that seamlessly blended coastal charm with the rhythmic ebb and flow of the tide. Located in a quaint coastal town, this jetty unfolded like a welcoming path toward the horizon, offering a front-row seat to the ever-changing dance between the land and the sea.The wooden planks beneath our feet resonated with the echoes of countless footsteps that had come before. As we advanced along the jetty, the expanse of water surrounding us seemed to stretch endlessly, creating a seamless connection between the firm structure and the fluidity of the ocean. A quick find here! Thanks for the cache ItDaBear.-M
Found with newbies - plastic bag decided to go flying , writer chased it was about one metre from taking a swim. Lol
