Cache being temporarily removed from the site as I'm upgrading this series of caches. The 1LD Series will be placed along the Two Creeks Track, allowing people to bushwalk whilst finding geocaches. Approval has been received from NPWS and Council, and descriptions will be updated with a section of 1st Lindfield History, Two Creeks Track History, and a welcome to country. This upgrade will be finished by 5/02/2024
Coordinates changed from:S 33 46.194 E 151 10.573Coordinates changed to:S 33 46.133 E 151 10.605Distance from original: 405.1 feet or 123.5 meters.Cache location moved to the small bridge over Gordon Creek before Eastern Arterial Road as apart of the new Two Creek Power Trail/1st Lindfield Series.
If these series of caches are moving so far from their original location, and to presumably new hides, I would suggest the originals should be archived and new ones listed. That will also give anyone who found the original the chance to log a new find on what would be a new experience and location.
Cache being archived and moved onto the two creeks track as a part of the new two creeks super trail
Maintenance completed on this cache today. Replaced the logbook and updated the coordinates. Cache is in a good condition.

Found on a hot Saturday afternoon. We signed the log.We took nothing and left nothing. Thanks for this great little cache
#1 for the day, and my first in the Ku-ring-Gai council area! Got off at the nearby station around 12:30, and due to muggle activity nearby decided to make this one my first stop of the afternoon. After a quick walk to a quiet GZ, the cache was soon found, logged and replaced. All in good condition, thanks for the cache!
Found, with shaneo58, We came down from Newcastle to do some easy caches on the northern line. near Lindfield and Roseville. Well, today saw me travel up the line to Lindfield station and explore the area for a few caches.
This was the last of them as I was heading back towards Lindfield station.

After getting a DNF at the previous cache and still needing a find for today, I set my target on this one.
I parked right out the front and had a quick find for the day.

A nice Saturday afternoon caching walk through Lindfield thanks to the local Scouts. We parked. Near the Curlew and did a counter-clockwise circle.
As it turned out we parked directly next to GZ for a great start. Thank you, Curlew Patrol. SL TFTC Cheers… Gaztek

In an attempt to log as many days as possible with a find this month, for the current "Wheel of Challenges" souvenir chase, I stopped off on my way to work to have a look at this traditional cache in Lindfield, after suffering a DNF at my first cache stop.
Parked the geomobile in Nelson Road, right alongside the cache, then walked over to GZ for a nice quick find. TNLNSL, and then replaced as found. Now it's off to work for another fun filled afternoon shift at KSA airport.
TFTC AussieScavanger & Curlew Patrol of 1st Lindfield Scouts. I'm looking forward to finding more of your little Lindfield "cache cluster" in the future.

Thankfully I had a torchlight for a required quick find on this busy road. Nice one Curlew. #1982
With the new geocaching challenge starting tonight and needing to cache on 20 days this month and only 30 days to choose from I decided to go out late and make a find.
This was the first place I visited. One good thing is there are definitely no muggles around at this time of night!
I used the GPS pointer and the terrain rating but had difficulty finding the cache.
For your information
- this is listed as a T1 cache - that means a person in a wheelchair can reach it.
I am not in a wheelchair but had difficulty reaching it, that's why I had trouble finding it as I was looking for a wheelchair accessible hide.
I suggest upping the T to 1.5.

After working from home, I jumped into the car with Eagle Eyed Monkey girl to Lindfield for 6 new caches. Armed with torches we managed to find all of them.

Started looking. Bent down to check when a group of school students were coming for me, acted like I was doing my shoe lace up. Crossed the road to wait them out then expanded my search and bingo found it
A nice easy find. Thankfully there weren’t a lot of people around and i was able to find it on my first pass.
Thanks.

I saw this series still had some potential F2Fs so decided to jog around Lindfield, and this was my first stop. I had a pretty good idea of where to look but it still took longer than I expected. TNLNSL TFTC
