Hi there Stripling Warrior, we found your cache Golden Shores Hervey Bay today. Ms Sammi & I are taking the opportunity to bag some caches while Penny is occupied elsewhere. Note to the next finder! The log scroll is supposed to go in the lid of the bison that way its easier to get it out. Coordinate Accuracy: We found this cache near where our GPS said we should be looking. Cache Condition: Good. Regards Ian & Penny (Found and logged using Cachly).

Out and about with Ian from Ian and Penny this morning to collect a few more smiley faces around Hervey Bay..Ian found it quickly, but it took a minute or two to get the log out of the container.TFTC.

Easy find. Not at eye level!

Another cache found on my trip to Maryborough for a 12 noon event. Left Bargara at 0415 and was complete in Maryborough by 0915 so decided to head down towards the bay and see how many of the four on my list I could get done in time. All of them. Arrived back in Maryborough after a detour to Toogoom.Please note that the log sheet in here is not usable and is totally destroyed also full. TFTC Stripling Warrior

Took us a while to find this one, but we managed to do it without anyone approaching us. Interesting place to hide - love it! The log appears to have gotten wet and is difficult to remove without ripping. Will need to be replaced soon

Quick easy find. Log is almost full.

I realised that I was very close to 5000 caches so a quick trip around town to get 6 of the 10 I have left here so that I can get a fun water one on the way back home to Brisbane later. This is cache 4999 which, when I think about it, plays an integral role in the milestone ahead. Could the one before, the one that has you teetering on the edge, holding your breath, be more valuable than the milestone itself?It's memorability was increased by the groundsman coming out to have a chat and tell me exactly where the cache was placed. It is refreshing when a muggle is helpful rather than scathing. He didn't know the name of what I was doing but said that there have been a lot of people here lately.
