Away with tmann421 for a few days, heading north to where there are more cache finds for us.Enjoyed the adventure and were lucky with beautiful weather for most of the time away. Thanks to the cache owners for their efforts in placing and maintaining their hides.Signed log tm/ww NZTFTC
woolwood9 & I are on a 9 day trip "*up north"*.Soon had the container found and log signed. We really enjoyed the drive / walk around.Signed logs *tm/ww NZ**Thank you for putting this cache out for us to visit!*
A quick search, nothing...... seen it had been checked on and should be here. Another look ..... Wow there it is how did we miss it lol!! Thank you elwyn1948 for placing this cache.Log signed as B&PFind number 5302
This was checked as the note says and is still there, added a bit more information to help.
Up in Cambridge to support my brother as he was competing in the National Powerlifting 24. Today was our journey day back home so had some opportunities to get some caches along the ride!No luck. cache is most certainly gone. Needs to be checked by a CO. EDIT: looks like CO has stopped by before us! Still no luck Anyway, Thanks elwyn1948 for placing this cache.DNF logged at 18/09/2024 at 9:39AM
Checked today. Still there. Behind one of the middle posts. Approach from the rear.
Seems like a dangerous position were not honestly so sure so we skipped it just in case
We were dreading searching in the flax but luckily it was eventually located elsewhere TFTC.
Out with Agazo today, why did this one want to be a bit more difficult, we found it though, tftc
Nufrat and I still had some time towards the end of the day, so we jumped on this trail and made a lot of finds in quick succession. Or in this case almost a quick succession. TFTC.
Out with Kiwi Does Stuff for a quiet Sunday caching mission in and out of Hamilton through all of the backroads. A bit of back and fourth when something caught my eye! Aha! TFTC!
Sunday afternoon / Evening mission with Reschedule. Taking some back roads to / from Hamilton. Thankfully no missed turn off for us here getting right to the cache. A quick easy find once searching in the correct location.
Found easily enough today - last time we looked it sent us to the wrong end. TFTC
We were heading to Cambridge and purposefully missed the turnoff onto Cambridge Road so we could find this cache. There was a bit of traffic passing by so we felt a bit conspicuous but made a nice quick find in the 3rd place we checked, which from looking at previous logs seems to be quite common. It seems 3rd time lucky is very much the case with this cache.Once the log was signed we made the turnoff and continued on our way.TFTC
#13,876. After spending the morning geocaching around Cambridge it was time to head towards Hamilton and rather than get there at 110 km/hr I decided to drive the slower path picking up the Te Awa trail caches. This was on the turnoff to the trail. Parked and wandered over and found the cache in the third place checked. Bit damp inside but paper was OK to sign. Replaced as found. Thanks elwyn1948 for hiding it here.
A nice quick find. Thanks for placing your cache. Ms_KR and I are on the road again, up "North" to visit family an friends. Today was a bike ride around the block. Nice and flat and successful! Occassionally signed MK+KR on cache logs, and apologies for the generic logs. Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches.
After grabbing some lunch in Cambridge, I decided to head over and tackle the recent caches along the Te Awa trail. I'm cheating a bit, doing them by car, but at least I didn't miss the turn off here and end up back on the expressway. Nice quick find, cheers
A bit of a tricky one to get to!Yay...third pole I checked. So glad it isn't a tiny cache...So hot and sunny.....totally overdressed for today's weather in Hamilton!
**#19,417**Coords are now good thanks, no issues finding this one thanks! Now it is home time, the last of our weekend away.TNLN TFTC

With Gap (of Fap and Gap) Working and caching our way through to Auckland and back home again...Gaps first job brought us into Cambridge. This was the perfect opportunity to attack the handful of new caches dotted on either side of the expressway We had to make two stops here as our first sweep was a fail. The coords had us focusing on one object. Due to steady cycle and traffic interruption, our heavy frisking felt awkward. We decided to walk away for a rethink. On our second attempt, we threw caution to the wind as well as the given coordinates. The cache was found much further down the garden, at the other, other hint object. Thanks elwyn1948. TFTC.
Co-ords might be a little out here. Took quite a while searching every sign until we eventually spotted it. Tftc
Not quick. Searched every sign until I spotted it. Co-ords might be a little out.
we took a while with this one. our gps made little sense- so we tried elsewhere and came up trumps. tftc
Not a quick find, as GPS had us some distance away. Once we ignored the GPS and just looked around, it was a quick find.
An afternoon bike ride on a lovely spring day TFTC Started off looking in the wrong place. I was not going to let the flax get the better of me
Notification received early morning. Spent some time looking but missed it the in the dark and the flax. Back this afternoon in the daylight and was soon able to make the find. Thankful I opened it to find a blank log. {FTF}. Happy it was home for a coffee. Thank you for the placement.
