Moving on from alexandra today and heading towards lake Hawea. We pulled off the road as much as we could, but still got a little nervous when a police car went past.No problems finding the cache though. Thanks for putting it here
Rattll and I are on a road trip in the South Island for three weeks. Having spent last night in the NZMCA park in Alexandra, we're headed for Wanaka tonight. On the way, we're targeting adlabs and a virtual at Cromwell. A pretty relaxed day, really, once all the morning chores at Alex are out of the way. This was our first cache of the day, and involved three u-turns before we could find a safe place to get the van off the road. After that, a quick find at GZ. Signed, and returned as found. Tftc!
We took the small red dinosaur and swapped it with a blue pebble. We will swap it again on our next treasure hunt. TFTC, from Ben and Dad.
Went for a bike ride from our camping spot this afternoon, up the airport way to pick up a cache there and then this one. Glad that I could get close on mostly off-road tracks. Took a brief moment to spot the cache. We enjoy the Alexandra area, especially with all the autumn colours at this time of the year. #7325. TFTC.
Kubabelle and I stopped by this cache on our way past. We got nice and close to the GZ and the find was quickly made. The cache was in good condition and now our names are in the log. Thanks for the cache.
Summer Holiday 2024Day #9Heading home after a couple of days in Queenstown for the Gibbston Concert. Quick find here ?? TFTC
Easy find on the way home from Clyde, plenty of traffic on the road today! TFTC
Quick park and grab on the way to the shops - I seem to remember there being a different cache here in years past. Good spot for it regardless - tftc!
Day 4: The Road to Balclutha Todays agenda was to get down to Balclutha where we are staying on the way to the Catlins. The route on the beautiful day took us through the beautiful Central Otago and Teviot regions, where we took in the landscapes and found quite a few caches along the way. It was a long drive but we really enjoyed the little highlights along the way thanks to the ALs and caches placed by everyone. (End of the cut and paste bit)Heres the specific log for this cache: A short affair on the way into Alexandra, I jumped off as the car was driven to the golf club and back. Easy enough find here meant that all could be settled in due course. Thanks for the welcome and the cache!
It has been a while since MrF and I had a spare weekend together to just go for a wander to find the latest caches. It was a beautiful day in Central, glad to call this place home for the last 4+ years. A nice PnG TFTC

PIcked up a few caches slightly out of the way on our road trip home from Dansey's Pass hotel where we spent the weekend. We had an exciting morning watching the All Black's just win againist Ireland in the quarter final game of the Rugby world cup with a large number of locals. Surprised how many turned up to watch. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache
When this cache was published we knew where this would be. No GPS or phone required for this one. This got us out of the house on a miserable morning. (FTF).
